以N-甲基毗咯(NMP)为起始原料,先与Vilsmeier试剂反应,经碳酸钠水解、二氯乙烷萃取制得N-/甲基-2毗咯醛(NMPA),此法溶剂回收利用率高、安全、易于工业化生产并降低了生产及污水处理费用.再以NMPA与盐酸羟胺经肟化制得N-甲基-2-吡毗咯肟(NMPAO),最后在醋酐中脱水制得N-甲基-2-吡咯腈(NMFC).在由NMPAO脱水制NMPC的过程后,经氢氧化钠水溶液中和,降低了体系的色度,萃取易于进行,产品收率74.7%.  相似文献

Electrocopolymerization of N-methylpyrrole (NMePy) and Carbazole (Cz) was conducted in acetonitrile. Oxidative chemical random copolymerization of NMePy and Cz was also realized by Cerium (IV) ammonium nitrate (CAN) for comparison. The properties of the resulting copolymers were investigated by spectroscopic methods (UV-VIS, FT-IR), cyclic voltammetry and four point probe conductometer, to understand the oligomeric pyrrole ring interaction with carbazole ring where the reactive nitrogen of pyrrole ring was capped (substituted) by methyl group.  相似文献

This review article focuses on several approaches in the characterization and modification of carbon surfaces with electrocoated thin films which has been realized by recent progress in experimental methods. Electropolymerization and electrocopolymerization of π-conjugated polymers (pyrrole, carbazole, N-vinylcarbazole and aniline) onto carbon surfaces are reviewed with 348 references. Particular emphasis is placed on the recent nanoscale surface characterization techniques applied to the resulting electrocoated polymers onto carbon fibers (i.e., scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), focused ion beam-secondary ion mass spectroscopy (FIB-SIMS), Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (reflectance-FTIR), and Raman spectroscopic measurements).  相似文献

Copolymers of N-ethyl Carbazole (ECZ) with N-Methyl Pyrrole (N-MPy) and 3-Methyl Thiophene (3-MTh) were synthesized on platinum substrate and electrochemical investigation of polymeric films was performed. The characterization of homopolymer and copolymer films was performed by electrochemical methods (i.e. polarization curves and cyclovoltammetric measurements), solid-state conductivity measurements and spectrophotometric methods comparatively. A possible scheme for the copolymerization has been suggested. Solid state conductivity of PECz can be improved by inclusion of 3MTh and NMPy into chain. The ionization potentials, Ip, electron affinity, Ea, optical band gap, Eg, peak potentials, Ep, and doping degrees, y, of copolymer electrodes were calculated from these measurements. Copolymer electrodes have lower Ip, Eg, Ep values and better switching properties in accordance with homopolymer electrodes. Presence of alkyl group gives solubility to copolymers obtained both chemically and electrochemically.  相似文献

1-Methyl-2,5-bis[1-(4-phenylurazolyl)] pyrrole was prepared from the reaction of 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione with N-methylpyrrole in methylene chloride solution. This compound was converted to its potassium dianion salt upon reaction with potassium hydroxide in absolute ethanol. The reaction of this dianion salt with excess methyl iodide in dimethyl sulphoxide gave the methylated adduct in high yield. Polymerizations of this dianion salt with 1,2-dibromoethane, 1,2-diiodoethane and 1,4-diiodobuthane were performed in dimethyl sulphoxide and led to the formation of new polymers. Some structural characterization and physical properties of these novel polymers are reported. © 1998 SCI.  相似文献

N-Methylpyrrole (N-MPy), 2,2′-bithiophene (BTh), and 3-(Octylthiophene) (OTh) were electrocopolymerized in 0.2 M NaClO4/CH3CN on glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The resulting terpolymers of N-MPy, BTh and OTh in different initial monomer feed ratios such as [N-MPy]0/[BTh]0/[OTh]0 = 1/1/1 and 1/2/5 were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), Fourier-transform infrared attenuated total reflectance spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The capacitive behaviors of the modified electrodes were defined via Nyquist, Bode-magnitude, Bode-phase, and Admittance plots. The equivalent circuit model of Rs(C dl1 (R 1 (QR 2 )))(C dl2 R 3 ) was performed to fit the theoretical and experimental data. The low-frequency capacitance (CLF) were obtained from initial monomer concentrations of 50 mM as CLF = ~2.34 × 10?4 mFcm?2 for P(N-MPy), CLF = 5.06 × 10?4 mF cm?2 for P(BTh), CLF = 5.07 m F cm?2 for P(OTh), and CLF = ~3.78 m Fcm?2 for terpolymer for [N-MPy]0/[BTh]0/[OTh]0 = 1/1/1.
