In this study, the functional monomers, N‐methacryloyl‐l ‐aspartic acid and N‐methacryloyl‐l ‐cysteine were synthesized through a reaction between appropriate amino acids and methacryloyl chloride. Then, Pb(II) or Cd(II) ion‐imprinted 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate based cryogels were prepared by free radical polymerization method under partially frozen conditions. Following the characterization of matrices, adsorption of heavy metal ions was examined in batch mode from aqueous solution considering several parameters affecting the adsorption performance. The actual adsorption capacities were 44.5, 65.3, and 86.7 mg/g for Cd‐1, Cd‐2, and Cd‐3 cryogels meanwhile those were 41.9, 86.3, and 122.7 mg/g for Pb‐1, Pb‐2, and Pb‐3 cryogels, respectively at optimum pH: 5.5. By increasing temperature, adsorption capabilities of both cryogels were inhibited because of the electrostatic nature of coordinated covalent bonds and collapsing of coordination spheres. The adsorption process was very fast, the equilibrium adsorption was achieved in about 60 min, which was directly related to macroporous structure and interconnected flow‐channels of cryogels. Kinetics and adsorption isotherms were also studied. Langmuir isotherms and pseudo‐second order kinetic model were well suited to adsorption data, which also indicated that the process occurred without any diffusion restrictions or steric hindrances. Finally, the competitive adsorption studies were performed using multi‐ion containing synthetic wastewater to show whether the cryogels developed are suitable for specific heavy metal recycling or not. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A two-stage microfiltration and ultrafiltration (MF/UF) for peanut protein recovery and water recycling from aqueous extraction processing (AEP) were investigated. Peanut protein aggregates and alkaline water were obtained using flat and wound MF/UF and alkaline water recycled in AEP. With this approach, most of the wastewater could be recycled to produce reusable water to solve wastewater problems in aqueous oil extraction processing from oilseeds. The result showed that a little oil and protein were lost (1.21% and 4.35%, respectively) during the recycling of permeate in AEP, which was still acceptable. Peanut protein aggregations (PPAs) were characterised by analysis with Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), sodium dodecyl sulphate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), high-performance gel filtration chromatography (HPGFC) and binding force analysis. Solubility analysis suggested that PPA had molecular structures with more hydrophobic groups on the surface than in the peanut protein isolate (PPI). In vitro, PPA was digested by both pepsin and trypsin more than PPI. FTIR profiles demonstrated there were more β-sheet and less α-helix in PPA, which means much more aggregation. In addition, binding force analysis showed hydrophobic interaction was the major force that restricted dissolution of PPA and disulfide bonds were of second importance, which provided a possible physical treatment opportunity for improving the solubility of PPA.  相似文献

通过理论分析证明,炼钢尘泥是非常有价值的宝贵资源,可以通过氧化还原反应,把炼钢尘泥里的Fe2O3和FeO还原成固相金属铁而成为炼钢原料,把Na2O、K2O、ZnO和PbO还原成相应的Na、K、Zn和Pb等金属气体而逸出尘泥,经过冷凝可以回收相应的金属和相应的氧化物,这些都是很有价值的原材料.除去炼钢尘泥中的氧化铁和碱金属氧化物以及贵重金属氧化物后,剩下的是热力学稳定的高碱度的CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系统,这是一种具有良好脱硫作用的钢水洁净剂和水泥原料.  相似文献

本文受到太阳能烟囱发电技术的启发,提出用直接空冷火电站乏汽放出的潜热替代太阳能烟囱发电中不稳定的太阳能,不仅弥补了太阳能烟囱发电技术的不足,而且回收利用了直接空冷火电站中以往被浪费的乏汽潜热,进一步减少了火电站鼓风机的耗电量。以一台600 MW直接空冷火电机组为例,对系统的热力过程、阻力进行了理论分析。计算结果表明该系统每年可以回收电能2.89×108kW/h,可以产生约1.08亿元的经济效益;相当于每年可以节省标准煤10.43万t,减少排放CO2约27.32万t、SO2约886 t、NOx约772 t,经济效益和节能减排效果显著。  相似文献
