采用非平衡磁控溅射沉积技术制备微图形化的Ti-O薄膜,通过在微图形化的薄膜表面培养内皮细胞的方法,研究了微图形及表面物理化学性能对细胞生长行为的影响.结果表明,微图形尺寸减小到某一尺度范围之内会对内皮细胞在材料表面的生长起到接触引导作用,促进细胞在其表面生长;同时,表面成分、结构和表面能参数γsp/γsd也在一定程度上影响内皮细胞的生长行为.采用溅射技术使材料表面具有一定特征的表面微观形貌,能够引导和促进细胞在材料表面的生长,溅射技术制备微图形化表面可能成为等离子体生物材料表面改性的一个新的技术手段.  相似文献

Colloidal assemblies develop pronounced structural colors due to the selective diffraction of light. Micropatterns with multiple structural colors are appealing for the use in a variety of photonic applications. Here, a lithographic approach is reported, which provides a high level of control over the size, shape, and color of a micropattern using the anisotropic shrinkage of inverse opals made of a negative photoresist heated to high temperatures. Shrinkage occurs uniformly across the thickness of the film, leading to a blueshift in the structural color while maintaining a high reflectivity across the full visible spectrum. The rate of shrinkage is determined by the annealing temperature and the photoresist crosslinking density. The rate can, therefore, be spatially modulated by applying UV radiation through a photomask to create multicolor micropatterns from single‐colored inverse opals. The lateral dimensions of the micropattern features can be as small as the thickness of the inverse opal.  相似文献

研究木素磺酸钙、改性木素磺酸钙、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、氨基磺酸甲醛缩合物和三聚氰胺脲醛树脂5种减水剂对水泥水化产物微观形貌的影响.结果表明,掺木素磺酸钙的水泥石中生成较多短柱状钙矾石(AFt);掺改性木素磺酸钙的水泥石中短柱状和长柱状AFt交错生长;掺萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、氨基磺酸甲醛缩合物和三聚氰胺脲醛树脂可分别使水泥石中AFt呈长杆柱、波浪状和规则六方柱状生长.当水化龄期达到60 d时,0.8%木素磺酸钙、改性木素磺酸钙的水泥石中出现连通孔洞;掺0.8%萘磺酸甲醛缩合物和氨基磺酸甲醛缩合物造成水泥石中出现微裂缝;掺加0.4%三聚氰胺脲醛树脂和改性木素磺酸钙的水泥石结构致密.减水剂的分散性、引气性和缓凝性是其对水化产物微观形貌影响的主要原因.  相似文献

Microarrays are currently recognized as one of major tools in the assessment of gene expression via cDNA or RNA analysis and are now accepted as a powerful experimental tool for high-throughput screening of a large number of samples, such as cDNA and siRNAs. In this study, we examined the potential of the microarray methodology for high-throughput screening of candidate cells as feeder cells which effectively differentiate embryonic stem (ES) cells to the specific lineage. Cell arrays were prepared by applying three kinds of cells, PA6, human umbilical vein endothelial, and COS-1 cells, to circular spots, 2 mm in diameter, on a glass plate, followed by the application of mouse ES cells to the cell microarray. After 8 d in culture, TuJ1 (neuron-specific class III beta-tubulin) immunocytochemical staining clearly demonstrated that only PA6 cell spots had the capability to induce ES cells to neuronal differentiation. Although this is a model experiment, these findings clearly indicate that the cell microarray will become a powerful tool for high-throughput screening large numbers of candidate feeder cells for specific differentiation.  相似文献

Creating micropatterns of electrically conductive polymers on solid substrates is important for the low-cost construction of organic microelectronic devices. This work develops a novel strategy for the preparation of large-area polypyrrole (Ppy) micropatterns through area-selected in situ electropolymerization of pyrrole within microchannels. The effects on micropattern formation of electropolymerization procedures such as dynamic potential polymerization (DPP), static potential polymerization (SPP), and constant current polymerization (CCP), the solvent, and the polymerization time were studied systematically. The electrical conductivities of the Ppy micropatterns were measured and compared with a homogeneous Ppy thin film synthesized under the same conditions. Given the straightforward and versatile nature of this method, it is expected to contribute greatly to the convenient fabrication of low-cost organic microelectronic devices.  相似文献

An approach for preparing and applying micropatterned alumina tubular membranes was developed for improved gas-liquid contact at low air pressure drop in direct air capture application. The paper demonstrated that the laser carving of micropatterns on the outer surface of the alumina tubular membranes could greatly increase their outer surface area and enhance gas-liquid turbulence for a reduced diffusion mass transfer resistance. Six kinds of micropattern configurations were fabricated and studied, including random and regular micropatterns. By introducing a 500-µm solid grid micropattern, the outer surface area doubles and enhances carbon dioxide capture efficiency from 61% to 97% after the membrane was hydrophobically modified with fluoroalkylsilane. The air pressure drop through the tube lumen remained low even when the packing density increased from 382 to 906 m2/m3. The liquid entry pressure of this micropatterned membrane was the same after testing for 220 h running with the help of periodic drying.  相似文献

The ability to control metal patterns at the micro- and nanoscales, along with the development of a simple fabrication method, is important to many applications in the fields of materials science, biological sensing, electronics, and photonics. Herein, a simple approach to fabricating gold micropatterns with controlled roughness is reported. In this approach, gold is evaporated onto a striped liquid micropattern formed on self-organized microwrinkles. Gold nanoribbons with higher roughness form on the liquid part of the substrate because the deposited gold atoms can diffuse, grow, and aggregate at the liquid-air interface, whereas flat gold films form on the solid part. The rough gold nanoribbons formed on the liquid can then be peeled off through contact with water. The extinction spectrum of the rough gold nanoribbons suggests characteristic surface-plasmon absorption. This shows the possibility of using rough gold nanoribbons with controlled shape in plasmonic technology.  相似文献
