桩西油田产出原油综合含水已达60%-70%,原用防垢剂HEDP已失去有效抑制集输站结垢的性能。本工作针对结垢最严重的桩52站的应用,研制了以有机膦化合物和聚氧乙烯醚为主成份的防垢剂BZF-2,在室内考察了不同条件下的防垢率、腐蚀性、配伍性等性能,在桩52站进行了为期4个月的现场试验,加量为10.3ml/l、防垢率≥98.0%,加药设备管线的腐蚀率大大降低。  相似文献

This work aims to compare numerical results obtained by using the Monte Carlo composition-PDF method and a presumed-β-PDF in order to reveal their effects on the prediction of flow and scalar fields in swirling confined methane diffusion flame. Using the intrinsic low dimensional manifolds method for modelling the chemistry and a second moment closure for the turbulence, it is shown that both PDF-methods provide a similar accuracy level of the prediction of mean quantities. While the presumed-β-PDF performs using reasonable computational efforts, the Monte Carlo-PDF allows to capture well the turbulence-chemistry interaction and strong finite-chemistry effects such as local extinction.  相似文献

1985年11月在瑞士北部进行了一次以探讨“冷池”条件下的扩散和湍流特征为目的的国际野外大气试验,本文介绍其中的四面体气球示踪实验的结果。一共进行了三次由雷达跟踪的四面体示踪实验,释放了10个四面体球。按多轨迹法和单轨迹法分别估算并比较了其中两次示踪实验得到的水平扩散参数σ_y,探讨了风摆效应的贡献。采用“体源模式”并结合单轨迹法估算了微弱风场不定风向条件下的扩散参数,分析了静风,弱风条件下的水平风向标准差和湍流强度。  相似文献

The results of a laboratory investigation on the turbulence characteristics of a circular three-dimensional turbulent wall jet are presented. Measurements were taken up to 50 nozzle diameters using combined particle image velocimetry and planar laser induced fluorescence. The results showed that the induced turbulence was still evolving in the present range and had not achieved similarity. While the turbulent intensity for both velocity and concentration increased downstream, the turbulent mass transport showed a decline over distance for both the streamwise and spanwise directions, implying weakening dispersion from the jet core.  相似文献

The influence of suspended sediments on coherent flow structures has been studied by simultaneously measuring the longitudinal and vertical components of the instantaneous velocity vector and the instantaneous suspended particle concentration with an acoustic particle flux profiler. The measurements were carried out in clear water and in particle-laden open-channel flows. In both cases, they clearly show the predominance of ejection and sweep phases that are part of a burst cycle. The analysis further demonstrates the importance of the ejection and sweep phases in sediment resuspension and transport. Ejections pick up the sediment at the bed and carry it up through the water column close to the surface. It is shown that ejections and sweeps are in near equality in the near-bottom layer, whereas ejections clearly dominate in the remaining water column. The implications of these results for sediment transport dynamics are discussed.  相似文献

A new hydrocyclone was designed with a winged core fixed below the vortex finder in this study. With the winged core, the turbulence structure characteristics inside the hydrocyclone, including time-averaged pressure, pressure fluctuation, relative pressure fluctuation characteristics, and distribution characteristics of the probability density of the turbulence pressure, were all positively controlled. By controlling the turbulence structure, the performance of the new hydrocyclone was improved effectively. Compared with the common hydrocyclone, the new hydrocyclone was featured with lower energy loss coefficient, higher reduced separation efficiency, higher separation sharpness and larger capacity.  相似文献

Turbulence on the axis of a pipe is isotropic and homogeneous and the rate of turbulent energy dissipation, ε, is known as a function of the velocity, pipe diameter and viscosity. When, however, a concentric feed pipe is introduced (as in a reactor), the ε field does not seem to be known. Evidence from fast, mixing-controlled reactions indicates a disturbance near to and downstream from the feed pipe with an increase in ε. Because of the lack of experimental information, the radial and axial distribution of ε has been modeled. One parameter—ε at the outlet of the feedpipe—is undetermined in this model. It is shown how the radial dispersion and especially the micromixing and reaction of fluid emerging isokinetically from the feed pipe can then be calculated, using a one-dimensional, radially averaged formulation. An application to four coupled, mixing-controlled reactions is included. Simulated and measured product distributions compared satisfactorily at various concentration levels and two solution viscosities. Whereas the new model is plausible, more work is needed to understand how a feed pipe modifies the flow in its vicinity.  相似文献

Comparative adsorption and precipitation squeezes carried out on field core materials demonstrate that significant lifetime enhancement is achievable for precipitation squeeze with respect to more conventional adsorption squeeze. Coreflood tests have been carried out under reservoir conditions (135°C) employing a poly-phosphinocarboxylate (PPCA) as the scales inhibitor. Field treatment simulations, carried out starting from coreflood data and considering the characteristics of a North Sea formation taken as the reference, confirmed the higher performance, in term of squeeze lifetime, of the precipitation squeeze with respect to adsorption. The results pointed out the importance of choosing the appropriate formulation once the operative conditions are known, in order to promote the inhibitor precipitation into the formation. Some implications of these results for the optimization of the precipitation squeeze technology for field applications, with particular emphasis to formation damage, are also discussed.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to present an evolutionary model of the enablers and inhibitors affecting the implementation and sustainability of continuous improvement. With this aim, a qualitative study using the grounded theory was carried out. Interviews were conducted with managers responsible for continuous improvement in first‐tier suppliers in the automotive sector. As a result, two existing lines of research in the continuous improvement literature are synthesized: on one hand, the literature concerning the enablers and barriers associated with continuous improvement sustainability; and on the other, the literature concerning the evolutionary model. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
