The shape of the impactor with the maximum depth of penetration (DOP) for a given impact velocity is found using a numerical procedure for solving a corresponding non-classical variational problem. It is shown that the optimum shape in a general case is close to a blunt cone. The variation of the optimal shape of the impactor and the dependence of the DOP vs. the initial (impact) velocity and friction coefficient is studied. The analysis is performed also for optimal conical impactors.  相似文献

Penetration theory is used to describe the liquid mass transfer in Higee separation process. Within a possible range of effective areas, it is shown that the predicted mass transfer coefficients are in reasonable agreement with the estimated mass transfer coefficients. The estimated coefficients were calculated from the experimental data and the possible effective areas. Hence it is concluded the penetration theory is generally applicable to describe liquid mass transfer in Higee separation process. The comparison also suggests that liquid mixing at the junctions of packing materials may be more complete in Higee process than in traditional process.  相似文献

Electrochemical characteristics for several redox systems at diamond films with highly ordered nanometer-scale cylindrical pores (‘nano-honeycombs’) were examined with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance measurements. The cyclic voltammetric anodic-cathodic peak separations for these nano-honeycomb electrodes were in the same range as those for polished polycrystalline diamond films, indicating that the involvement of the oxygen-terminated surface of the nano-pore walls, which should give rise to large peak separations for certain redox couples was only slight. Moreover, the peak currents in the CV were not enhanced to the extent expected on the basis of the roughness factors of the nano-honeycomb films. Ac impedance plots results indicated the existence of a concentration gradient of the reactant in the nano-pores, which is in agreement with theoretical predictions for charge transfer reactions in porous electrodes. The average concentration of the reactant (Fe2+/3+) inside the nano-pores was a factor of ca. 80 lower than that in the bulk electrolyte. The results of the impedance analysis also indicated an increase in the reaction resistances with decreasing pore diameters.  相似文献

Gas-liquid mass transfer from Taylor bubbles rising in 1, 2 and 3 mm diameter capillaries of circular and square cross-sections was investigated for air-water system. The liquid-phase volumetric mass transfer coefficient kLa was obtained from experimental oxygen absorption dynamics. The experimental kLa values are in good agreement with the model developed by van Baten and Krishna (2004. Chemical Engineering Science 59, 2535-2545), with the additional assumption that the dominant mass transfer contribution is to the film surrounding the bubble.  相似文献

采用传统的铸渗工艺在铸钢件表面制备了钨铬复合层,采用MLD-10型动载磨料磨损试验机研究了试验条件对表面复合材料冲击磨损性能的影响.结果表明:随着冲击次数的增加,表面复合材料的磨损率逐渐增加,但在比较长的时间内,没有出现剧烈磨损和突然失效现象,显示出良好的耐磨性;随着冲击功的增加,复合材料的磨损率增加.  相似文献

The high speed fluid jet for directly or indirectly breaking rock is one of the most effective ways to improve the deep penetration rate.In order to maximize the efficiency of energy use,the flow characteristics of different combinations of high pressure jet nozzles are analyzed through numerical simulations.According to the velocity vectors at the bottom and the bottom hole pressure diagram,the effects of the high pressure nozzle combinations on the flow structure and the penetration rate are analyzed.It is shown that the combination of three vertical edge nozzles is very efficient,but inefficient in cleaning the bottom hole and eroding the wall.The jet velocity is 400 m/s and the radius is 5 mm,with a center nozzle added,the problem can be solved,but the high-pressure fluid displacement would increase.The center nozzle’s jet velocity is 200 m/s and the radius is 8 mm,the combination of two vertical edge nozzles and a center tilt nozzle or that of a vertical edge nozzle and a center tilt nozzle would provide a flow structure favorable for drilling.The angle of inclination is 10o.To take advantage of high pressure jet energy to improve the efficiency of drilling,it is important to select a suitable nozzle combination according real conditions.  相似文献

现代战争条件下,电子对抗与反对抗日趋激烈,各种电子装备往往采用调制复杂、参数多变的信号形式,导致战场空间的电磁环境信号空前复杂、密集且相互交迭,因此有效地显示战场电磁环境能为指挥员准确把握战场态势和作战主动权打下坚实基础。本文首先介绍了MapX控件的主要特点和功能,然后以电子地图为基础,分析了态势显示系统的组成结构和系统运行流程,其中重点介绍了系统的功能模块设计,并基于MapX控件给出了实现方法,最后以VC为开发平台,研究提出了系统的实现策略。  相似文献
