浅谈安全防范系统在智能化建筑中的重要地位

安全防范系统是现代化建筑中的组成部分,是以保障安全为目标而建立起来的技术防范系统。对于重要的公共建筑,敏锐、可靠的安全防范系统必须设置。而一般建筑随着智能化的普及,特别是智能住宅小区的大规模建设,随着我国经济的快速发展,生活水平的不断提高,人们对其的概念已从最初满足简单的居住功能发展到注重对住宅的人性化需求,安全防范系统已成为智能建筑必不可少的一部分。

以网上世博会参观调查的数据为基础,建立参观者参现行为的离散选择行为模型,对参现者的行为特征进行定量分析和归纳,并运用模型进行模拟,揭示了参观行为的规律,规划方案可能产生的参观人次、人流在空间上的不均衡,进而提出改进的建议。     

The influence of virtual tour on urban visitor using a network approach

Virtual tours provide an interactive experience for potential visitors, influencing the destination image and the intention to visit. However, virtual tours are limited to one-way communication, and there is a need to quantitatively analyze the influence of virtual tours based on the context of physical movement. Therefore, this study aimed to quantitatively analyze the virtual influence from a network perspective and to analyze changes in destination image and intention to visit through a two-way virtual tour. We noted that virtual tours are confirmed to improve destination image and intention to visit, and the experience of a place in Minecraft plays a mediator role in the activation of local visits. This study demonstrates that virtual tours can be a mediator to help local visits and that virtual tours affect physically marginalized. We believe these findings can be applied as practical solutions for areas with physical mobility constraints and contribute to urban visitor studies.     

基于RFID技术的跟踪与追溯系统研究

针对游客游览过程中游客游迹跟踪和追溯的需求,给出了游客游迹可追溯单元的语义描述,提出了使用事件处理机制处理游客身份标签数据并完成相应信息的转换,建立了基于射频识别语义事件的游迹跟踪模型和追溯方法,通过并发射频识别事件优先级处理策略机制,设计了游客游迹跟踪与追溯系统的功能架构、网络结构和查询。     

Scale study of sites and pavilions for World Expo 2010

The scale of sites and pavilions for World Expo 2010 (Shanghai World Expo) mainly refers to the study of their size including the area and number of exhibition hall needed in each pavilion and site with appropriate waiting area. 海南市县过夜游客人数与饭店行业特征关系研究——基于17个市县面板的计量分析

基于2006—2012年海南省17个市县饭店行业特征和过夜游客人数面板数据进行计量建模,通过普通回归模型、稳健性估计模型和面板VAR模型进行了分析,结果表明饭店行业发展特征总体是影响过夜游客人数的因素。
