铝质材料阳极氧化膜系均匀、规则的微观多孔质结构,利用物理、化学或电化学的方法在其中沉积或原位合成润滑性物质,在保持阳极氧化膜质硬、耐磨特性的基础上,使其具有一定的白润滑性,是近十多年来铝质材料表面改性研究的热点领域之一,本文对该研究的基本原理和国内外发展概况进行了概述,并重点介绍了我们在这一方面研究中的一些最新进展和结果,分别介绍了三种新型体系的自润滑改性阳极氧化铝材料.  相似文献

To reduce the friction coefficient of WC-17Co wear-resistant coatings, Graphene oxide were used to mix with WC-17Co powder. The SEM, EDS and Raman results were used to analyze the morphology and phase composition of graphene oxide in the powder and coating obtained by plasma spraying processes. The mechanical properties of the coatings were studied by using a microhardness tester and a universal testing machine. The friction and wear properties of the coatings were studied by using a UMT-2 friction and wear tester. The results show that among the pulverization processes, the spray granulation process can achieve a stronger and more uniform adhesion of graphene oxide on the surface of WC-17Co particles, and the graphene oxide content in the coating is higher. Graphene is still embedded in the coating as transparent, thin sheets. The bonding strength is approximately 63 MPa, the hardness is approximately 931 HV0.1, and the friction coefficient of the graphene oxide coating is reduced by approximately 22% compared to that of the coating without graphene. The formation of lubrication films in the micro-area improves the self-lubrication and antiwear effects.  相似文献

采用自润滑复合材料,对提高某些机械摩擦副的使用寿命有很显著的效果。研究了热压Ni-MoS2自润滑复合材料与GCr15钢球组成的点接触配对副,在室温和高温条件下进行微幅往复摩擦运动时的自润滑特性。考察了载荷、温度及MoS2含量对摩擦系数和磨损率的影响,并借助扫描电镜观察磨损表面的形貌特征。结果表明:摩擦系数随载荷增加而不断提高;温度在400℃以下时,摩擦系数能保持较低数值;在室温和250℃时,含60%MoS2的复合材料均具有最低磨损率;提高MoS2含量有助于改善高温自润滑性;MoS2转移润滑膜的完整程度可作为Ni-MoS2复合材料自润滑性能好坏的判据。  相似文献

In this study, sputtered W–S–N(C) films were deposited by rf magnetron sputtering with increasing N or C content. The coatings were tribologically tested in a pin-on-disk apparatus with increasing applied normal loads in two different environmental conditions, normal room atmosphere and dry nitrogen atmosphere. W–S–N(C) films without or with low N(C) addition had high wear rates, whatever the environment was, but induced low wear in the counterbody material and low friction coefficients. The coatings alloyed with high N content showed excellent wear resistance and a very low friction coefficient (<0.05) when tested in dry nitrogen but the opposite behaviour under room conditions. For their part, high C-containing coatings showed an excellent tribological behaviour in both environments, not as good as N-alloyed films in dry nitrogen but much better under room conditions. The wear and friction coefficients were lower in dry nitrogen than in humid air. Globally, the alloying with N(C) resulted in wear rates in W–S–N(C) films two orders of magnitude lower than in an unalloyed one, keeping the friction coefficient at the same level or even lower. The wear behaviour was interpreted as a function of several factors including; the mechanical strength of the coatings, the adhesion of the films to the substrate, the porosity and the structural arrangement of the film.  相似文献

随着现代工业的快速发展,人类生存环境的污染问题日益严重。含铅聚甲醛复合材料,由于具有良好的自润滑性能,其应用范围不断扩大,然而在使用过程中,铅的危害不断暴露出来,迫使人们加快对无铅POM复合材料的研究步。本项研究采用无毒的锡粉代替铅粉研制出新型的无铅POM复合材料、在同等条件下,进行对比摩擦实验结果表明:2种POM复合材料的摩擦系数与磨损量都比较接近,可以采用无铅POM复合材料可以代替含铅POM复合材料,从而达到保护环境的目的。  相似文献

采用二硫化钼、石墨、碳纤维和氟化镧研制了一种抗辐照的酚酞聚芳醚酮基自润滑复合材料。介绍了此材料的制备工艺和性能,研究了几种添加剂的配比对复合材料的影响。结果表明,在酚酞聚芳醚酮中添加二硫化钼和石墨可明显改善材料的摩擦磨损性能,加入碳纤维和氟化镧不仅可提高复合材料的机械强度,而且还使摩擦磨损性能在一定程度上得到改善。加入上述添加剂均可提高复合材料的抗辐照性。  相似文献

The influence of the mechanical and geometric characteristics of the hard and soft phases of an anti-friction alloy (yield limits of these phases, size and concentration of inclusions) on the amount of the solid lubricant appearing on the frictional surface is analyzed. Transition metal dichalcogenides have attracted considerable attention due to their self-lubricant properties. Their drawbacks, such us low load-bearing capacity or environmental sensitivity, have been partially overcome by alloying or doping with metals, carbon, or nitrides. Nevertheless, there is still a considerable potential for further improvement, since the majority of studies has been aimed at MoS2 and WS2 based coatings and the properties of diselenides remain almost unknown.Mo-Se-C coatings were prepared by non-reactive r.f. magnetron sputtering from carbon target with embedded MoSe2 pellets. The carbon content and Se/Mo ratio determined by electron probe microanalysis increased from 29 to 68 at.% and from 1.7 to 2.0, respectively, as a function of the decreasing number of pellets. The coating structure analyzed by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed that Mo-Se-C was a mixture of amorphous carbon and Mo-Se phases, since no traces of molybdenum carbides were observed. Linear increase of the hardness from 0.7 (29 at.% C) to 4.1 GPa (68 at.% C) showed a significant improvement compared to values typical for pure MoSe2 coating.  相似文献
