镉是一种高毒而且具有蓄积性的重金属 ,在环境中含量较低 ,需要灵敏的监测技术进行测定。研究了双显色体系测定镉的方法 ,对于Cd -邻二氮菲 -溴酚蓝形成的三元络合体系 ,首先用三氯甲烷萃取 ,然后加入碳酸钠解析 ,解析出来的溴酚蓝可与丁基罗丹明B形成染料离子对 ,该离子对被甲苯萃取 ,并用乙醇等色。在 5 89nm测定溴酚蓝 -丁基罗丹明B等色染料离子对的吸光度 ,该方法摩尔吸光系数可达到 4 .0 8× 10 5L/(mol·cm) ,在 6 .0× 10 -8~ 3.1× 10 -5mol/L范围内服从比尔定律 ,样品标准加入回收率为 98.0 %~ 10 1.8% ,相对标准偏差为3.2 % ,利用该高灵敏度体系测定了三个化工废水样品的镉 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

高压电晕液膜放电产生大量的羟基自由基(OH.),如何快速准确地测定其生成量是个重要的问题。为此,采用溴酚蓝(bromophenol blue,BPB)作为探针捕捉剂,利用Fenton反应产生的OH.研究了影响其检测结果的主要因素与条件,定量检测分析了高压电晕液膜放电过程中产生的OH.,并探讨了其反应动力学过程。结果表明:选定浓度为0.1mmol/L、用量为1mL的BPB溶液作为显色剂,体系稳定时间为25min,则在一定条件下,放电电压与放电时间对BPB的吸光度呈线性关系;随着放电电压的增大,其自由基生成量增加,在放电电压稳定时,OH.生成量基本不变。液膜中BPB在电晕放电下的降解过程为拟一级动力学反应。BPB可作为OH.探针捕捉剂,对高压电晕液膜放电产生的OH.进行定量检测分析。  相似文献

基于在盐酸介质中及热90℃的条件下, 痕量钛(Ⅳ)对高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝褪色反应有显著催化作用,据此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量钛(Ⅳ)的新分析方法。研究了最佳试验条件。在波长599nm处的吸光度差值△A与Ti(Ⅳ)的质量浓度ρ在0.10–2.0 ug./mL范围内呈良好的线性关系, 检出限为7.87×10-10 g/mL。对1 μg Ti(Ⅳ)/25 mL标准溶液测定12次,求得标准偏差为1.25%。测定了动力学参数,反应物钛(Ⅳ)是一级反应,在试验条件下,总反应为准一级反应,表观速率常数为5.85×10-4 /s,表观活化能为45.42 kJ/mol。该分析方法用于炼钢烧结矿1和烧结矿3中痕量钛(Ⅳ)的测定,样品中钛含量分别1.34%和4.30%与参照值吻合较好。RSD(n=6)为0.18% 和0.15% , 加标回收率在98%–101%范围,符合痕量分析要求。  相似文献

Abstract: A bromophenol, bis(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl) ether, was purified from the red alga Polyopes lancifolia. Its IC50 values were 0.098 and 0.120 μM against Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus stearothermophilus α-glucosidases, respectively, and 1.00 and 1.20 mM against rat-intestinal sucrase and maltase. This bromophenol competitively inhibited S. cerevisiae α-glucosidase with a KI value of 0.068 μM and was very stable at pH 2 for 60 min at 37 °C. Therefore, this P. lancifolia bromophenol may have potential as natural nutraceutical for the management of type 2 diabetes. Practical Application: One therapeutic approach for preventing diabetes mellitus is to retard the absorption of glucose via inhibition of α-glucosidase. In this study, one compound with strong α-glucosidase-inhibitory activity, bis(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl) ether, was purified and identified from the red alga P. lancifolia. Therefore, P. lancifolia bromophenol can potentially be developed as a novel natural nutraceutical for the management of type 2 diabetes.  相似文献

Mn 的强氧化性对溴酚蓝有褪色作用 ,借此可用分光光度法测定锰。试验表明 ,在 0.72~ 1.44mol/LH2 SO4 介质中 ,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为 434nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.95× 10 4 ,锰量在 0~ 30 μg/2 5mL范围服从比尔定律。方法简单、快速、准确、选择性好 ,可用于测定某些地质样品中微量锰 ,结果满意。  相似文献

The partition of bromophenol blue between oil-water interfaces and water droplets in water-in-oil microemulsions of toluene/water/sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate was studied by a spectroscopic method at different water fractions and pH. The partition equilibrium constant, K p , between the two domains decreased considerably with an increase in the water fraction and pH. The decrease in K p with an increase in the water fraction suggests the retention of more dye molecules in water. The decrease in K p with an increase in pH has been attributed to a lower tendency of the base form to associate with the anionic oil-water interface compared with that of the acid form and to an increase in the negative charge density at the oil-water interface at a higher pH.  相似文献

Laccase production by Pycnoporus sanguineus RP15 grown in wheat bran and corncob under solid-state fermentation was optimized by response surface methodology using a Central Composite Rotational Design. A laccase (Lacps1) was purified and characterized and the potential of the pure Lacps1 and the crude culture extract for synthetic dye decolorization was evaluated. At optimal conditions (eight days, 26 °C, 18% (w/w) milled corncob, 0.8% (w/w) NH4Cl and 50 mmol·L−1 CuSO4, initial moisture 4.1 mL·g−1), the laccase activity reached 138.6 ± 13.2 U·g−1. Lacps1 was a monomeric glycoprotein (67 kDa, 24% carbohydrate). Optimum pH and temperature for the oxidation of 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonate) (ABTS) were 4.4 and 74.4 °C, respectively. Lacps1 was stable at pH 3.0–8.0, and after two hours at 55–60 °C, presenting high redox potential (0.747 V vs. NHE). ABTS was oxidized with an apparent affinity constant of 147.0 ± 6.4 μmol·L−1, maximum velocity of 413.4 ± 21.2 U·mg−1 and catalytic efficiency of 3140.1 ± 149.6 L·mmol−1·s−1. The maximum decolorization percentages of bromophenol blue (BPB), remazol brilliant blue R and reactive blue 4 (RB4), at 25 or 40 °C without redox mediators, reached 90%, 80% and 60%, respectively, using either pure Lacps1 or the crude extract. This is the first study of the decolorization of BPB and RB4 by a P. sanguineus laccase. The data suggested good potential for treatment of industrial dye-containing effluents.  相似文献
