用化学沉淀法制备了纳米薄膜Ni100-XPX(X=2.40,2.89,3.21,3.60,4.64,5.45,7.64)系列样品。用Scherrer法计算出组成薄膜的颗粒的尺寸为7~15nm。利用振动样品磁强计测量了材料的磁学参数。对晶格常数、饱和磁化强度、居里温度与磷含量的关系进行了详细的分析。  相似文献

采用电子束-物理气相沉积法(EB-PVD)制备了6个厚度为15-62nm的铂薄膜,研究了纳米薄膜的晶粒尺寸及其对热导率的影响规律.当薄膜厚度小于30nm时,晶粒平均尺寸接近于薄膜的厚度;晶粒尺寸随着薄膜厚度的增加而增大并趋于定值;当薄膜厚度大于30nm时,晶粒尺寸约为20nm.受薄膜的表面和内部晶界的综合影响,铂纳米薄膜的热导率大大低于体材料的值,并且纳米薄膜的热导率随着薄膜厚度的增加而增大并趋于一个低于体材料热导率的值.  相似文献

The self-assembled silicon substrate. The resultant contact angle meter and atomic method was introduced to successfully obtain film was characterized by means of X-ray rare earth(RE) nanofilm on a single-crystal photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), ellipsometer, force microscopy (AFM). The scratch experiment was performed for interfacial adhesion measurement of the RE film. The friction and wear behavior of RE nanofilm was examined on a DF-PM reciprocating friction and wear tester. The results indicate the RE nanofilm is of low coefficient of friction (COF) and high wear resistance. These desirable characteristics of RE nanofilm together with its nanometer thickness, strong bonding to the substrate and low surface energy make it a promising choice as a solid lubricant film in micro electromechanical system (MEMS) devices.  相似文献

采用电沉积方法在表面活性剂和电解液的界面制备了硫化镉纳米膜.通过对不同电解液体系和表面活性剂体系中纳米硫化镉膜沉积情况进行比较发现,相同条件下采用硫代乙酰胺体系为电解液,蓖麻油类为表面活性剂可以在液/液界面制备硫化镉纳米膜.考察了表面活性剂种类、电解液浓度和温度及溶液的pH值对制备硫化镉纳米膜的影响,确立了制备纳米膜的最佳工艺条件:氯化镉浓度为4 mmol·L-1,硫代乙酰胺浓度为12 mmol·L-1,槽压5 V,pH值为4.8,蓖麻油/十六醇的用量为0.06 ml·cm-2.实验表明,最佳工艺条件下制备的硫化镉纳米膜晶粒粒径均匀、平均粒径在30 nm左右,近似球形,将在非线性光学材料领域有特殊的应用前景.  相似文献

A seeded-growth approach has been developed to fabricate a Cu nanoparticle film (simplified hereafter with nanofilm) on Si for electrochemical ATR surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy (ATR-SEIRAS). The approach comprises an initial activation of the reflecting plane of hemicylindrical Si prism by introducing a Cu seed layer in a CuSO4-HF solution and the subsequent electroless deposition of the Cu nanofilms from an electroless Cu plating bath. The as-deposited Cu nanofilm exhibited strong SEIRA effect for the CO probe and interfacial free H2O. ATR-SEIRAS was also applied to characterize the adsorbed geometries of pyridine at the Cu/electrolyte interface. Only vibrational bands assignable to the A1 symmetry modes were detected in the entire potential window investigated, suggestive of an end-on adsorption via the ring N-atom on a Cu electrode.  相似文献

Triazinedithiol polymeric nanofilm was prepared on a pure aluminum surface by electrochemical polymerization of AF17N. The mechanism of the process was proposed and electrochemical polymerization parameters were investigated. The triazinedithiol polymeric nanofilm had notable lubricity, high dielectric property and superhydrophobic property due to the allyl and fluoro alkyl groups in the AF17N monomer. The chemical structure of poly (6-(N-allyl-1,1,2,2-tetrahydroperfluorodecyl)amino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol monosodium) nanofilm (PAF17) was investigated by analysis of FT-IR spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The optimal conditions for the preparation process were based on the data of film weight and thickness. The optimal parameters of monomer concentration, electropolymerization time and temperature were 5 mM, 6 min and 15 °C, respectively. The electropolymerization mechanism was a radical polymerization reaction. It is expected that this technique will be applied in industrial fields for aluminum and aluminum alloy to achieve functional surfaces.  相似文献

Bilayered nanofilm electrodes made of polypyrrole (Ppy) and poly-2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (poly-DMcT) are produced by electrochemical means onto a carbon-fiber substrate, with the goal of preventing the loss of the electroactive mass of the disulfide and improving the electrode stability during the charge/discharge cycling process. Lightweight and high surface area composites are obtained by potentiostatically depositing a nanometric layer of Ppy onto a carbon fiber piece already supporting a layer of a potentiodynamically obtained poly(DMcT) film. The growth charge/mass ratio for the bilayered polymeric electrode is optimized, leading to a high electrochemical performance cathode with a stable specific capacity of ∼320 mA h g−1 after 100 cycles.  相似文献

采用直流热阴极等离子体化学气相沉积(PCVD)技术,通过在CH4/H2的混合反应气源中通入不同流量的N2,合成了掺氮纳米金刚石薄膜。结果表明随着氮气流量的增加,金刚石薄膜表面形貌发生明显变化:晶粒细化,晶界和缺陷有所增多,膜层由尺寸较大微晶颗粒转向纳米级菜花状结构,并且薄膜表面粗糙度相应变小。同时薄膜中非金刚石组份相对逐渐增多。氮气的引入可以促进金刚石二次形核,抑制金刚石大颗粒生长,对薄膜的生长取向、形貌及结构都产生一定影响。  相似文献

采用直流热阴极PCVD方法间歇生长模式,在CH4-H2气氛常规制备微米晶金刚石膜的参数条件下,利用人工干预二次形核工艺,研究了间歇周期变化对制备纳米晶金刚石膜的影响.人工干预二次形核是指通过生长温度的周期性改变而诱发二次形核行为,从而实现金刚石膜的纳米晶生长.金刚石膜周期性生长过程分为沉积阶段和干预阶段,沉积阶段主要完成金刚石膜的生长,干预阶段将沉积温度降低到600℃,然后恢复到生长温度,即完成一个生长周期.间歇周期研究主要是考察在不同间歇时间里人工干预诱导二次形核的效果,间歇时间设定为1 min、5 min、10 min、15min、20 min,生长时间设为20 min,总的沉积时间为6 h.采用拉曼光谱仪、SEM和XRD对样品进行了分析,结果表明直流热阴极PCVD方法间歇生长模式,间歇周期的变化,对二次形核的发生有诱导作用,适当选择间歇周期,有利于二次形核基团的生成.  相似文献
