Recycling of multilayer packaging using a reversible cross-linking adhesive

Plastic-based multilayer packaging has an important function on the packaging market, but is currently not recyclable as the polymer layers used are usually thermodynamically immiscible. This work therefore follows the approach to prepare separable multilayer packaging using a packaging adhesive modified with thermally unstable adducts, and proposes a corresponding recycling process. For this purpose, typical multilayer structures (polyethylene (PE)// polyethylene terephtalate (PET), PET//aluminum, and PE//aluminum) were prepared by curing furan-/maleimide-functionalized polyurethane (PU)-prepolymers with a three-functional cross-linking agent. Adhesions of up to over 3N per 15 mm test specimen were measured or substrate failures of PET films were observed. However, heating in dimethylsulfoxide, the retro-Diels–Alder reaction takes place and the cross-linked adhesive turns thermoplastic and dissolves in the solvent. Thus, the laminate separates and the pure PE, PET, and aluminum foils can be recovered without any PU residue.     

一种基于三次样条函数求离子浓度的自动算法

本文提出了一种用三次样条函数模拟双次标准加入法测量方程，直接求解离子浓度的自动算法。比较了三咱不同边界条件下用要池数计算离子浓度的结果。造出节点区间两极端点的二阶导数为零时的三次样条函数为最佳模拟函数。并讨论了该方法在实际分析中误差的来源及消除办法。经对一系列文献数据的验算对比，表明本法完全可代替传统的迭代法和查图法，且能方便地设置在智能化的电位分析系统中。     

新型硅蜡乳液的制备

将蜂蜡用复合乳化剂乳化时加入自制的乳化助剂，制得稳定的蜡乳液，将该乳液与羟基蛙油乳液复配，制得乳白色略带蓝光硅蜡乳液，该硅蜡乳液用于绵羊服装革作顶层手感改善剂，除了获得油润的蜡感和滑爽感之外，还使成革具有抗菌和抗静电作用。     

Alpha induced reactions on Sn: An experimental study of excitation functions and possible production pathways

In the frame of a systematic study of light ion induced threshold reactions on natural tin (Sn) excitation functions for alpha particles induced reactions are presented in a 12–38 MeV energy domain. Using a stacked foil activation method the following radioisotopes were identified: ¹¹⁶Te, ¹¹⁷Te, ¹¹⁸Te, ¹¹⁹Te, ¹²¹Te, ¹²³Te, ¹¹⁷Sb, ¹¹⁸Sb, ¹²⁰Sb, ¹²²Sb, ¹²⁴Sb, ¹²⁶Sb, ¹¹⁷Sn, ¹¹¹In. The experimental cross sections for these isotopes are presented for the first time in this energy range and a direct comparison with values calculated with the ALICE-IPPE code is discussed. Possible use of these data for production of some isotopes relevant in nuclear medicine is suggested.     

Al2O3对镁铬耐火材料致密化的影响

为了提高镁铬耐火材料的烧结性能,通过考察气孔率、体积密度和常温耐压强度与Al2O3加入量之间的关系,讨论了Al2O3添加剂对两种不同镁铬耐火材料致密化的影响.结果表明,镁铬耐火材料的骨料不同,Al2O3对其烧结性能和致密化的影响也不一样.     

我国的锑深加工产品

介绍了目前我国锑深加工产品的种类、用途、主要生产厂家 ,以及某些产品的生产工艺和质量状况。并针对国内锑品现状 ,提出了几点建议     

Catalytic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene with carbon dioxide: promotional effect of antimony in supported vanadium–antimony oxide catalyst

Alumina-supported vanadium oxide, VO_x/Al₂O₃, and binary vanadium–antimony oxides, VSbO_x/Al₂O₃, have been tested in the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation with carbon dioxide and characterized by S_BET, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction and CO₂ pulse methods. VSbO_x/Al₂O₃ exhibited enhanced catalytic activity and especially on-stream stability compared to VO_x/Al₂O₃ catalyst. Incorporation of antimony into VO_x/Al₂O₃ increased dispersion of active VO_x species, enhanced redox properties of the systems and formed a new mixed vanadium–antimony oxide phase in the most catalytically efficient V_0.43Sb_0.57O_x/Al₂O₃ system.     

高能超声处理对锡锑包晶合金凝固组织的影响

在锡锑包晶合金的凝固过程中导入高能超声，不仅显著细化α相和β相晶粒组织，同时使具有立方晶体特征的β相组织有明显的球化趋势，消除了密度偏析，分析了高能超声细化凝固组织的机理。     

微絮凝接触过滤处理低浊度含藻水的研究

通过现场试验，对微絮凝过滤处理生活用水所带来的一系列问题进行了详细、科学的分析，在大量试验数据基础上对产生问题的原因进行了研究并取得了初步结论。在此基础上，提出了改进措施，取得了实效。     

只读式超分辨光盘的膜层设计和分析

超分辨技术是一种无需减小记录波长或增大数值孔径而提高存储密度的方法。Ge Sb Te是一种良好的相变光存储材料 ,在超分辨光盘中可作为掩膜。利用多层膜反射率的矩阵法计算了掩膜为Ge2 Sb2 Te5薄膜的超分辨只读式光盘的光学参数与各膜层厚度之间的关系 ,最后得到了较为理想的膜层厚度匹配。采用磁控溅射法制备了只读式超分辨光盘 ,测量了光盘的光学性质。
