Effect of MoS2/PTFE coatings on performance of Si3N4/TiC ceramics in dry sliding against WC/Co

To enhance the tribological performance of Si₃N₄/TiC ceramics, MoS₂/PTFE composite coatings were deposited on the ceramic substrate through spraying method. The micrographs and basic properties of the MoS₂/PTFE coated samples were investigated. Dry sliding friction experiments against WC/Co ball were performed with the coated ceramics and traditional ones. These results showed that the composite coatings could significantly reduce the friction coefficient of ceramics, and protect the substrate from adhesion wear. The primary tribological mechanisms of the coated ceramics were abrasive wear, coating spalling and delamination, and the tribological property was transited from slight wear to serious wear with the increase of load because of the lower surface hardness and shear strength. The possible mechanisms for the effects of MoS₂/PTFE composite coatings on the friction performance of ceramics were discussed.

面向大曲率组合曲面的喷涂机器人喷枪轨迹组合与连接问题研究

摘要：针对喷涂机器人在大曲率组合曲面的面片上喷枪轨迹间的组合与连接问题,结合曲面拟合理论与喷枪建模方法,建立喷枪轨迹优化模型,提出一种满足大曲率组合曲面上喷枪轨迹首尾衔接的算法程序。首先,基于曲面拟合理论将大曲率组合曲面转换为自然二次曲面面片组合,建立涂层增长模型,对组合曲面上不同类型自然二次曲面面片交界处的喷枪轨迹进行优化;其次,基于该模型运用交换子和交换序列的思想,设计出实现喷涂大曲率组合曲面的喷枪轨迹组合与连接的新算法,并编写相应的算法程序,实现喷涂轨迹的全局优化;最后,通过某一种汽车外壳的喷涂实验,验证了模型的有效性和算法程序的可行性,实现了对大曲率组合曲面的连续性喷涂。     

高强熔融结合环氧粉末热喷涂技术简介

介绍了高强熔融结合(简称SEBF)环氧粉末涂料的主要性能，对该涂层和同类涂层的性能进行了比较，对SEBF粉末热喷涂实用工艺进行了介绍，这种涂料在大庆地区各种管道上使用了7年，效果很好。     

The effect of plasma spraying power on the structure and mechanical properties of hydroxyapatite deposited onto carbon/carbon composites

This paper deals with the effect of plasma spraying power on hydroxyapatite (HA) coatings on carbon/carbon composites (C/C composites). The microstructure and phase composition of the as-sprayed coatings have been examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The shear strength of the HA coatings–C/C substrates was detected on a RGD-5 tensile testing machine. Results indicate that the melting extent and the shear strength of the coatings were evidently improved with the increasing of spraying power. Moreover, the amount of decomposed phases is increased and the content of crystalline HA of coatings was slightly changed. Observation of fracture surfaces shows that carbon fiber bundles can bond well with HA coatings using 40 kW spraying power.     

高速钢表面硬质合金覆层的组织及性能

通过热喷涂-真空粉末烧结的方法在高速钢表面制备硬质合金覆层，分析了硬质合金覆层组织和界面结构的特点、测试了硬质合金覆层的结合强度、硬度和耐磨性。结果表明，热喷涂后经过1200℃烧结，获得1—3mm厚度的硬质合金覆层，结合强度达到450MPa，硬度达到85HRA，具有较高的耐磨性能。     

基于超音速火焰喷涂技术的冷喷涂技术实现与流场分析

在KY-HVO(A)F多功能超音速火焰喷涂的基础上通过改进喷枪的设计,在喷枪的扩张段加入水实现了冷喷涂技术.进行了冷喷涂过程中焰流流场分析,得到了不同水流量条件下喷枪中气流的速度与温度分布规律.为了定量分析,得到了喷枪出口中心处气流速度与温度随加水量的变化规律.结果表明:随着加水量的增加,粒子的速度与温度都在下降.在加水量较小时,焰流的速度与温度急剧下降.当加水量大于20L/h时,随着加水量的增加,焰流的温度和速度下降较慢.依据此流场分析结果在钢基体上成功制备了功能性涂层.
