This paper mainly focuses on the development of pressure tracking control logic of electro-hydraulic actuators for vehicle application. This is done to improve and ensure the performance of a precise lower-level controller for evolving modern shift control logic. The required performance is obtained by hysteresis model-based feed-forward control and additional feedback control. The hysteresis and the time delay, which adversely affect pressure control, are well known nonlinear behaviors in electro-hydraulic actuators. In order to cope with the hysteresis, a novel hysteresis model is proposed based on a physical phenomenon. A mathematical model based on a characteristic curve obtained in preliminary experiments is presented using only one tuning parameter, and this model can be inverted easily to construct a feed-forward controller. In addition, a feedback controller is designed considering the stability margin of a time delay system. The feedback control inputs ensure compensation of the feed-forward errors caused by model error and uncertainty. The proposed controller is designed to lower computational cost considering applicability for production vehicles. As a result, the developed pressure controller is applied to a transmission control unit of a production vehicle and verified experimentally for various driving scenarios.  相似文献

Enhanced matrix-filler adhesion is realized after filler treatment with a surface treatment process. The hydrosol/coupling agent treatment was applied to a wide range of inorganic and organic fillers, and adhesion to a variety of matrix resins was improved. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used to determine the locus of failure in the filled systems. The locus of failure shows the relative degree of adhesion between the filler and the polymer matrix. Significant improvement in adhesion in humid environments is also observed.  相似文献

Cobalt-, praseodymium-added zinc oxide varistor was prepared through a wet chemical method followed by sintering with or without calcination. Changes in grain size, compact density, additives distribution, and voltagecurrent/ capacitance-voltage relations were investigated for the characterization of the samples sintered at temperatures from 1473 to 1573 K without calcination or with calcination at 773 K for 2 h. The electrical properties were compared with nhose of samples prepared by two types of ball mill methods. The wet chemical method provided almost the same additives-distribution profile and less impurities in comparison with the ball grinding method carried out for 10–100 h. The donor concentration and the potential-barrier height for the samples were evaluated by Double Schottky Barrier Model. Addition of small amount of both cobalt and praseodymium in preparation by the wet chemical method was effective for a better nonlinearity relation between voltage and current, which has potential for a smaller sized varistor.  相似文献

针对马尔文2000型激光粒度分析仪在氢氧化铝分析中对25μm粒径以下细颗粒的分析不太敏感,难以满足氧化铝生产分解过程对粒度控制的要求,对试验样品采用一些非常规的特殊处理方法,以提高细小颗粒在处理过样品中所占的体积百分比;研究了不同的样品处理方式对分析结果的影响。试验结果表明,只有对洗涤、过滤后的湿样进行分析,才能对分解料浆样品中的细颗粒的粒度分布进行准确地分析,得到满足试验和生产过程控制精度的结果。  相似文献

We developed a process to obtain sharper silicon tips by employing anisotropic etching in a KOH solution followed by SF6 plasma etch. The tips were further sharpened using the established thermal oxidation technique to decrease the cone angle and, therefore, obtain smaller curvature radii. We have analyzed the impact of such changes in geometry on a figure of merit associated with the field emission characteristics. An increase in the figure of merit by a factor of three was found in relation to the tips before sharpening.  相似文献

The rmomechnical phenomena occurring between friction pairs greatly change the distributions oflining pressure and friction surface temperature of a multiple disc wet brake. It has become one of the maincauses of brake failure. In order to understand these thermomechanical phenomena, several design and mate-rial factors tha have great influence on thermomechanical phenomena, such as heat transfer coefficient, fric-tion factor, sliding velocity initial lining pressure and so on, are analyzed.
