Novel MgO-doped CaO sorbent pellets were prepared by gel-casting and wet impregnation. The effect of Na+ and MgO on the structure and CO2 adsorption performance of CaO sorbent pellets was elucidated. MgO-doped CaO sorbent pellets with the diameter range of 0.5-1.5 mm exhibited an excellent capacity for CO2 adsorption and adsorption rate due to the homogeneous dispersion of MgO in the sorbent pellets and its effects on the physical structure of sorbents. The results show that MgO can effectively inhibit the sintering of CaO and retain the adsorption capacity of sorbents during multiple adsorption-desorption cycles. The presence of mesopores and macropores resulted in appreciable change of volume from CaO (16.7 cm3∙mol−1) to CaCO3 (36.9 cm3∙mol−1) over repeated operation cycles. Ca2Mg1 sorbent pellets exhibited favorable CO2 capture capacity (9.49 mmol∙g−1), average adsorption rate (0.32 mmol∙g−1∙min−1) and conversion rate of CaO (74.83%) after 30 cycles. 相似文献

研究了ZrB2-SiC复合材料的凝胶注模成型技术。着重讨论了分散剂、pH值、固相体积含量、有机单体等对ZrB2-SiC复合材料料浆的影响;分析了凝胶注模成型后,排胶前复合材料素坯断面的显微结构以及相对应的烧结体的显微结构。结果表明:当分散剂用量为8.74‰(质量分数),pH为10.8,有机单体含量为3.1%时,可制得固相体积含量为40%,粘度为610mPa.s的ZrB2-SiC复合浆料,此时烧结体的断面主要以穿晶断裂为主;凝胶注模成型的坯体内部的有机聚合物网络因高温而完全分解,使素坯的气孔分布较均匀,利于烧结体致密度的提高。 相似文献

高固相、低粘度浆料的获得是凝胶注模成型工艺实现的关键,而分散剂在浆料制备中作用至关重要,采用柠檬酸三胺(TAC)和聚甲基丙烯酸胺(PMAA-NH4)作为压电陶瓷PMN-PZT浆料的分散剂,讨论了两种分散剂对浆料稳定性和流变性的影响。对加入分散剂前后的PMN-PZT浆料进行粒度测定和扫描电镜分析,结果表明:两种分散剂均能减少陶瓷浆料中的颗粒团聚,使颗粒分散更均匀,PMAA-NH4的分散效果优于TAC。 相似文献

Nanosized copper powders were prepared by a gel-casting method using copper nitrate, acrylamide (AM) and N, N′-methylenebisacrylamide (MBAM) as the main raw materials. The as-prepared copper powders were characterized by X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy, and then added into a 48# industrial white oil. Dispersion and wear properties of the compounded lubricating oil were tested. The results show that the copper powders prepared are of high purity, fine dispersibility with mean particle size of about 60 nm and with a narrow particle size distribution. The nanosized copper powders can be well dispersed in the lubricating oil. The addition of the copper powders obviously improves the anti-wear properties of the lubricating oil owing to their good self-repairing performance. Compared with 48# industrial white lubricating oil, the friction coefficient of GCr15 steel with the compounded oil containing 0.6% copper powders reduces by 0.07 and nearly no wear chippings are found in the scratches of the friction counter parts. 相似文献

Direct methane Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) operated under catalytic partial oxidation (CPOX) conditions are investigated, focusing on the processing of the anode support and the anode deactivation caused by carbon deposition. Anode-supported SOFCs based on gadolinium-doped ceria (GDC) electrolyte, and NiO-GDC anode support were fabricated by the gel-casting method. Suitable aqueous slurries formulations of NiO–GDC were prepared, starting NiO-GDC nanocomposite powders, agarose as gelling agent and rice starch as pore former. Electrochemical and mechanical tests evidenced that the support of 550 ± 50 µm thickness and 10 wt% pore former is a good candidate for direct-methane SOFCs. The cells operating under stoichiometric conditions of CPOX reached a performance of 0.64 W·cm?2 at 650 ºC, a very close value to that measured under humidified hydrogen (0.71 W·cm?2). The best electrochemical stability of the cell is achieved at a CH4/O2 ratio of 2.5, showing no evidence of carbon deposition and reducing nickel re-oxidation significantly. 相似文献
