Structurally stable β-Ca3(PO4)2/t-ZrO2 composite mixtures with the aid of Dy3+ stabilizer were accomplished at 1500°C. The precursors comprising Ca2+, P5+, Zr4+, and Dy3+ have been varied to obtain five different combinations. The results revealed the fact that complete phase transformation of calcium-deficient apatite to β-Ca3(PO4)2 occurred only at 1300°C, whereas the evidence of t-ZrO2 crystallization is obvious at 900°C. The dual occupancy of Dy3+ at β-Ca3(PO4)2 and t-ZrO2 structures was evident; however, Dy3+ initially prefers to occupy β-Ca3(PO4)2 lattice until its saturation limit and thereafter accommodates at the lattice site of ZrO2. The typical absorption and emission behavior of Dy3+ were noticed in all the systems and, moreover, the surrounding symmetry of Dy3+ domains has been determined from the luminescence study. All the systems ensured paramagnetic response that is generally contributed by the presence of Dy3+. A gradual increment in the phase content of t-ZrO2 in the composite mixtures ensured a significant improvement in the hardness and Young's modulus of the investigated compositions.  相似文献

介绍了利用矩量法(MoM)和物理光学(PO)混合方法处理复杂线体结构的电磁散射问题,提出利用pulse基函数对线电流进行展开,使得处理复杂线体结构问题变得简化,并推导出一般的矩阵方程。然后针对PO在阴影区域失效等问题,利用UTD(一致性几何绕射)对该简化模型结构下的PO区域电流进行了修正,使得其应用范围得到扩展、计算精度得到提高。文中的实例结果与传统的MoM很好的一致,从而说明了该方法的有效性和精确性。  相似文献

Physical optics (PO) is an approximation method for high‐frequency scattering and diffraction problems. But PO fields are inaccurate in the shadow region where the source is screened by the scatter. Two key factors of the error for PO are (i) edge diffraction coefficients and (ii) existence of fictitious penetrating rays. The correction with respect to the former has been extensively investigated by many authors using various ray techniques such as GTD, UTD, and UAT. On the other hand, the latter was identified recently by the authors. This paper proposes novel PO‐based calculation procedures termed PO‐AF and PTD‐AF, where PO and Aperture Field Integration Method (AFIM) are merged with the help of special elementary diffraction coefficients. These can uniformly cover the whole angular region and only the error factor (ii) is removed in PO‐AF while both (i) and (ii) are removed in PTD‐AF. The theoretical backgrounds of PO currents are discussed in terms of field equivalence theorem and visualization of EM waves. Next, new methods are proposed and their validity is numerically demonstrated for 2D scattering problems of a strip, a corner reflector, and a cylinder of circular arc. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel sol–gel method based on V2O5·nH2O hydro-gel was developed to synthesize nanocrystalline Li3V2(PO4)3/carbon composite material. In this route, V2O5·nH2O hydro-gel, NH4H2PO4, Li2CO3 and high-surface-area carbon were used as starting materials to prepare precursor, and the Li3V2(PO4)3/carbon was obtained by sintering precursor at 750 °C for 4 h in flowing argon. The sol–gel synthesis ensures homogeneity of the precursors and improved reactivity. The sample was characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. X-ray diffraction results show Li3V2(PO4)3 sample is monoclinic structure with the space group of P21/n. The TEM image indicates that the Li3V2(PO4)3 particles modified by conductive carbon are about 70 nm in diameter. The Li3V2(PO4)3/carbon system showed that the discharge capacities in the first and 50th cycle are about 155.3 and 143.6 mAh/g, respectively, in the range of 3.0–4.8 V. The sol–gel method is fit for the preparation of Li3V2(PO4)3/carbon composite material which may offer some favorable properties for commercial application.  相似文献

