分子筛吸附柱和热金属镁床是手套箱气氛中氚化水 (HTO)搜集和分解处理的一种有效手段。测试了分子筛柱对气氛中水的吸附性能和热金属镁床对HTO的分解性能。结果表明 :分子筛柱对气氛中水的吸附效率 >99 99% ,在空气中水含量为 3 4× 1 0 - 3~ 4 2× 1 0 - 3条件下 ,未发现吸附柱水的贯穿现象 ;热金属镁床对HTO的分解率 >99 9% ,当金属镁的消耗量大于 80 %时 ,未见分解率明显降低。 相似文献

Nontritium-breeding D-T reactors have decisive advantages in minimum size, unit cost, variety of applications, and ease of heat removal over reactors using any other fusion cycle, and significant advantages in environmental and safety characteristics over breeding D-T reactors. Considerations of relative energy production demonstrate that the most favorable source of tritium for a widely deployed system of nontritium-breeding D-T reactors is the very large (10 GW thermal) semicatalyzed-deuterium (SCD), or sub-SCD reactor, where none of the escaping3He (> 95%) or tritium (< 25%) is reinjected for burn-up. Tritium self-sustainment, which will meet the fuel requirement of fusion reactor, is one of the key issues of fusion power development. The tritium breeding performances of various tritium-breeding materials are compared based on a series of neutronics calculations using three-dimensional Monte Carlo neutron-photon transport code MCNP/4C with the IAEA FENDL-2 data library. The effects of the dimensions of the tritium-breeding zone and the enrichment of 6Li on Tritium Breeding Ratio (TBR) are analyzed. A measurement method of tritiated moisture in gas stream has been developed by taking advantage of the high hygroscopic and deliquescent performances of phosphorus pentoxide P2O5. The method includes two techniques; one is of collecting moisture from gas stream using the desiccant, the other is of preparing homogeneous liquid scintillation cocktails containing the phosphide and the collected moisture. By introducing an idea of common use of standard vials as the collector cells disposable and the scintillation cocktail containers, the treatment process has been simplified and the chances of error arising in process for subsequent tritium analysis have been decreased. From results of a typical experiment, a relationship between the collection efficiencies and the moisture contents of P2O5 has been obtained and the isotope effect on the moisture collection has been elucidated. Desorption rates of mixtures of He, H2, and CH4 adsorbed on activated carbon placed in an enclosed vessel are determined under the condition where the temperature is elevated from 10K to room temperature. Activated carbon is selected because of its good adsorption performance at the cryogenic temperature. The carbon used in the present study is covered with mesopores or micropores from 1 to 10 nm in diameter. The adsorption and desorption of their respective gases proceed independently, and the desorption behavior of each component is well expressed in terms of a Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm. Since desorption curves under different heating conditions can be correlated to the same one on a (T-pt) plot, it is considered that gas desorption proceeds under equilibrium condition between the adsorbent and gaseous phases. Two- or three-component desorption of He, H2, and CH4 from activated carbon can be described using an extended multicomponent Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm without any correction. In a fusion blanket design, ceramic coating on structural materials has been considered to be used as a tritium permeation barrier. The Chemical Densified Coating (CDC) method has some advantage compared with another coating method. This method is capable to form densified coating on either the outer or the inner surface of a tube or a container. This process temperature is low (450°C). The fabrication technique of Cr2O3-SiO2 coating had been developed using CDC method. However, Cr2O3-SiO2 coating had open pores in the coating. For filling open pores, the densification treatment by CrPO4 was examined. In this study, the verification of open pores, the thermal shock resistivity, the adhesion strength and the deuterium permeability were evaluated and compared with Cr2O3-SiO2 (Type 1) coating and Cr2O3-SiO2 including CrPO4 (Type 2) coating. From these results, it was confirmed that Type 2 coating had a good adhesion property, and permeation reduction factor of SS316 with Cr2O3-SiO2 including CrPO4 coating reached about 1,000 at 600°C. 相似文献
