The Ca(1+2y)Sn(1-x)Si(1+y)O(5-2x+4y) low-permittivity microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared through solid-state reaction at 1350–1450 °C for 5 h. The relations between microwave dielectric properties and phase compositions for non-stoichiometric Ca(1+2y)Sn(1-x)Si(1+y)O(5-2x+4y) ceramics have been investigated. A single CaSnSiO5 phase with abnormally positive temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf = + 62.5 ppm/°C) was synthesised at 1450 °C. This composition was an effective τf compensator of CaSiO3 and Ca3SnSi2O9 phases with typically negative τf value. The CaSiO3 second phase was related to the Sn deficiency in the CaSn(1-x)SiO(5-2x) (0 < x < 1.0) composition, whereas the Ca3SnSi2O9 second phase was obtained by controlling the Ca:Sn:Si ratios on the basis of the Ca(1+2y)SnSi(1+y)O(5+4y) (0 < y < 1.0) composition. A promising low-permittivity millimetre-wave ceramic with most excellent microwave dielectric properties (εr = 10.2, Q×f = 81,000 GHz and τf = −4.8 ppm/°C) was produced from the Ca(1+2y)SnSi(1+y)O(5+4y) (y = 0.4) ceramic. 相似文献

为了寻找低成本、低腐蚀、低污染高速电镀锡、锡铜合金工艺 ,在含光亮剂、柔软剂DL0 1、0 2、0 3的硫酸槽中在不同的电流密度、不同的搅拌速度下 ,在Φ0 .5mm的铜线上电镀Sn和Sn Cu合金镀层。DL0 1、0 2的主要成分是无芳香族的希夫碱 ,DL0 3的主要成分是醇醛缩合物。结果表明 ,在含有DL0 1、0 2、0 3和 35g/LSnSO4 ,137g/LH2 SO4 的镀液中 ,在Jc=10~ 90A/dm2 ,v=16 0~ 314m/min时 ,所得镀层致密、柔软、光亮。在含CuSO4 ·5H2 O 0 .5 ,3.5g/L的硫酸镀槽中 ,在Jc=9,18A/dm2 ,v=16 0m/min时获得了致密、柔软、光亮的Sn (0 .3%~ 0 .6 % )Cu合金镀层。 相似文献

In the frame of a systematic study of light ion induced threshold reactions on natural tin (Sn) excitation functions for alpha particles induced reactions are presented in a 12–38 MeV energy domain. Using a stacked foil activation method the following radioisotopes were identified: 116Te, 117Te, 118Te, 119Te, 121Te, 123Te, 117Sb, 118Sb, 120Sb, 122Sb, 124Sb, 126Sb, 117Sn, 111In. The experimental cross sections for these isotopes are presented for the first time in this energy range and a direct comparison with values calculated with the ALICE-IPPE code is discussed. Possible use of these data for production of some isotopes relevant in nuclear medicine is suggested. 相似文献

The linear theory of Pearson (1958) and Nield (1964) is modified here to study liquid tin and include the finite thermal resistances of the bounding layers of boron nitride, copper and air (∼10-2 torr) in the experiments of Ginde et al. (1989). The magnitude of the ΔTc across the layer of liquid tin required for the onset of convection depends on the ratios of the thermal conductivities and thicknesses of the supporting layers of boron nitride and copper to those of the tin.
According to our theory surface tension contributes more than buoyancy to the instability observed experimentally. The critical ΔTc observed required for the onset of convection in the layer of tin, is up to 25% lower than that predicted, which shows the layer is less stable than the theory indicates. Thus the surface of the tin was uncontaminated, or a significantly larger observed critical ΔTc would be expected.
The boundary condition on the thermal fluctuations at the base of the supporting layer of copper does not appear to be important in these experiments. However, the thermal resistance of the boron nitride would have to be assumed to be unrealistically large to obtain agreement within experimental error with the theory. 相似文献

采用两步溶胶–凝胶法制备出 ATO(掺锑氧化锡)-SiO_2复合抗静电薄膜。通过 DTA-TG、XRD、SEM 对 薄膜的结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明:抗静电复合薄膜表面均匀致密。薄膜中 SiO_2为无定形结构,ATO 的衍射峰 与 SnO_2一致。研究了 SnO_2的含量对薄膜导电性能、结合强度和透过率的影响,发现随 SnO_2含量增加 ?(SnO_2/ SiO_2)从 5 至 12.5,薄膜的表面电阻降低(从 1010ù/□降低到 108ù/□),薄膜的结合强度下降,薄膜的透过率降低(从 89.0%降至 84.2%),结合三方面性能,得出最佳 SnO_2的配比为:?(SnO_2/ SiO_2)=10。 相似文献
