A novel quasi-oppositional harmony search algorithm and fuzzy logic controller for frequency stabilization of an isolated hybrid power system

The intermittent wind power in isolated hybrid distributed generation (IHDG) may cause serious problems associated with frequency (f) and power (P) fluctuation. Energy storage devices such as battery, super capacitor, and superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) may be used to reduce these fluctuations associated with f and P. This paper presents a study of IHDG power system for improving both f and P deviation profiles with the help of SMES. The studied IHDG power system is consisted of wind turbine generator and diesel engine generator. Both f and P control problems of the studied power system model are addressed in presence or absence of SMES. Fuzzy logic based proportional–integral–derivative (PID) controller with SMES is used for the purpose of minimization of f and P deviations. The different tunable parameters of the PID controller and those of the SMES are tuned by a novel quasi-oppositional harmony search algorithm. Performance study of the IHDG power system model is carried out under different perturbation conditions. The results demonstrate minimum f and P deviations may be achieved by using the proposed fuzzy logic based PID controller along with SMES.     

Design and validation of robotic bionic eye with multiple flexible ropes parallel mechanism inspired by oculomotor law

Producing a stable and agile bionic eye for visual image acquisition in robotics is a challenging task. In this paper, we design a bionic eye with mirror-symmetric distribution and cross-connection of flexible ropes. This mechanism is based on oculomotor law and the physiological structure of the extraocular muscles (EOMs). Specifically, the basic structural parameters are determined by Listing’s law, and the unique connection of the flexible ropes can realize the functions of the recti and oblique muscles. Furthermore, to mimic the trochlea structure, a pulley mechanism is constructed to permit the free movement of the flexible ropes. Through simulation and physical experiments, it is demonstrated that the bionic eye mechanism can move with agility under the structural parameters. The experimental results indicate that the proposed bionic eye mechanism has a superior motion accuracy of 2.798 mm, which is 6.7% of the maximum motion distance, and the repeatable accuracy of the mechanism can up to 0.210 mm.     

An overlapping domain decomposition dual reciprocity method

We present a domain decomposition boundary integral equation method for two-dimensional partial differential equations. The overlapping Schwarz method is employed to improve the dual reciprocity boundary element method. The resulting algorithm turns out to be more accurate than a non-overlapping approach previously proposed. Some numerical results showing the improved accuracy and efficiency of the methods are given.

文章通过对时差式超声波流量检测方法的分析，提出了基于过零检测技术及积分法的信号处理方法，避免了繁琐的信号处理，降低了整机功耗。结合工作时序的设计，提出了实现低功耗超声波液体流量检测的措施。     

结构振动试验转接器的设计及安装问题

一些产品及其相关部件在作振动试验时，由于产品的外形或特殊要求不能直接安装在振动台面上，需要通过特别设计的转接器（夹具）来进行连接，这种夹具实际上是一种附加结构，它作为台面与试件之间的中介，如设置不当将影响振动试验结果的可靠性。本文通过对某事例的分析与研究，从试验频带、允许误差、跟随条件以及安装共振频率等方面阐明与讨论了相关夹具的特性、设计原则与安装等问题。     

A note on the Gauss-Jacobi quadrature formulae for singular integral equations of the second kind

A fast and efficient numerical method based on the Gauss-Jacobi quadrature is described that is suitable for solving Fredholm singular integral equations of the second kind that are frequently encountered in fracture and contact mechanics. Here we concentrate on the case when the unknown function is singular at both ends of the interval. Quadrature formulae involve fixed nodal points and provide exact results for polynomials of degree 2n − 1, where n is the number of nodes. Finally, an application of the method to a plane problem involving complete contact is presented.     

低温低渗透砂岩油藏窜流大孔道深部封堵技术研究

所用堵剂为高强度的淀粉接枝聚丙烯酰胺交联凝胶SAMG-1,由<6%淀粉、4.5%-5.5%丙烯酰胺、0.003%-0.006%交联剂组成,35℃成胶时间受淀粉和交联剂用量控制,为18-20小时以上,成胶前黏度-100 mPa.s。该堵剂具有长期稳定性,在储层岩心中注入深度15 cm的堵剂,在35℃候凝48小时后及老化90天后,封堵强度分别为0.61和0.59 MPa/cm,封堵率分别为98.6%和98.1%。该堵剂优先进入高渗层,注入0.5 PV并成胶后,2组双填砂管组成的模型低、高渗管渗透率保留率分别为68.4%、0.7%和69.4%、0.0%。吉林扶余油田西一区+15-8.2区块有水井6口,油井13口,含水率达91.5%,注入水最快在5天内到达油井。报道了该区块整体深部调剖封堵窜流通道的情况,详细叙述了+15-9.2井施工中通过注入压力和井底回压控制注入流量,使堵剂陆续进入原生和次生孔道的工艺作业,该井设计注入堵剂92 m3。6口水井整体调剖后,油井产液量差别减小,产油量增加,有效期已超过了9个月,共增油843 t,含水平均下降3.87%。图7表1参8。     

伊朗德黑兰地铁轨道施工方法

依托伊朗德黑兰地铁一、二号线工程 ,针对地铁单洞单线采用的轨道施工轨排法存在的不足 ,根据单洞双线隧道的特点 ,提出了利用组装好的轨排直接铺设在隧道结构底板上作为轨道平板车临时轨道的施工新方法

介绍采用壳牌煤气化工艺的荷兰德姆科列克250MW整体煤气化烧气－－蒸汽联合循环发电厂的建厂过程及运行经验。阐述了IGCC能量平衡原理、SCGP系统流程和运行操作指标，对壳牌煤气化装置的优良性能和发展前景进行了总结和展望。
