通过对低介电常数 CaO-Li2O-B2O3-SiO2-Al2O3玻璃设计及与钙长石晶体的复合优化,制备了具有低温、低介、与硅相匹配的低热膨胀系数的新型绝缘复合材料。样品在970℃烧结0.5h后,介电常数5.125,介质损耗2.48×10^-3,抗折强度105.8MPa,热膨胀系数(25~500℃)3.38×10^-6℃^-1。并研究了玻璃与钙长石加入量、显微结构等因素对材料性能的影响。 相似文献

Flexural strength is an important parameter of domestic ceramics to meet the criteria for mechanized washing, filling, and sealing process in the automatic production line. In this work, the anorthite coating was prepared using calcite, silica, and alumina as raw materials. Taking the temperature with the highest matrix strength as the optimal temperature, the influences of chemical formulation on the phase composition and the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of coatings were investigated. The enhancement effect of the coating with different formulations and surface number and thickness was compared. As a result, the flexural strength of the ordinary domestic ceramic body was improved due to the residual compressive stress in the coating caused by a mismatch of CTE between the coating and the matrix. At the optimal sintering temperature (1280°C), the coating with 20 mass% alumina addition has the best strengthening effect on the body, in which the thickness of the anorthite coating is approximately 50 µm and the flexural strength has increased by 64.6%, from 88 ± 4 to 144 ± 6 MPa. 相似文献

TiO2 nucleated anorthite-based glass-ceramics were fabricated from glass powders. After sintering and crystallization heat treatment, various physical properties, including apparent bulk density and water absorption, were examined to evaluate the sintering behavior of anorthite-based glass-ceramic. Results showed that the complete-densification temperature for specimens was as low as 900°C. Sufficient crystallization was achieved by subsequently raising the firing temperature to 950°C, and the dielectric quality factor was promoted to the maximum value. Contents of nucleating agent (TiO2 ) played an important role in the dielectric constants. The crystallinity was controlled by raising the firing temperature at a constant heating rate. The degree of crystallization affected the dielectric properties of sintered glass-ceramics. At the resonant frequency of 10 GHz, anorthite glass-ceramics with 5 wt% TiO2 possessed the lowest permittivity of 8 and exhibited appropriate dielectric properties as compared with those with B2 O3 and 10 wt% TiO2 . 相似文献

The intention of the present study was to develop an alternative composition for making porcelain material using diopside as the main raw material. Particle size distribution, X‐ray diffraction, X‐ray fluorescence spectrometer, and field emission scanning electron microscope were carried out to characterize the body. Alfa‐quartz, diopside, anorthite, and clinoenstatite were major phases of fired sample. The flexural strength, 131.54 MPa, was two times higher than that of conventional porcelains. During firing, iron ions were diffused into diopside crystal lattice giving the porcelain body a favorable whiteness. It is applicable in preparation of porcelain material using diopside as the main raw material. 相似文献
