通过熔融共混将产水剂加入到硅烷交联聚乙烯中,制备出室温下可进行自交联的硅烷交联聚乙烯材料。采用热重分析仪、平板流变仪、万能试验机对硅烷自交联聚乙烯的结构、性能进行表征。结果表明,产水剂的加入可以在自然放置的条件下逐步提高材料的凝胶含量,最终达到水煮工艺处理同样的效果;乙酸锌的促进效果最好,兼具高凝胶含量的同时,使材料的力学性能、热稳定性、储能模量提高。  相似文献

讨论了以K2S2O8作为引发剂,使用全滴加法制备自交联丙烯酸酯—醋酸乙烯酯乳液过程中,复合乳化剂用量及相对比例,引发剂用量及滴加时间对聚合反应的影响。同热分解引发剂相比,对相同聚合体系,使用氧化—还原引发体系,可在较低温度聚合得到稳定的乳液。  相似文献

Novel self-crosslinked alkaline electrolyte membranes with high hydroxide ion conductivity, excellent dimensional stability and extraordinary solvent resistance stability are synthesized successfully without using any catalyst or separate crosslinker. Monitored by 1H NMR analysis, the synthetic process of trimethyl poly (ether sulfone)-methylene quaternary ammonium hydroxide (TPQAOH) is found to be simple and efficient. The chemical and thermal stability of the synthetic SCL-TPQAOH-x membranes are better than other anion exchange membranes. At the same time, the hydroxide ion conductivity of SCL-TPQAOH-0.67 membrane reaches 33 mS cm−1 with an IEC value of 1.07 mmol g−1 at 80 °C, which complies with the requirements of alkaline fuel cells. This investigation also proves that self-crosslinking technology is a very simple and effective approach in improving the performance of alkaline electrolyte membranes.  相似文献

A series of novel anion exchange membranes based on poly(arylene ether sulfone) were fabricated. And the synthesized 1, 1, 2, 3, 3-pentamethylguanidine was used as a hydrophilic group. Bromination reaction rather than chloromethylation was used for the preparation of target conductive polymers. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), 1H NMR and mass spectrometry (MS) were used to characterize the as-synthesized polymers. The ratio of hydrophilic to hydrophobic monomers was varied to study the structure-property of the membranes. The performance of the membrane with both hydrophilic/hydrophobic segments was improved over the membrane with sole hydrophilic segments. The self-crosslinking structure of the as-prepared membranes is partly responsible for their very low methanol permeability with the minimum of 1.02 × 10−9 cm−2⋅S−1 at 30 °C and insolubility in organic solvents considered. The structural dependence of water uptake is in the range of 25–87%. The as-prepared membranes did not suffer from serious membrane swelling. The ionic exchange capacity (IEC) reached a maximum of 1.21 mmol⋅g−1. The ionic conductivity of the membrane in deionized water is 6.00 and 13.00 × 10−2 S⋅cm−1 at 30 and 80 °C respectively.  相似文献

Fatty acid based self-crosslinking polyurethane urea (PUU) anionomers can find potential applications in coatings field due to enhanced chemical resistance properties. To optimize their performance in coatings, the molecular features that influence the microphase morphology and dynamic mechanical (DM) behavior of polymer films must be understood and exploited. In this work, comprehensive materials characterization of model PUU anionomers films with oxidative-crosslinking microstructure is addressed. For this, linoleic fatty acid based precursor (LPE) was included in polymer backbone which provides reactive sites for autooxidative polymerization. Three series of compositions were prepared with urea content of 8.4%, 13.2% and 18.1% where within each series LPE content has been increasing in same proportion. Different experimental techniques like FTIR, DSC, DMA and mechanical testing were utilized to study the effect of compositional variables on the extent of phase segregation, domain structure and mechanical properties of fully cured polymer samples. The extent soft segment (SS) oxidative crosslinking had marked effect on the microphase morphology and DM properties of materials of lowest urea content. Significant phase mixing was observed with evolvement of single heterogenous phase in the sample with highest LPE content. Samples with 13.2% urea shows less sensitivity toward increased SS crosslinking in their microphase morphology change. Their mechanical and DM properties were observed to be dominated by interlocked hard domains. With higher urea content, such kind of hard segment cohesion results due to greater strength of bidenate H-bonding among urea linkages. While samples with highest % urea, were clearly found to be well microphase separated compared to other two series with highest HS interconnectivity and have marginal effect of extent of SS crosslinking on microphase separation. This study gives an insight about effect of extent of complex oxidative crosslinking on the microphase separation and DM behavior of segmented PUU anionomers based films with different urea content which is useful in designing such materials in coating system with specific surface structure and function.  相似文献

近年来涂料印花又有新的发展,寻求成本低、牢度好的粘合剂仍是科研课题。我们合成了新型涂料印花粘合剂T-130,经用户使用各项牢度指标均达到国家规定的标准。T-13O是以丙烯酸酯类为主体经乳液聚合而成的粘合剂。软单体:丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸辛酯;硬单体:丙烯胞、甲基丙烯酸甲酯;自交联单体:羟甲基丙烯酸胺;自增稠单体:丙烯酸。小试在装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝管、滴液漏斗的四口瓶中进行。先加入乳化剂、水和部分单体、引发剂,开启搅拌,升温至85℃乳液变蓝,开始反应后保持温度并滴加剩余单体和引发剂,一小时滴完,继续反…  相似文献

Exploring bio-renewable materials to replace petroleum-based building blocks for advanced coatings has been a major thrust area for researchers for the development of eco-friendly and sustainable products. For the last few decades, there has been significant interest among coating researchers around the world to design water-based polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) that can be cured at ambient conditions. In the present work we synthesized auto-oxidizable PUDs based on cardanol as sustainable material that also provides self-crosslinking attribute to the PUDs. Such types of PUDs are expected to be suitable for water-based industrial protective primers. The cardanol-based intermediates and final products are characterized by FTIR spectroscopy for conformation of synthesis reaction and their structures. The dried films of the coatings, formulated using a suitable drier catalyst, exhibited improvement in mechanical properties and solvent resistance. The oxidative curing has also been investigated by FTIR and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The corrosion resistance properties of the coatings on steel substrate, as studied by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique also showed better performance for cross-linked films.  相似文献

以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸(质量比为55:15:30:2)为主要原料;经乳液聚合制成自交联人造花光面胶。该胶固含量46%-50%,pH值5-6,残存单体≤0.1%,成膜光泽度大于等于90%,耐黄变等级A,Tg为23℃,而且耐水性,手感均优,工艺性良好,文中还讨论了原料配比,聚合条件等对光面胶性能的影响。  相似文献
