介绍了通过初级颜料的润湿、研磨与分散、稳定处理技术,使助剂和树脂均匀地包裹在颜料表面,并通过特殊工艺制得水性和油性色浆粉,并赋予了很好的速溶性和分散性。     

以表面负载季铵盐阳离子型苯/丙乳胶粒为模板制备ZrO_2空心微球

以C9油与甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化胺的共聚物P(C9-DMC)为乳化剂制备苯/丙阳离子乳胶粒,并以其为模板,利用直接包覆法制备了由17 nm左右微晶体堆成的ZrO2空心微球。所制得的样品采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM和SEM等进行了表征。     

用SBR1502胶浆制取道路沥青改性用胶乳

用附聚法和降粘法浓缩ＳＢＲ１５０２胶浆制取道路沥青改性用胶乳。结果表明：总固物质量分数可由（２１±２）％上升到４５％～５０％。该胶乳与齐鲁石化公司炼油厂１００号乙沥青混合，改性后的道路沥青具有良好的使用性能，可满足高等级路面沥青的技术要求。     

高透明耐冲击聚氯乙烯接枝聚合研究

研究高透明耐冲击聚氯乙烯接枝聚合工艺，讨论了加料顺序、复合分散体系以及采用聚集粒子乳液、并用碱性物质调节其ｐＨ值等对接枝聚合物性能的影响，确定了接枝聚合最佳工艺条件。     

丁苯胶乳改性道路沥青的推广应用

用丁苯胶乳对胜利１００号沥青进行改性试验．发现随着胶乳掺量的增加．沥青的高温性能、粘结性能改善幅度也大。但综合考虑沥青生产成本等因素．认为：对丁苯胶乳改性胜利１００号道路沥青．掺胶量控制在２％即可满足一般高等级道路工程的需要。文中还介绍了丁苯胶乳沥青近年来的推广使用情况并做了相应的技术经济分析和建议。     

砂岩气藏水基欠平衡钻井逆流自吸效应实验研究

采用水基钻井液欠平衡钻开砂岩气层时，欠平衡压差往往并不能完全抵消岩石的自吸毛细管力，从而产生逆流自吸效应。这种自吸效应可能对砂岩气藏水基欠平衡钻井的储层保护效果产生影响，但目前与之有关的实验研究还很缺乏。为此，设计了一套实验装置，模拟水基欠平衡条件，研究了砂岩基块孔隙逆流自吸规律及其影响因素。结果表明，水基欠平衡钻井过程的逆流自吸效应引起岩石气相渗透率降低，削弱欠平衡钻井的储层保护效果；欠平衡压差越小，逆流自吸作用越强，过小的欠压值不能起到欠平衡钻井保护储层的作用；随着逆流自吸时间延长、围压增加和黏土矿物膨胀，逆流自吸导致气相渗透率下降的程度加剧；逆流自吸引起的气相渗透率下降速率可以表示成时间的幂函数。

New intramolecular effect observed for polyesters: An anomeric effect

A series of polyesters was prepared to evaluate hydrolytic stability as a function of cyclohexyl dibasic acid content. The three cyclohexyl dibasic acids: 1,2; 1,3; and 1,4 were formulated into polyesters with two glycols. The proportion of cis and trans isomers was evaluated via ¹H NMR. The hydrolytic stability of short chain polyesters was evaluated in an acetone/water mixture which solubilized the polyesters to mimic oligoester behavior within a thermosetting polyester coating environment. The rate of hydrolysis was monitored by acid titration and corroborated by GPC. Surprisingly, 1,2-cylohexyl diacid-based polyesters were robust, and 1,3-cyclohexyl diacid-based polyesters were the most susceptible to hydrolysis. Evidently, a 1,2-anchimeric effect for cyclohexyl dibasic acid polyesters was not an important consideration, while the 1,3-cyclohexyl ester interaction was. Consequently, an anomeric effect was proposed. Presented at the 81st Annual Meeting of the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology, November 12–14, 2003, in Philadelphia, PA.     

A comparative study of short nylon fiber—Natural rubber composites prepared from dry rubber and latex masterbatch

A novel method for the preparation of short nylon fiber–natural rubber composites was developed in which short fibers chopped to approximately 6 mm were incorporated in the latex stage and processed into sheet form. By this method, mixing cycle time was reduced without compromising the fiber dispersion. Fiber breakage during mixing was reduced. The new composites when compounded with a dry bonding system based on hexamethylenetetramine, resorcinol and hydrated silica (HRH) showed improved modulus, tensile strength and abrasion resistance compared to conventional composites. Tear strength, resilience, and compression set were similar to the conventional composites. SEM analysis indicated better interaction between matrix and fibers in the case of latex master batch. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008
