波形刃铣刀片铣削温度试验分析

进行了铣削温度试验 ,采用改进的人工热电偶法 ,利用动态数据采集系统 ,对波形刃铣刀片的铣削温度进行了采集。利用C语言和MATLAB软件对试验数据进行了分析 ,拟合出温度—时间 (T t)曲线 ,初步得到了受热密度函数 ,为温度场的可视化打下有力的基础     

The optimal diamond wheels for grinding diamond tools

Grinding is the most suitable process for manufacturing good quality diamond tools. In this paper, diamond wheels have been studied. From the grinding of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) insets, the effects of certain factors such as the bonding material, the grit size and structure of a diamond wheel have been investigated. It is concluded that vitrified bond diamond wheels are the most suitable for grinding PCDs and the recommended grit size is mesh number 1000, which can get a good surface quality within an appropriate time. The wheel structure is another important factor. Rougher wheels (mesh #800, #1000) with the softer grade scale P yield a higher material removal rate (MRR) than scale Q. However, a finer wheel (mesh #1200) needs a tougher structure to promote its grinding ability and to have a higher MRR.

分析了水泵底架原冲压成形工艺存在的问题,提出了新的成形工艺方案,介绍了新工艺中关键工序的模具结构以及模具加工、现场调试应注意的事项。经生产验证,改进后的工艺与模具结构合理,产品质量及生产效率大大提高。     

面向可重构扫描网络的锁定隔离安全结构

为使可重构扫描网络免受未经授权的访问、恶意仪器对传输数据的窜改和嗅探3种安全攻击的影响,提出了锁定隔离安全结构.该结构首先把彼此不具有安全威胁的仪器分成一组,通过控制隔离信号实现组与组之间的单独访问,以防止恶意仪器对传输数据的窜改和嗅探.然后通过使用锁段插入位保护关键的仪器,只有扫描网络中处于特定位置的多个键值被设置成特定值(0,1序列)时锁段插入位才能打开,能加大未经授权访问的难度.此外,为解决仪器分组多导致硬件开销大和布线困难的问题,提出了仪器分组算法,根据仪器间的安全关系构建无向图,然后对无向图求极大独立集,能有效地减少仪器分组数.在ITC 02基准电路上的实验结果表明,与国际上同类方法相比,所提的安全结构打开锁段插入位所需要的时间增大了7倍,在面积、功耗和布线上的平均减少百分比分别为3.81%,9.02%和4.55%.     

Mechanism of Fume Suppression and Performance on Asphalt of Expanded Graphite for Pavement under High Temperature Condition

Fume suppression mechanisms and the effect of expanded graphite on the performance of asphalt were studied by applying infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and comprehensive thermal analysis(TG, DSC). The experimental results confirm that asphalt which is mixed with expandable graphite will expand in the process of hot mix, and the expanded graphite layer will swell by the light component in the asphalt. The light component in the asphalt and PAHs adsorption on expanded graphite surface or part of the plug in the expanded graphite layer between plates made nucleation crystallization growth. And the Van der Waals force and the bonding of the lattice can effectively restrain the asphalt fume release. Meanwhile, the expanding agent with oxidative can spread into the asphalt, leading to asphalt oxygenated and plastic abate, while the ductility decreases. Expanded graphite, SBS modifier and environment- friendly plasticizers are used to composite modified asphalt. According to asphalt fume release experiment, normal test of asphalt performance, Brookfield viscosity test, RTFOT test and asphalt mixture tests(high temperature stability, low temperature stability, water stability), it has been proven that the modified asphalt's performance is better than that of matrix asphalt and equivalent to that of SBS modified asphalt. Furthermore, it has good fume suppression effect.     

An experimental study of tool wear and cutting force variation in the end milling of Inconel 718 with coated carbide inserts

Inconel 718 is a difficult-to-cut nickel-based superalloy commonly used in aerospace industry. This paper presents an experimental study of the tool wear propagation and cutting force variations in the end milling of Inconel 718 with coated carbide inserts. The experimental results showed that significant flank wear was the predominant failure mode affecting the tool life. The tool flank wear propagation in the up milling operations was more rapid than that in the down milling operations. The cutting force variation along with the tool wear propagation was also analysed. While the thermal effects could be a significant cause for the peak force variation within a single cutting pass, the tool wear propagation was believed to be responsible for the gradual increase of the mean peak force in successive cutting passes.

电流密度对微/纳结构电铸成型模芯质量的影响

利用多物理场耦合分析软件COMSOL Multiphysics,模拟微/纳结构电铸过程中阴极表面的电场分布,研究不同电流密度下微/纳结构表面的电场分布及电铸层生长前沿情况。仿真结果表明:采用较低的初始电流密度,可有效改善微/纳结构生长前沿铸层厚度的均匀性。选用纳米光阑和纳米柱阵列2种微/纳结构母板进行电铸实验,将初始电流密度从4A/dm2调至1A/dm2,纳米光阑母板成型最大误差60nm降至±20nm之内。通过合理设置初始电流密度、增强阴极表面溶液流动强度等措施,纳米柱阵列模芯特征直径尺寸误差由6.27%下降至2.49%,有效提高电铸模芯的复制质量。     

木马隐藏技术与防范方法

为加固网络安全、防范木马攻击,结合实例研究了一种木马隐藏技术,实现了基于加载三级跳和线程守护的隐藏技术,增强了木马的隐蔽性与抗毁性,并提出了该技术相应的防范措施和清除方法。实验结果表明,融入该隐藏技术的木马程序完成了预期的隐藏功能并可以穿透最新的瑞星杀毒软件、瑞星防火墙及硬件防火墙,表明了该隐藏技术的可行性与有效性。
