新型交流脉冲MIG焊接法的研究

采用自行研制的具有方框形外特性的交流脉冲MIG焊接电源 ,又设计了双凹形焊接电流波形 ,即过零前后的电流波形均为脉冲大电流 ,有利于交流脉冲MIG焊接电弧的连续稳定。按照这个新型交流脉冲MIG焊接方法 ,不必加任何稳弧措施 ,可实现电弧的稳定燃烧 ,解决了电弧磁偏吹的问题 ,具有较好的焊接工艺性能 ,用于压力容器的全位置焊接和铝焊接均有很好的焊缝成型     

孔西潜山奥陶系原生油藏成藏时期探讨

黄骅坳陷孔西潜山发现奥陶系（孔古3井、孔古7井）低产原生油藏和石炭-二叠系原生油气藏（孔古4井），油源对比结果证明，前者原油主要源于中奥陶统马家沟组灰岩，后者油气主要源于石炭系太原组及二叠系山西组煤系泥岩。根据孔古3井油藏的两期流体包裹体及储集层自生伊利石K-Ar年龄测定结果，油藏属两期成藏，第一期为晚三叠世（距今222.51～240.34Ma），第二期为第三纪，以晚第三纪为主。     

Reaction scheme and kinetic modelling for the MTO process over a SAPO-18 catalyst

A kinetic model for simulation of the MTO process over SAPO-18 catalyst in a wide range of operating conditions has been proposed. The kinetic model predicts the experimental evolution of reaction products with time on stream, which follows three consecutive periods: initiation (where olefin production increases), a period of maximum olefin production and a period in which this production decreases. The kinetic scheme takes into account these three steps that evolve with time on stream: formation of active intermediate compounds, an step where olefins are formed by reaction of oxygenates (methanol/DME) with these intermediates and deactivation of intermediates by degradation to coke. The presence of water in the reaction medium attenuates the reaction rate of these steps. Discrimination of kinetic equations and calculation of the parameters of best fit have been carried out by solving the mass conservation equations of the individual components of the kinetic scheme together with the kinetic equation for deactivation and taking into account the effect of water on the kinetics of each step.     

微量元素对管道焊缝性能的改善

在焊条中添加微量元素Ce、Y、Ca、Ba和Zr，有利于改善石油天然气管道焊缝的金属性能，俄罗斯专家对此做了一系列实验和研究。结果表明添加微量元素有利于提高焊缝金属平面应变断裂韧性KIC，提高裂纹张开位移δc，减小裂纹扩展速率dα／dN改善焊缝金属的组织结构。通过大量的试验和研究，俄罗斯焊接学者确定了焊缝中微量元素的最佳含量，并建立了相关参数的数学模型。     

现代电子产品焊接质量的检测技术

介绍了现代电子产品焊接质量的检测技术,以及用于检查焊点质量和组装板(SMA)功能的测试仪器的工作原理及测试能力.目前常见和广泛使用的焊接质量检测方法是人工目测检查,其主要问题是其主观性,只能用来检测电子元件的形状、尺寸、颜色、表面特征及焊点的外观质量;自动光学检测(AOI)可以在整个过程中发现和纠正缺陷,但只是外在的焊点缺陷;激光/红外线组合式检测系统、X射线检测系统可以分析焊点微米级水平的缺陷,能找出其他检测所不能可靠地发现的缺陷,包括空洞、焊点形状差和冷焊锡点等;另外,X射线检测系统能一次测试单面或双面电路,准确地定位缺陷,获取工艺参数,例如锡膏厚度等.     

Life Calculations for Header – PGV-1000 Steam Generator Connector Weld Joints under NPP Service Conditions

The procedure for calculating the life of header – steam generator connector weld joints is proposed. It allows for running out the material plasticity reserve upon static cyclic elastoplastic loading as well as operating conditions, local stress concentrations, and residual stresses after welding.     

Fish assemblages and stream hydraulics: consistent relations across spatial scales and regions

General relationships between organisms and their habitat, consistent across spatial scales and regions, suggest the existence of repeatable ecological processes and are useful for the management of stream networks. From published data, we defined four guilds of European fish species with contrasting preferences for microhabitat hydraulics within stream reaches. At the scale of stream reaches and across 139 French sites (590 460 fishes sampled), we analysed how fish guild proportions were related to reach hydraulics (proportion of pools vs. riffles %POOL; median discharge by unit width Q50/W). The strongest correlations were observed between two fish guilds and %POOL (p < 0.001, r² ≥ 0.41) and between one fish guild proportion and Q50/W (p < 0.001, r² = 0.10). These reach–scale relationships were consistent across six large French basins, and consistent with the analyses made at the microhabitat scale. Therefore, microhabitat preferences for hydraulics are strong enough to generate consistent reach‐scale community responses to hydraulics across regions, despite the influence of other filters such as temperature, nutrient levels or history. The distribution of basic geomorphic features (pools, riffles) in streams and their modification (by dams, weirs and dikes) can modify the proportion of fish guilds by up to 80%, probably contributing to the long‐term decline of riffle‐dwelling species in Europe. AFA 3G燃料棒下端塞电子束焊产生气胀的分析

宜宾核燃料元件厂在AFA 3G燃料棒首次产品合格性鉴定中发现，大批下端环缝焊产生了气胀的焊接缺陷。本文分析了产生气胀缺陷的原因，并介绍了针对其原因进行的各种试验。结果表明，改变焊接参数，即提高焊接速度和适当控制电子束流强度，是解决燃料棒焊接气胀缺陷的最好途径。
