前轮毂旋转弯曲疲劳断裂分析

采用化学分析，金相检验，力学性能测试及扫描电镜分析方法对轿车前轮毂早期断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明，冷却不足使组织中出现网状及小块状铁素体，导致硬度偏低，加之磨削加工痕迹较粗是引起前轮毂早期断裂的原因。     

沟槽控制爆破研究技术

文章通过对洋浦电厂海水冷却箱涵沟槽预裂（深孔）爆破技术的研究，提出了复杂地质条件下合理的控制爆破参数及微差起爆方式。针对砂层地段难以钻、爆的特点。笔者进行了有益的探讨。     

Large-scale cooling towers as part of an efficient and cleaner energy generating technology

The present paper will outline the main aspects of the design and construction of cooling towers in Germany in the last decade. As part of electricity generating power plants, cooling towers play a significant role for the availability of reliable energy supplies, in a manner compatible with environmental requirements. They definitely belong to the largest and thinnest concrete structures at present. Because of the combined action of wind, thermal and moisture effects, special care has to be taken with regard to fatigue, cracking and corrosion to ensure an adequate level of safety and durability. Such a design strategy has been employed for the world’s tallest cooling tower at the Niederaussem power plant in Germany, with an overall height of 200 m and thickness values of 22–24 cm. Special considerations included the realistic non-axisymmetric distribution of soil characteristics, wind action due to interference effects (as determined by wind-tunnel tests), optimisation of the shell shape to improve structural and dynamic behaviour, injection of the cleaned flue-gas into the cooling tower, and the use of high-performance concrete (85 MPa) to improve shell resistance against acid attack by the cleaned flue-gas. The paper will present some results of an actual research project on this problem, which was conducted at the University of Wuppertal, to explore the use of high-performance concrete on design, stability and durability of cooling tower shells.

介绍了一套用于空调表冷器性能测试的试验装置及配套软件，重点叙述了系统的总体构成、程序的设计思想以及数据采样和处理等功能模块。微机测试技术以及配套软件的使用大大减少了测试人员的工作量，并在一定程度上提高了测试的精度。     

Convective cooling of supercritical carbon dioxide inside tubes: heat transfer analysis through neural networks

In a previous work, convective heating of carbon dioxide was studied with neural networks (NN), obtaining a totally heuristical heat transfer equation from the direct regression of experimental data. In the present work, the analysis focuses on the cooling process, which has a technical relevance in various applications, as for example in transcritical refrigeration cycles. Heat transfer around the critical zone presents a marked enhancement, that follows the peaks in thermophysical properties like thermal conductivity and heat capacity. Similarly, other properties like density and enthalpy, present a strong variation in narrow temperature intervals around the critical point.This constitutes then a highly non-linear phenomenon, for which it is advisable to use a very flexible function approximator like the NNs. NN models were applied both in terms of dimensionless numbers and of physical quantities, obtaining the two corresponding NN architectures. The choice of the optimal number of neurons in the NN hidden layer is discussed. The NN models are then compared with a recent correlation from literature, for which the validation results present an AAD of 27% and a bias of −26% with an evident prediction shifting. On the other hand the NN models in terms of dimensionless numbers and of physical quantities have AAD and bias of 14% and −4%, and of 7% and −2%, respectively, showing a largely better performance.

Scale Transition in Steel-Concrete Interaction. II:?Applications

The proposed mode of consideration of the steel-concrete interaction (Part I) is applied to real-life engineering structures. Two structures recently investigated numerically at Vienna University of Technology are considered: (1) the reinforced concrete (RC) cooling tower III Ptolema?s SES (Greece) and (2) a part of the shotcrete tunnel lining installed at the Lainzer tunnel (Austria). In both examples, the uniaxial fracture criterion used in Part I is replaced by the maximum stress (Rankine) criterion. Together with the Drucker-Prager criterion, which is used for the simulation of compressive failure of concrete/shotcrete, it defines the space of admissible stress states in the framework of multisurface plasticity. For the simulation of early-age fracture of shotcrete, consideration of the steel-concrete interaction presented in Part I of this paper is extended towards young shotcrete. Similar to the benchmark problem investigated in Part I of this paper, several analyses with different degrees of consideration of the steel-concrete interaction are performed. The obtained results give insight into the influence of the steel-concrete interaction on the load-carrying behavior of the investigated structures.     

水质稳定剂HPDP缓蚀阻垢性能评定

用静态阻垢，旋转挂片失得法实验研究了ＨＰＤＰ对ＣａＣＯ３，Ｃａ３（ＰＯ４）２等的阻垢性能以及对Ｑ２３５碳钢的缓蚀性能等。试验证明，ＨＰＤＰ是一种优良的阻垢缓蚀剂，适用于高温，高碱，高ＰＨ，高浓缩倍数的循环冷却水处理，具有广阔的应用前景。
