A continuous microwave vacuum drying processor with a hexagonal cross‐section of the cavity was constructed. Due to the geometry of the cavity and the continuous movement of the product, homogeneous microwave power absorption of the product can be favored. By the expansion and simultaneous dehydration of non‐expanded, starch‐based extrudates, the applicability of the constructed processor could be shown. 相似文献

The article is dedicated to the empirical exploration of solution providers in the German capital goods industry. A model – consisting of six principles and success factors for solution management – is used to draw conclusions on the relevance and the need for action to manage the transition towards being a solution provider. The answers from 99 medium-sized companies reveal the following results: 1.) The solution concept offers the opportunity to gain competitive advantage 2.) The potential of providing solutions has been recognised, yet the implementation is lagging behind 3.) A consistent solution management process is a prerequisite for success 4.) Up to now, bio‐based products have not been able to exploit their full market potential. Hence, various policy initiatives have provided various recommendations for an increasing support. A huge number of policy measures with relevance to bio‐based products in Germany already exists. These measures address primarily R&D activities. It is shown that the cathode products of electrolysis of melts based on a eutectic mixture of sodium chloride and lithium fluoride as well as melts based on sodium tungstate in which dissolved oxides of molybdenum (VI) or tungsten (VI), molybdate, tungstate and lithium or sodium carbonates are molybdenum, tungsten, their bronzes and carbides, carbon. It is established that the phase composition of electrolysis products is determined by the concentration of carbonate in the melt. Particular conditions of plating coating of molybdenum and tungsten carbides on carbon, nickel and copper materials are determined. Molybdenum carbide coatings of electrolyte Na2WO4–Li2MoO4–Li2CO3 are deposited at equality (within 2.5 mol%) of concentrations molybdate and lithium carbonate. However, their concentrations should not exceed 10 mol%. At lower concentrations of molybdate in the precipitate are detected carbon, molybdenum, molybdenum carbide, and at high concentrations – molybdenum oxides. At lower concentrations of carbonate in the sediment dominates molybdenum and at large concentrations mainly free carbon is released. More affordable industrial reagent‐source of molybdenum is its oxide. 相似文献