A series of ethylene oxide(EO)-propylene oxide (PO) random co-polymers (EOPO) were used to form aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) with ammonium sulfate.Effects of EOPO′s properties on the phase separation behaviors and on the partition of cephalexin and 7-aminodesacetoxicephalosporanic acid(7-ADCA) in ATPS were investigated.Both the molar mass and molar ratio of EO to PO of EOPO could greatly influence partition behaviors of cephalexin and 7-ADCA as well as the binodal curve of ATPS. With the increase of molar mass of co-polymer or the decrease of molar ratio of EO to PO,the critical point of ATPS decreased,the binodal curve became more asymmetry,and both cephalexin and 7-ADCA followed the same tendency to partition into the polymer-poor bottom phase.The experimental results shows that it is feasible to partition cephalexin and 7-ADCA in either the polymer-rich top phase or the polymer-poor bottom phase by choosing a specific phase-forming EOPO.  相似文献

通过溶胶凝胶法在钛合金基体上合成了含镁羟基磷灰石/β-磷酸三钙陶瓷复合涂层.研究表明,羟基磷灰石相与β-磷酸三钙相共同存在于600℃烧结的复合涂层中.X射线光电子能谱分析显示,镁离子已合成到涂层之中.在模拟体液中,在复合涂层表面沉积出了较为明显的新生类骨层.使用MG63细胞进行培养试验,结果显示涂层具有良好的细胞亲和性.试验结果表明:含镁羟基磷灰石/β-磷酸三钙复合涂层具有良好的生物活性,有望在医疗实践中作为人工骨质材料得到广泛应用.  相似文献

用湿化学沉淀法将Ag3PO4沉积在活性炭纤维(ACF)上制备复合光催化剂Ag3PO4/ACF,采用BET比表面积法和扫描电子显微镜分析对样品进行表征,通过在可见光下降解橙Ⅱ检测样品的光催化活性.结果表明,Ag3PO4/ACF的光催化活性比纯Ag3PO4提高了32%,主要是Ag3PO4/ACF具有更为精细的Ag3PO4晶体束,且分布更均匀,对污染物的吸附能力增强以及Ag3PO4与ACF有紧密的接触界面.Ag3PO4/ACF对橙Ⅱ的降解率随着投加量的增大而提高,最佳投加量为1 000mg/L.随着染料初始pH的增大,Ag3PO4/ACF对橙Ⅱ的降解率逐渐下降,强酸环境较有利于降解染料废水.在Ag3PO4/ACF循环使用4次后,其对橙Ⅱ的降解率由99%下降到59%.  相似文献

以聚吡咯(PVP K60)为表面活性剂和碳源,采用流变相法合成了x Li Fe PO4·y Li3V2(PO4)3/C正极材料样品。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对样品形貌和结构进行了测试;采用电池测试仪和电化学工作站对样品电化学性能进行了测试,分析了不同复合比(x:y)对其结构和电化学性能的影响。研究表明:复合材料中存在两相复合与元素掺杂两种效应;当复合比为5∶1时材料的电化学性能最优,在0.1和10 C倍率下放电容量分别达到162.7和104.6 m Ah·g-1,且具有良好的循环稳定性。  相似文献

采用微弧氧化技术在TiNbZrFe合金表面制备出含钙磷成分的多孔氧化膜,通过人体模拟液浸泡的方法诱导生成羟基磷灰石,并利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究其在人体模拟液中浸泡不同时间后的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明,经400V电压微弧氧化后TiNbZrFe合金表面氧化膜的形貌与成分达到最优化,且明显有α-Ca3(PO4)2 相生成;α-Ca3(PO4)2 相能够起到良好的诱导生成羟基磷灰石(HA)的作用,在人体模拟液中浸泡1d后,通过XRD检测出有HA相生成,导致微弧氧化膜层表面的微孔被诱导生成物覆盖填充明显,较小微孔完全消失;随着浸泡时间的延长,经过微弧氧化膜诱导生成的HA涂层不断增厚,EIS结果表明其具有良好的隔绝渗透作用,能够阻碍腐蚀性介质在溶液和金属界面之间扩散和迁移,从而起到保护基体抗腐蚀的作用.  相似文献
