Fe3O4/PSt/TiO2多层包覆电磁响应微球的制备   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
首先采用分散聚合法将自制的Fe3O4磁流体和苯乙烯反应合成有磁核的Fe3O4/PSt磁性聚合物微球,然后,用非均匀成核水解反应在Fe3O4/PSt微球外包覆无定形二氧化钛,获得Fe3O4/PSt/TiO2复合微粒。用红外光谱、扫描电镜和热分析对粒子的形貌和结构进行了表征。并测试了微粒的介电性能和磁性,结果表明,所制得复合微粒有良好的电、磁响应性。  相似文献

In a mixed solvent of water and ethanol, polystyrene/titanium dioxide (PSt/TiO2) composite particles of core-shell structure were prepared by hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate in the presence of cationic PSt particles or anionic PSt particles surface-treated using γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane. Hollow TiO2 particles were obtained through calcination of the PSt/TiO2 core-shell particles to burn off the PSt core or through dissolution of the core by tetrahydrofuran (THF). An alternative process constituted of preheating the PSt/TiO2 particles at 200°C to allow partial crystallization followed by calcination or PSt dissolution by THF. The outcome TiO2 particles thus prepared were examined by TEM, and hollow TiO2 particles were observed. The crystalline phase structure and phase transformation were characterized, which revealed that preheating before the removal of the PSt core was useful to achieve the desired hollow TiO2 particles, and the calcination process was beneficial to the formation of anatase and rutile structures. The tests of TiO2 particles as catalyst in the photodegradation of Rhodamine B demonstrated that a much higher catalytic activity was observed with the TiO2 hollow particles prepared through calcination combined with preheating.  相似文献

The copolymers of (Z)‐4‐oxo‐4‐phenoxyl‐2‐butenoic acid with styrene (PSt/OPBA) and their macromolecular luminous lanthanide complexes (Ln‐PSt/OPBA) have been synthesized and characterized by means of GPC, elemental analysis, FTIR, X‐ray powder diffraction, spectral analysis, and thermal analysis. The IR studies showed that the carboxylic groups on the side chain of the polymer were coordinated to lanthanide ions by bidentate manner. However, the ethereal oxygen, instead of carbonyl, also bonded to the central lanthanide ions, which was an intriguing phenomenon for ester‐coordinated complexes. X‐ray diffraction experiments revealed that these PSt/OPBA copolymers were amorphous, but Ln‐PSt/OPBA were crystalline, in which the complex Eu‐Lc belonged to a high symmetric structure of orthorhombic quadratic system, with a = 10.59 ± 0.02 Å, c = 8.02 ± 0.01 Å; c/a = 0.763. In addition, the value δ (the number of free carboxylic groups) in Ln‐PSt/OPBA complexes increased with the decreasing mole ratio of styrene in the copolymers, while it decreased with increasing pH values of the solution. Eu3+ and Tb3+ complexes exhibited characteristic fluorescence with comparatively high brightness and good monochromaticity, and the fluorescence intensity was enhanced with increasing the content of lanthanide up to around 18 wt % without typical fluorescence concentration quenching behavior in the solid state. So using polymers as a matrix, Ln‐PSt/OPBA are likely to provide new materials that possess specific properties and desired features. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2012  相似文献

为提高纺织品结构生色光子晶体的色彩饱和度,通过静电吸附将黑色活性染料引入带正电聚苯乙烯(PSt)胶体微球表面,制备了一种外表面吸附染料型PSt结构基元(活性染料/PSt微球),采用数码喷印方式在桑蚕丝织物上构建结构生色光子晶体。研究了染料在PSt胶体微球表面的吸附条件和吸附模型,对活性染料/PSt微球的结构形貌及所得光子晶体的排列和结构生色效果进行表征。结果表明:PSt微球表面染料的吸附量随时间、温度和染料用量的增大而增大;该吸附模型符合Langmuir型;活性染料/PSt微球具有典型的核壳结构,微球粒径较吸附前略有增大;白色蚕丝织物表面所构建的活性染料/PSt光子晶体生色结构,微球排列规整有序,呈现鲜艳明亮的结构色。  相似文献

溶剂挥发法制备出单分散PSt/PGMA双面粒子,用扫描电镜(SEM)、光学显微镜、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、EDS能谱仪等对其进行了表征。通过控制PSt和PGMA两种聚合物的相对分子质量(简称分子量,以下同),得到具有双面形态的雪人状、橡子状、汉堡状PSt/PGMA复合微球。选取w(十二烷基磺酸钠)=0.25%水溶液作为乳化剂制备PSt/PGMA双面粒子,依靠荧光染色分析和EDS能谱分析,得出两种聚合物相分离过程不完全,确定出了PSt/PGMA双面粒子的组成,较大半球主要为PGMA,较小半球主要为PSt。  相似文献

An investigation of grafting of polymer of styrene (PSt) onto titanium dioxide powder is reported in this paper. The graft polymerization reaction was induced by N2 plasma treatment on the surface of titanium dioxide. Infrared (IR) spectra and X-ray photospectrum (XPS) results showed that PSt was grafted onto the titanium dioxide powder. An observation by X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra indicated that the crystal structure of the titanium dioxide powder was unchanged after the plasma treatment.  相似文献

Telechelic polymers, defined as macromolecules that contain two reactive end groups, are used as cross-linkers, chain extenders, and important building blocks for various macromolecular structures, including block and graft copolymers, star, hyperbranched or dendritic polymers. This review article describes the general techniques for the preparation of telechelic polymers by living and controlled/living polymerization methods; namely atom transfer radical polymerization, nitroxide mediated radical polymerization, reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization, iniferters, iodine transfer polymerization, cobalt mediated radical polymerization, organotellurium-, organostibine-, organobismuthine-mediated living radical polymerization, living anionic polymerization, living cationic polymerization, and ring opening metathesis polymerization. The efficient click reactions for the synthesis of telechelic polymers are also presented.  相似文献
