研究用水泥固化处理氚废水,并选择了最佳配方:水与灰的重量比=0.45~0.5,水泥与石膏重量比=5∶1。用IAEA推荐的方法做浸出实验。为了减少水泥固化体中氚的浸出量,实验了几种涂层材料。沥青涂层可将固化体氚的浸出率降低1~2个量级。  相似文献

研究了利用废旧软聚氯乙烯回收料(旧料)生产PVC塑料防水卷材的配方及其对卷材拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,PVC塑料卷材的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随PVC树脂添加比例增加而提高,而相同添加量的SG-3型PVC树脂比SG-5型PVC树脂的拉伸性能高;在试验范围内,增塑剂用量增加,卷材的拉伸强度降低,伸长率先升后降;添加CPE能提高PVC卷材伸长率,但拉伸强度有所下降。当CaCO_3用量低于20份时,卷材的拉伸强度和伸长率随CaCO_3添加量增加而提高。PVC防水卷材的优选配方(质量份):旧料85份,PVC树脂(SG-3型)15份,DOP 5份,CPE 3份,稳定剂(TLS)0.6份,其它助剂适量。  相似文献

Approximate periodic solutions for the Helmholtz-Duffing oscillator are obtained in this paper. He’s Energy Balance Method (HEBM) and He’s Frequency Amplitude Formulation (HFAF) are adopted as the solution methods. Oscillation natural frequencies are analytically analyzed. This paper presents a new multi-stage genetic programming (MSGP) strategy for modeling nonlinear systems. The proposed strategy is based on incorporating the individual effect of predictor variables and the interactions among them to provide more accurate simulations. According to the MSGP strategy, an efficient formulation for a problem comprises different terms. In the first stage of the MSGP-based analysis, the output variable is formulated in terms of an influencing variable. Thereafter, the error between the actual and the predicted value is formulated in terms of a new variable. Finally, the interaction term is derived by formulating the difference between the actual values and the values predicted by the individually developed terms. The capabilities of MSGP are illustrated by applying it to the formulation of different complex engineering problems. The problems analyzed herein include the following: (i) simulation of pH neutralization process, (ii) prediction of surface roughness in end milling, and (iii) classification of soil liquefaction conditions. The validity of the proposed strategy is confirmed by applying the derived models to the parts of the experimental results that were not included in the analyses. Further, the external validation of the models is verified using several statistical criteria recommended by other researchers. The MSGP-based solutions are capable of effectively simulating the nonlinear behavior of the investigated systems. The results of MSGP are found to be more accurate than those of standard GP and artificial neural network-based models.  相似文献

Seven strains of Beauveria bassiana were evaluated for their effects on the eggs of Lasioderma serricorne under laboratory conditions. Strains were applied at a single dose of 0.03 g conidia kg−1 of grain = 2 × 109 conidia g−1 of kaolin kg−1 of grain. All strains were pathogenic on the eggs of L. serricorne. Two strains, MS-8, and 7284, caused the highest levels of egg mortality. These two strains were then formulated at a fixed dose of 0.03 g conidia, with kaolin as an active carrier, at doses of 0.0, 0.5 g, 1 g, 2 g and 3 g of kaolin kg−1 of grain. These powder formulations were evaluated for their effects on adult mortality, larval mortality, number of adults emerged, level of grain damaged and level of weight loss on rice grains. The highest levels of adult mortality and larval mortality were caused by Strain MS-8 at a kaolin dose of 3 g kg−1. It also caused the lowest levels of adult emerged (10%), grain damaged (1.07%) and weight loss (0.55%). When unformulated, the same dose of conidia performed poorly for the same parameters (64%; 20.2%; 3.37%). The highest levels of grain damaged (27%) and weight loss (6.04%) were observed in the untreated control (UTC). Observations made with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) showed that unformulated conidia clumped together whereas conidia formulated in kaolin remained as discrete conidia.  相似文献

Abstract

Objective: Orally disintegrating tablets (ODTs) recently have gained much attention to fulfill the needs for pediatric, geriatric, and psychiatric patients with dysphagia. Aim of this study was to develop new ODT formulations containing mirtazapine, an antidepressant drug molecule having bitter taste, by using simple and inexpensive preparation methods such as coacervation, direct compression and to compare their characteristics with those of reference product (Remereon SolTab).

Materials and methods: Coacervation method was chosen for taste masking of mirtazapine. In vitro characterization studies such as diameter and thickness, weight variation, tablet hardness, tablet friability and disintegration time were performed on tablet formulations. Wetting time and in vitro dissolution tests of developed ODTs also studied using 900?mL 0.1?N HCl medium, 900?mL pH 6.8 phosphate buffer or 900?mL pH 4.5 acetate buffer at 37?±?0.2?°C as dissolution medium.

Results: Ratio of Eudragit® E-100 was chosen as 6% (w/w) since the dissolution profile of A1 (6% Eudragit® E-100) was found closer to the reference product than A2 (4% Eudragit® E-100) and A3 (8% Eudragit® E-100). Group D, E and F formulations were presented better results in terms of disintegration time. Dissolution results indicated that Group E and F formulations showed optimum properties in all three dissolution media.

Discussion: Formulations D1, D4, D5, E3, E4, F1 and F5 found suitable as ODT formulations due to their favorable disintegration times and dissolution profiles.

Conclusion: Developed mirtazapine ODTs were found promising in terms of showing the similar characteristics to the original formulation.  相似文献
