给水泵密封水系统对机组真空的影响

介绍了银川热电厂二期工程投运一年以后,多次出现凝汽器真空缓慢下降的现象。在机组系统严密性试验合格的前提下,经多次观察,发现是给水泵密封水系统漏空气造成的。在采取了一些相应措施后,解决了这个问题。     

Thermal design method of bayonet-tube evaporators and condensers

The paper describes an effectiveness-NTU design method of bayonet-tube evaporators and condensers. Including the effect of the wall superheat on the shell-side film coefficient, and using an energy balance on the tube, differential equations for the steady-state fluid temperatures are formulated. Because of the nonlinear nature of the governing equations, the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is employed to the solution of the finite difference equations. The results are iterated with the combination of integration techniques. An upper bound to the numerical error being ±5% the fluid temperature distribution as well as the exchanger effectiveness are determined, and presented as a function of the Hurd number, the number of heat transfer units and the flow arrangement. For flow entering through the inner tube, the temperature distribution displays the occurrence of a minimum at a point other than the tube-tip of the exchanger. In an extension of the analysis, an effort is made to illustrate the deviation of the results obtained by uniform film coefficient from the present study, and the differences are outlined.     

冷凝器中弓形折流板结构与两相流诱发的振动

根据两相流体诱发振动的机理与相关公式,对在两相流状态下运行的稀醋酸酐冷凝器进行了振动分析,结果表明,采用双弓形折流板可有效地防止换热器的振动。     

Open‐cycle OTEC systems with freshwater product: Effects of noncondensable gases on performance of condenser

An open‐cycle ocean thermal energy conversion (OC‐OTEC) system is one of the energy conversion methods used to generate electricity from ocean thermal energy. For the OC‐OTEC system, steam evaporated from the surface seawater due to flash evaporation drives the turbine. At that time, dissolved gas such as air is introduced into the low‐pressure system (OC‐OTEC system) as the noncondensable gas, which degrades the performance of condensation heat transfer. In this paper, a small‐scale OC‐OTEC experimental unit experimentally investigates the effect of noncondensable gas on the heat transfer performance in a condenser. The experimental results are discussed in comparison with theoretical estimation by the Sparrow–in method. It is shown that the condensation is occupied by heat and mass transfer near a condensation surface and that the condensation efficiency is affected by exhaust quantity of noncondensable gas at a relatively high concentration ratio of condensable gas. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 一种蒸发式冷凝器的新型设计方法

蒸发式冷凝器设计方法的粗糙和繁琐限制其广泛应用,特别是限制其应用于民用和小型商用建筑中。针对上述问题,作者通过实验研究了蒸发式冷凝器的影响因素（进风湿球温度、最小截面风速和喷淋水量）对蒸发式冷凝器热质交换的影响。同时提出了一种新型设计方法,此方法简单,精度较高。适合工程设计、选型和生产应用。     

Effects of Working Fluid,Tubeside Enhancement and Bundle Depth on the Optimized Fin Geometry of a Horizontal Condenser Tube

A theoretical study has been made to optimize the fin geometry of a horizontal finned tube which is to be usedfor condensers that handle the vapor load of a liquid phase change cooling module.Systematic numerical calcu-lations of the vapor to coolant heat transfer have been performed for parametric values of fin height,fin spacing,vertical bundle depth and tubeside heat transfer coefficient.Three dielectric fluids (R-113,FC-72,and FC-87)at atmospheric pressure were selected as the working fluids.For a single tube with optimized fin geometry,theaverage heat flux increased in the order of FC-87,R-113 and FC-72.Both the optimum fin height and optimumfin spacing increased with increasing vertical bundle depth.     

高压静电除垢技术在发电厂汽轮机凝汽器中的应用

汽轮机凝汽器的除垢问题通常采用化学方法或物理方法,这些除垢措施有一定的局限性。介绍了一种利用高压静电除垢技术。     

蒸发式冷凝器管束中强制对流空气CFD模拟

运用FLUENT软件对圆管、椭圆管及交变曲面波纹管管束中强制对流空气热力过程进行了模拟,模拟数据经过Tecplot.10处理后直观地表征了3种管型管束中空气的速度场、压力场及温度场。结果表明,交变曲面波纹管在提高流体湍动程度及强化传热温差方面优于其它两种管型。     

PTA装置中冷凝器壳体腐蚀原因分析及防护对策

对仪征化纤化工厂PTA装置中反应器第一冷凝器E-112 壳体腐蚀状况进行了分析.结果表明，高温高压冷凝液的冲刷是造成E-112壳体腐蚀穿孔的 主要原因，并提出相应防护对策.     

热管空冷器在淬火介质控温过程中的应用

针对连续淬火介质在工作中存在的冷却问题，提出由空气冷却代替水冷系统，研制出的热管空冷器可以精确控制连续淬火介质温度，保证热处理工件的金相组织和力学性能，在实际应用中取得较大成效。
