In the present study, metal-free catalysts for efficient H2 generation from NaBH4 methanolysis was produced for the first time from apricot kernel shells with two-step activation. The first stage of the two-stage activation includes the production of activated carbon with the KOH agent (AKOH), and the second stage includes hydrothermally HNO3 activation with oxygen doping (O doped AKOH + N). The hydrogen production rate (HGR) and the activation energy (Ea) of the reaction with the obtained metal-free catalyst (10 mg) were determined as 14,444 ml min?1 g?1 and 7.86 kJ mol?1, respectively. The structural and physical-chemical properties of these catalysts were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), elemental CHNS analysis, FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy), and nitrogen adsorption analysis. Also, the reusability results of this metal-free catalyst for H2 production are promising.  相似文献

A simple, cost-effective, and novel chemical sensor for ammonia (NH3) gas detection was developed from polyaniline (PANI)/quail eggshell (QES) composites. QES is a natural waste enriched in calcium carbonate. In this work, pure PANI was synthesized from chemical oxidation method and PANI/QES composites were prepared from physical mixing of QES with the synthesized PANI at different mass ratio. A series of complementary techniques including Fourier transform infrared and ultraviolet-visible spectrometers, scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive detection coupled with mapping, thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray diffractometer were used to characterize the physicochemical and textural properties of the biocomposites. From the results, PANI/QES composite with a mass ratio of 1 exhibited the lowest NH3 detection limit of 5.24 ppm with a linear correlation coefficient (R2) of close to unity (0.9932) between the signal and NH3 gas concentration. As a whole, the PANI/QES biocomposites synthesized from this work exhibited excellent selectivity toward NH3 gas even in the presence of other gas impurities, such as acetone, ethanol, and hexane. For the sensor reusability, the PANI/QES biocomposites can be reused in the application of NH3 gas detection for at least 4 cycles.  相似文献

The present paper describes an assumed strain finite element model with six degrees of freedom per node designed for geometrically non-linear shell analysis. An important feature of the present paper is the discussion on the spurious kinematic modes and the assumed strain field in the geometrically non-linear setting. The kinematics of deformation is described by using vector components in contrast to the conventional formulation which requires the use of trigonometric functions of rotational angles. Accordingly, converged solutions can be obtained for load or displacement increments that are much larger than possible with the conventional formulation with rotational angles. In addition, a detailed study of the spurious kinematic modes and the choice of assumed strain field reveals that the same assumed strain field can be used for both geometrically linear and non-linear cases to alleviate element locking while maintaining kinematic stability. It is strongly recommended that the element models, described in the present paper, be used instead of the conventional shell element models that employ rotational angles.  相似文献

虾蛄眼最显著的特点是它可以识别偏振光,这种特性对偏振探测和目标识别的研究有很大的帮助。通过实验对虾蛄眼的生物特征参数进行了测试,获得微绒毛尺寸,本文主要分析了虾蛄眼光感细胞微绒毛之间的关系、微绒毛的排列方向以及微绒毛内壁发色团的特性,即平行排列在微绒毛内壁的发色团具有二向色性,并且研究该特性与圆偏振光探测机理的关系,从而为虾蛄眼圆偏振光识别机理的研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

A new type of hollow nanostructure featured double metal‐organic frameworks shells with metal nanoparticles (MNPs) is designed and fabricated by the methods of ship in a bottle and bottle around the ship. The nanostructure material, hereinafter denoted as Void@HKUST‐1/Pd@ZIF‐8, is confirmed by the analyses of photograph, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, inductively coupled plasma, and N2 sorption. It possesses various multifunctionally structural characteristics such as hollow cavity which can improve mass transfer, the adjacent of the inner HKUST‐1 shell to the void which enables the matrix of the shell to host and well disperse MNPs, and an outer ZIF‐8 shell which acts as protective layer against the leaching of MNPs and a sieve to guarantee molecular‐size selectivity. This makes the material eligible candidates for the heterogeneous catalyst. As a proof of concept, the liquid‐phase hydrogenation of olefins with different molecular sizes as a model reaction is employed. It demonstrates the efficient catalytic activity and size‐selectivity of Void@HKUST‐1/Pd@ZIF‐8.  相似文献
