Effects of Rare Earths on Toughness of 31Mn2SiRE Wear-Resistance Cast Steel

The toughness of 31Mn2SiRE wear-resistance cast steel were increased by means of RE compound modification and high temperature austenitizing. The results show that the microstructures can be refined, needle and network ferrite are eliminated, the dislocation density and the quantity of dislocated martensite are increased remarkably, and the shape and distribution of inclusions are improved by the addition of RE. Therefore, the mechanical properties of the modified steel can be greatly increased, especially the toughness (αK) by 44%, yield strength (σs) by 10%, and elongation (δ5) by 42%.

选取具有代表性的碳钢、不锈钢、镀锌碳钢、铝、钛和铜挂片,在某企业不同部位投放后进行为期半年的大气腐蚀试验,得出了在半年期中的腐蚀规律。在此基础上,对每种金属材料的腐蚀特点进行总结,并对大气腐蚀的各种影响因素进行分析,提出了行之有效的防护措施。     

A multigrid accelerated hybrid unstructured mesh method for 3D compressible turbulent flow

 A cell vertex finite volume method for the solution of steady compressible turbulent flow problems on unstructured hybrid meshes of tetrahedra, prisms, pyramids and hexahedra is described. These hybrid meshes are constructed by firstly discretising the computational domain using tetrahedral elements and then by merging certain tetrahedra. A one equation turbulence model is employed and the solution of the steady flow equations is obtained by explicit relaxation. The solution process is accelerated by the addition of a multigrid method, in which the coarse meshes are generated by agglomeration, and by parallelisation. The approach is shown to be effective for the simulation of a number of 3D flows of current practical interest. Formulation of a ceramic ink for a wide-array drop-on-demand ink-jet printer

This paper describes the methodology for simulating a reprographic ink with a ceramic ink based on a commercially available zirconia powder for direct ceramic ink-jet printing. Of over-riding importance was matching viscosity and this was tested systematically by using a mineral oil–hexane binary system. Of secondary importance was adjustment of the pressure defect behind the nozzle to compensate for small differences in surface tension. The inks tested in the wide array print-head were based on low electrical conductivity liquids to avoid damage to the electroding system. The organic binder for the zirconia ink was paraffin wax and the dispersant was a hydroxystearic acid based polyester.     

不锈钢管道坡口加工的新方法

对于不锈钢管及合金钢管坡口的加工,采用以往的加工方法切割出来的坡口一般参差不平、比较粗糙,难于打磨平整。使用LGK空气等离子切割机和磁力管道切割机的组合加上一定的辅助手段,改善了不锈钢管及合金钢管的坡口加工效果,使加工出来的坡口像碳钢管一样平整,更加容易打磨组焊。文章介绍了这一新方法所用的设备、材料、切割原理以及操作过程。     

水泥砂浆衬里在输水钢管内壁防腐中的应用

结合工程实例,阐述了在输水水质腐蚀性不大的情况下,输水钢管的内壁防腐采用水泥砂浆衬里的必要性和优点,并介绍了设计要点和安装施工注意事项。     

Improving Short-Circuit Current Capacity, Resistance, and Breaking Load of OPGW Constructions by Modifying Aluminium Alloy With AlB2

This article presents a method that can be applied to molten AA-6101 alloy to improve electrical properties of the aluminium part of the optical ground wire (OPGW) used in overhead transmission lines to protect phase conductors from lightning strike and to transmit signals and data. AA-6101 alloy in casting of the log as 6 m length and 178 mm diameter for extrusion has been inoculated by AlB₂ to decrease detrimental effects of Cr, Ti, V, and Zr on the conductivity of the material. After inoculation, improved billets were extruded as 9.5 mm diameter feedstock. Required wires drawn from the feedstock according to the construction types of OPGW to be tested were exposed to aging at 175°C, 6 h (T-8). Upon completion of the back-twist and performing-type stranding process, resistance, and short-circuit current capacity and breaking load of the OPGW 88/44 constructions with other metal combinations have been examined and tested to show improvement. Results are summarized in tables and graphically.     

串行及并行A/D转换器在高速数据采集中的采样差别性分析

串行和并行接口模式是A/D转换器诸多分类中的一种,但却是应用中器件选择的一个重要指标.在同样的转换分辨率及转换速度的前提下,不同的接口方式不但影响了电路结构,更重要的是将在高速数据采集的过程中对采样周期产生较大影响.本文通过12位串行ADC ADS7822和并行ADC ADS774与AT89C51的接口电路,给出二者采样时间的差异性.
