In this study, the impact of TiN as a sintering aid on the relative density and microstructure of TiB2 ceramic was investigated. Monolithic TiB2 and TiB2 doped with 5?wt% TiN were sintered at 1900?°C for 7?min dwell time under the pressure of 40?MPa by spark plasma. The addition of TiN affected the microstructure of TiB2-based sample considerably depicting the finer grains in the as-sintered ceramic. X-ray diffraction evaluation indicated that no interaction occurred between the initial materials. However, detail investigation by the map analysis and energy dispersive spectroscopy results revealed the formation of in-situ nano-sized hBN secondary phase in the TiN-doped TiB2. In addition, TiN played a remarkable role on increasing the relative density of TiN-doped TiB2 ceramic producing a nearly fully dense ceramic with relative density of 99.9% in comparison with the monolithic ceramic having 96.7% relative density.  相似文献

通过对原料、触媒及合成工艺的研究,采用国产DS-029B型六面顶压机在4.2—5.3GPa,1350。1470℃的范围内,从hBN-单质触媒体系中合成出近乎完美的黑色八面体和截角八面体立方氮化硼单晶体。确定了该种形态的CBN晶体的生长区域。CBN晶体的尺寸在100—400μm,峰值粒度为125—150μm。对所得的晶体进行考察,发现这种CBN晶体结晶形貌发育比较完整、棱角尖锐、晶粒饱满,并且有较高的抗压强度。上述结果表明所用的单质触媒具有使CBN晶体均匀生长的能力,是一种合成CBN晶体的有效触媒,该种CBN晶体具有较好的破碎强度。  相似文献

Two-dimensional (2D) crystals have a multitude of forms,including semi-metals,semiconductors,and insulators,which are ideal for assembling isolated 2D atomic materials to create van der Waals (vdW) heterostructures.Recently,artificially-stacked materials have been considered promising candidates for nanoelectronic and optoelectronic applications.In this study,we report the vertical integration of layered structures for the fabrication of prototype non-volatile memory devices.A semiconducting-tungsten-disulfide-channel-based memory device is created by sandwiching high-density-of-states multi-layered graphene as a carrier-confining layer between tunnel barriers of hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) and silicon dioxide.The results reveal that a memory window of up to 20 V is opened,leading to a high current ratio (>103) between programming and erasing states.The proposed design combination produced layered materials that allow devices to attain perfect retention at 13% charge loss after 10 years,offering new possibilities for the integration of transparent,flexible electronic systems.  相似文献

采用等离子喷涂设备在钛合金表制备了CuAl/hBN涂层,对该涂层的显微结构、表面氧化及与钛合金的界面渗透性能进行了研究,结果发现:CuAl/hBN涂层呈典型的层状结构,各层间结合良好。涂层经800 ℃恒温氧化30 min后,表面从外到内分为Cu和CuO、CuO、CuO和Al2O3三层,涂层中的Cu、Al均向钛合金基体渗透,渗透深度约为5~10 μm,并在富Cu区域中形成了Ti-Cu合金。  相似文献

NiCr clad hexagonal BN powder (NiCr/hBN) was added to NiCr/Cr3C2 feedstock to improve the tribological properties of chromium carbide nichrome coating. The microstructure, flowability and apparent density of the composite powder, as well as the structure and mechanical properties of the plasma sprayed coating were characterized. The friction and wear behavior of the NiCr/Cr3C2-NiCr/hBN coating from ambient temperature up to 800 °C was evaluated on a ball-on-disk wear tester and compared with that of NiCr/Cr3C2 coating and NiCr/Cr3C2-NiCr/BaF2·CaF2 coating. The results show that NiCr cladding can reduce the decarburization of Cr3C2 and oxidation of hBN during the thermal spray. The main wear mechanisms of the NiCr/Cr3C2-NiCr/hBN composite coating are ploughing and adhesive wear. Layered hexagonal BN particle reduce the direct contact and severe adhesion between friction pairs, thus decreasing the friction coefficient. The NiCr/Cr3C2-NiCr/hBN composite coating shows a promising application in the high temperature environment with the request of both wear resistance and friction reduction.  相似文献

This research aimed to study the influence of different amounts of hBN additive on the mechanical properties and microstructure of TiB2-15 vol% SiC samples. All ceramics, containing 0, 3.5, and 7 vol% hBN, were sintered at 2000 °C using a hot-pressing route and reached their near full densities. Thanks to two different chemical reactions among the SiC reinforcement and the TiB2 surface oxides (B2O3 and TiO2), the in-situ phases of SiO2 and TiC were generated over the sintering process. The intergranular mode was identified as the predominant fracture type in all three composite samples. The hBN additive could contribute to grain refining of composites so that the sample containing 7 vol% hBN reached the finest microstructure. Finally, the highest Vickers hardness of 25.4 HV0.5 kg and flexural strength of 776 MPa were attained for the TiB2–SiC and TiB2–SiC-7 vol% hBN samples, respectively.  相似文献
