紫外光快速固化的树枝状丙烯酸酯齐聚物的制备和性能   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过乙二胺(EDA)和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA),以甲醇为催化剂,在30℃进行6小时Michael加成反应,可制得含多个双键的树枝状丙烯酸酯齐聚物(DAO).与相似分子量的线性丙烯酸酯齐聚物相比,DAO粘度低,用作紫外光固化树脂,其固化速度快,且固化产物硬度好,耐溶剂性好.  相似文献

采用E-44环氧树脂与丙烯酸反应,用翁盐作催化剂,制备了适于配制竹木基涂饰的紫外光固化的环氧丙烯酸酯预聚物,讨论了催化剂的种类对合成反应的影响。对固化产物进行了红外表征。光引发剂种类和交联剂含量对固化速率的影响、光引发剂含量对凝胶含量的影响、灯距对固化时间的影响、固化时间对涂膜性能的影响也进行了讨论。  相似文献

Three series of hyperbranched urethane-acrylates (HB-UA), based on aliphatic hyperbranched polyesters and polyethyleneglycol acrylate, were prepared and evaluated for use in UV-curable coatings. UV-curing kinetics were monitored by FT-IR spectroscopy. The thermal and mechanical properties of UV-cured HB-UA were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and correlated to the mechanical properties of coatings (hardness and flexibility). These new HB-UA's are very reactive and did not show oxygen inhibition. Obtained coatings have good mechanical properties and solvent resistance.  相似文献

In the miniaturized designs of optical scanning systems, UV-curing adhesives have been substituted for screws and bolts. The assembly of delicate optical components enforces stringent requirements on positional accuracy and stability after temperature and humidity cycle testing. The influence of the UV-curing adhesive is mainly determined by its polymerization shrinkage (typically more than 6%). With low amounts of Aerosil® fillers (5% by weight), shrinkage values of 3% can be attained. Optimized adhesive constructions lead to close positional tolerances (0.5 μm) and angular displacements (0.1 mrad).  相似文献

Ceramic microspheres have attracted significant attention, while the preparation of hierarchically porous ceramic microspheres with high porosity, good sphericity, and controllable size or shape in a short time remains a challenge. Herein, we developed a highly adaptable methodology for the preparation hierarchically porous ceramic microspheres with high porosity and favorable shape in a short time. The UV-curing assisted molding method combined with the Pickering emulsion method was utilized to prepare hierarchically porous ceramic microspheres. Under the irradiation of a UV-curing lamp (395 nm, 50 W), the Pickering emulsion can be cured within as short as 10 s. The microstructures of the three microspheres with different shapes were characterized by scanning electron microscopes (SEM). The as-prepared microspheres had a high sphericity, the interconnectivity of pores was as high as 54 %, and its porosity was as high as 73.4 % ± 3.0 %, while the density was quite low at ∼ 1.02 g/cm3.  相似文献

Various methods were employed to prepare precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) particles. Particle size and morphology were dependent on reaction conditions as well as temperature, reagents and stirring, either mechanical or by ultrasound probe sonication. Sonication helped to reduce the size of CaCO3 particles as well as the precipitation time. Sonication was also used to disperse PCC particles in the UV-curable formulations as well as for preparation of the PCC. Formulations containing precipitated calcium carbonates and ground calcium carbonates in various grades were cured by a Mini UV-Cure device. Mechanical and thermal properties of films were characterized with a Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA). SEM analysis was also used to determine the shape and the size of the PCCs. Sonication decreased the precipitation time of calcium carbonate at least four times more than that of conventional precipitation procedures and the dispersion of particles in the formulations increased to a great extent.  相似文献

采用两步法合成了可紫外光固化的异氰酸酯改性的环氧丙烯酸酯树脂,并利用元素分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对此树脂的结构进行了表征。对树脂及其固化后涂膜的性能测试表明,合成的树脂具有较低的黏度,为4500mPa-s/60℃,固化膜柔韧性能优,低于3mm。采用红外光谱法对此改性树脂的光固化动力学行为进行了分析,结果表明:光引发剂Irgacure1000作为Darocur1173和Irgacure184以质量比1:1构成的复合型光引发剂,比单一的光引发剂具有更优异的引发效果;随着光引发剂Irgacure1000用量的增加,树脂体系光固化反应的聚合速率和树脂中双键的最终转化率都明显增加,但当其用量超过树脂质量的3%时,光固化反应速率和双键的最终转化率又趋于下降;活性单体对树脂光固化行为的影响为:单体的官能度越低、活性单体的用量越大,越有利于树脂的光固化,固化速率和双键的最终转化率都明显提高;此外,增大入射光的光照射强度也有利于树脂的光固化。  相似文献
