The implementation of technical practices and human factors of the toyota production system in different industries

The Toyota Production System (TPS) can result in huge benefits for companies and has been widely implemented around the world. Nevertheless, most adopters emphasize only the technical practices of the TPS, but neglect the critical role of human factors in the implementation of the TPS. Therefore, this study aims at developing an integrated TPS model that fully integrates the technical elements and human elements of the TPS with Total Quality Management (TQM) practices. An empirical study was conducted to confirm the causal relationships among these constructs. In the empirical study, questionnaires were mailed and e‐mailed to 620 companies that had implemented the TPS, and 151 of the completed questionnaires were valid. These 151 respondents were divided into eight categories. The results revealed that the implementation level of each construct was significantly different in each industry. The automobile and motorcycle industries have put a great deal of effort into the application of Humanity, Human Resource Management (HRM), and TQM practices and obtained good results. Other industries, however, ignored the implementation of HRM practices. The results also revealed that the early adopters enjoyed significant benefits from the implementation of the TPS, which led high‐tech companies to start adopting TPS practices and become lean enterprises. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

某型机载通信对抗设备自动测试系统设计与实现

针对机载通信对抗设备电路单元种类多、测试诊断困难的问题,在分析了机载通信对抗设备测试需求的基础上,综合运用自动测试、面向信号设计、TPS(Test Program Set,测试程序集)可移植等技术,以计算机为核心,以PXI仪器、GPIB仪器为依托,以多种总线接口为纽带,构建了一种可靠性高、通用性好、操作简便、可扩展性强的自动化测试系统。根据系统设计方案,对系统软硬件平台组成、信号接口及适配、信号调理及扩展、软件功能设计等关键技术进行阐述。经使用证明,该系统能够对机载通信对抗系统中各子系统的外场可更换单元（Line Replaceable Unit,LRU）实现功能检查、性能测试、故障检测与隔离等功能,提高了部队地面综合保障能力。     

芳烃装置控制系统的通讯方式

本文结合天津石化公司芳烃装置的设备,介绍了西门子PLC与霍尼韦尔TPS系统之间实现通讯的方法及在实际应用中所遇到的问题,以及解决方法。     

航空电子通用自动检测系统的设计与实现

基于GPTS平台的航空电子通用自动检测系统(以下简称检测系统)是机载航电系统的地面检测系统;该检测系统采用面向信号的ATLAS编程语言和尽可能少的平台物理资源,最大程度地覆盖被检测信号,由矩阵开关系统建立虚拟资源与平台物理资源的映射关系,通过设计的测试接口适配器和层层调用的模块化测试软件,完成了对机载航电系统的检测,灵活地实现了系统重组、资源复用和测试软件与硬件无关;系统已投入工程应用,满足设计要求,达到了预期的设计目标。     

电路板级自动测试系统的设计及其应用

针对雷达电路板具有复杂多样以及维护困难大的特点,本文介绍了一种面向信号测试的电路板级自动测试系统的开发过程,重点描述了系统软件平台框架搭建和TPS可视化开发运行平台的设计以及具体应用。运行实践表明,测试策略和测试流程的可视化编程,极大地提高了雷达电路板的维修效率。     

低功耗温室无线测量节点的设计

为了提高温室环境参数的监测效果,采用射频SoC芯片nRF9E5、数字温湿度传感器SHT11及光强度传感器TSL2560D,设计了无线温湿度及光照度监控系统的测量节点;并根据无线通信系统的特点设计了系统的软硬件结构,其低功耗无线传输模式降低了节点的能耗.经调试和试验运行,系统具有可靠性高、使用方便、通信节点容量易扩展等优点,这对较大空间的温湿度及光照度的监控具有良好的应用价值.     

The thin plate spline robust point matching (TPS-RPM) algorithm: A revisit

This paper reviews the TPS-RPM algorithm (Chui and Rangarajan, 2003) for robustly registering two sets of points and demonstrates from a theoretical point of view its inherent limited performance when outliers are present in both point sets simultaneously. A double-sided outlier handling approach is proposed to overcome this limitation with a rigorous mathematical proof as the underlying theoretical support. This double-sided outlier handling approach is proved to be equivalent to the original formulation of the point matching problem. For a practical application, we also extend the TPS-RPM algorithms to non-rigid image registration by registering two sets of sparse features extracted from images. The intensity information of the extracted features are incorporated into feature matching in order to reduce the impact from outliers. Our experiments demonstrate the double-sided outlier handling approach and the efficiency of intensity information in assisting outlier detection.     

基于TPS40平台的降压型DC-DC电源设计和测试

本文在TPS40平台上设计降压式DC-DC直流电源电路,对电路进行了验证测试。设计中电路选用了TPS40007为控制芯片,给出了设计电路原理图,并进行了电路相关数据分析,电源转换效率分析和幅频特性分析。     

基于光线跟踪的数字影像重建技术

本文讨论了CT模拟中的数字图像重建技术,提出了基于光线跟踪的处理方法,并对分辨率、CT值转换和增强技术进行了探讨,给出了在治疗计划系统中的实现。
