含蒽酰亚胺基团的化合物N-(2-(6-氨基吡啶))-9-蒽酰亚胺(L1)对Fe3+表现出灵敏的荧光增强响应.L1的衍生物N,N-′(2,6-吡啶基)-二(9-蒽酰亚胺)(L2)对Hg2+在紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱上显示了良好的识别性.即使在其它金属阳离子存在下,L1和L2分别对于Fe3+和Hg2+仍然表现出较好的选择性. 相似文献

A novel sulfonato-functionalized water-soluble conjugated polymer (WSCP), which containing 2′2-bipyridine units as receptors for transition metal ions in the main chain was successfully synthesized by Sonogashira-coupling reaction for the first time. This polymer could easily dissolve in water (5 mg/mL) and some polar organic solvents such as methanol. Its fluorescence in aqueous solution can be completely quenched upon addition of transition metal ions. The Ksv of different transition metal ions in aqueous solution were much higher than previous reports in organic solutions and showed highest selectivity to Ni2+. These results opened opportunities for developing novel chemosensors by introducing selective fluorescent chromophore into the water-soluble conjugated backbone. 相似文献

设计合成了一个以萘酰胺衍生物为荧光团,硫脲基团为键合基团的荧光化学传感器1。化学传感器1对氟离子表现出了较好的荧光响应性。随着氟离子浓度的增加,荧光强度先表现为增强,这是由于氟离子加入后可以和化学传感器1中硫脲基团上的氢原子形成氢键,从而增强了萘酰胺4-位取代基的给电子能力。随着氟离子浓度的继续增加,化学传感器1表现为荧光强度的降低。在对磷酸二氢根离子的实验中,化学传感器1则没有表现出较明显的荧光变化。 相似文献

A new rhodamine B derivative colorimetric and fluorescent sensor (1) was synthesized by condensation reaction of rhodamine B hydrazide and 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, which showed reversible and highly selective and sensitive recognition toward Cu2+ over other examined metal ions. Upon addition of Cu2+, sensor 1 exhibits remarkably enhanced absorbance intensity and color change from colorless to pink in DMSO and MeCN aqueous buffer solution or pure MeCN, and shows significant off-on fluorescence accompanied by color changes from colorless to orange in MeCN. The sensor 1 was also successfully applied to the determination of Cu2+ in water samples. 相似文献

A fluoranthene based fluorescent chemosensor 2-(7,10-diphenyl-fluoranthen-8-yl)-pyridine (B) which shows excellent selectivity towards Fe3+ is described. Upon addition of FeCl3 into the ethanol solution of B, it exhibits a great decrease of emission intensity against environmental and biological samples. Further experiments demonstrate that Fe(NO3)3 has the similar influence as FeCl3 on the emission spectra of B while Fe2(SO4)3 has no influence on that of B. 相似文献

Chemosensor arrays have a great potential for on-site applications in real-world scenarios.However,to fabricate on chemosensor array a number of chemosensors are required to obtain various optical patterns for multianalyte detection.Herein,we propose a minimized chemosensor array composed of only two types of carboxylate-functionalized polythiophene derivatives for the detection of eight types of metal ions.Upon recognition of the metal ions,the polythiophenes exhibited changes in their fluorescence intensity and various spectral shifts.Although both chemosensors have the same polymer backbone and recognition moiety,only the difference in the number of methylene groups contributed to the difference in the fluorescence response patterns.Consequently,the metal ions in aqueous media were successfully discriminated qualitatively and quantitatively by the chemosensor microarray on the glass chip.This study offers an approach for achieving a minimized chemosensor array just by changing the alkyl chain lengths without the necessity for many receptors and reporters. 相似文献
