Given the continuing issues of environment and energy, methane dry reforming for syngas production have sparked interest among researchers, but struggled with the process immaturity owing to catalyst deactivation. This review summarizes the recent advances in the development of efficient and stable catalysts with strong resistance to coking and metal sintering, including the application of novel materials, the assessment of advanced characterizations and the compatibility to improved reaction system. One feasible option is the crystalline oxide catalysts (perovskite, pyrochlore, spinel and LDHs), which feature a fine metal dispersion and surface confinement effect via a metal exsolution strategy and exhibit superior reactivity and stability. Some new materials (h-BN, clays and MOFs) also extend the option because of their unique morphology and microstructure. It also is elaborated that progresses were achieved in advanced characterizations application, leading to success in the establishment of reaction mechanisms and attributions to the formed robust catalysts. In addition, the perspective described the upgrade of reaction system to a higher reaction efficiency and milder reaction conditions. The combination of efficient reaction systems and robust catalysts paves a way for a scaling-up application of the process.  相似文献

Transition metal oxides have been explored in supercapacitor applications owing to their safety, low cost, high specific capacitance and high electrochemical activity. Among all transition metal oxides, zinc oxide based materials show remarkable response for designing the supercapacitors with high electrochemical activity. Here in, Mn doped ZnO (Zn1-xMnxO3 with x = 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 1) was synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method. Doping of Mn into the ZnO increased the surface area and decease the charge transfer resistance for the Zn0.5Mn0.5O3. All the synthesized materials were characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy SEM), BET, electrochemical tests and other various analytical techniques to confirm the structural, morphological, textural and suprcapacitive properties. The synthesized material Zn0.5Mn0.5O3 having the porous nanoribons structure with BET surface area (2490 cm2/g). The electrochemical studies showed significantly enhanced response toward pseudocapacitive nature. The synthesized material exhibited the excellent specific capacitance (515F/g), specific energy (28.61 Wh/kg) and specific power (1000 W/kg) at current density of 2 mA/g. Such impressive and superior properties make the MnZnO3 material as promising candidate for new generation supercapacitor applications.  相似文献

Electrokinetic remediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
This paper describes the results obtained from an electrokinetic treatment of a real soil polluted by lead acetate. Powdered soil samples were pressed with a consolidometer till 100 kPa to obtain cylindrical specimens with the same characteristics as a subsoil. Tests were carried out in a Perspex electrochemical cell where soil specimens were introduced with a hollow punch. A low intensity direct current was applied in order to remove contaminants, due to electrophoresis and electroosmosis phenomena. The water flow, conductivity, apparent electroosmotic coefficient, as well as other characteristic parameters, were measured throughout the test. The water content and degree of pore saturation were estimated at the beginning and end of the test. The soil slab was divided into four slices and the Pb concentration profile determined. The main factor governing the extraction of contaminant was found to be the pH in the acidic range. Indeed, under these conditions high removal efficiencies could be reached. These results could lead to the design of a new electrochemical treatment cell equipped with a cationic membrane to expand the region of favourable pH within the soil.  相似文献

A pushdown automaton (PDA) is quasi-rocking if it preserves the stack height for no more than a bounded number of consecutive moves. Every PDA can be transformed into an equivalent one that is quasi-rocking and real-time and every finite-turn (one-turn) PDA can be transformed into an equivalent one that is quasi-rocking or real-time. The quasi-rocking [quasi-rocking in the increasing mode, and quasi-rocking in the decreasing mode] real-time restriction in finite-turn (one-turn) PDAs coincides with the double Greibach [reverse Greibach, and Greibach] form in nonterminal-bounded (linear) context-free grammars. This provides complete grammatical characterizations of quasi-rocking and/or real-time (finite-turn and one-turn) PDAs and, together with known relations and other relations proved in the present paper, yields an extended hierarchy of PDA languages. Basic decision properties for PDAs can be stated in stronger forms by using the quasi-rocking and real-time restrictions and their undecidability/decidability status rests on the way PDAs quasi-rock.  相似文献

The electroless copper deposition on both pure and Cr-coated diamond particles was studied to produce copper/diamond composites for electronic packaging materials. The particles were characterized and the mechanism of product formation was investigated through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS). The particle coating thickness was measured using optical micrographs. The diamond particles got uniform coating thickness of copper crystals layers. This method provided an excellent base for the fabrication of metal-based composites using cheap equipments, and was less time consuming, nature friendly and economical compared with other methods of diamond surface metallization.  相似文献

We have investigated the static and dynamic behavior of piezoelectric (PZT) actuated SiO2/Si membranes with an off-centered PZT patch. Three-dimensional wide-field interferometer has been used to achieve measurement of membrane topography and bending. It is demonstrated that the piezoelectric coefficient d31 can be extracted directly from these three-dimensional static deformation measurements. We have also shown that polarization voltage of an off-centered PZT patch influences in a different manner the resonant frequency shift of the first and the second vibration modes. Degenerated modes can be also discriminated thanks to the positioning of the PZT patch.  相似文献

In this paper, we have investigated the structural, electrical and magnetic characterizations of Ni/Cu/p-Si Schottky diode prepared by liquid phase epitaxy (LPE). Current density-voltage (J-V), capacitance-voltage (C-V) and capacitance-frequency (C-f) measurements were performed to determine the conduction mechanisms as well as extracting the important diode parameters. Rectifying properties were obtained, which definitely of the Schottky diode type. At low voltages, (0 < V ? 0.4 V), current density in the forward direction was found to obey the diode equation, while for higher voltages, (0.5 < V ? 1.5 V), conduction was dominated by a space-charge-limited conduction (SCLC) mechanism. Analysis of the experimental data under reverse bias suggests a transition from electrode-limited to a bulk-limited conduction process for lower and higher applied voltages, respectively. Diode parameters such as, the built-in potential, Vb, the carrier concentration, N, the width of the depletion layer, W, of the Ni/Cu/p-Si Schottky diode were obtained from the C-V measurements at high frequency (1 MHz). The capacitance-frequency measurements showed that the values of capacitance were highly frequency dependent at low frequency region but independent at high frequencies. The Ni/Cu/p-Si Schottky diode showed magnetic properties due to the effect of Ni in the heterostructure.  相似文献
