Computer Numerical Control Machine Tool (CNCMT) Digital Twin (DT) model is a carrier for complex, time-varying, coupled data of CNCMT, which can theoretically provide a time-varying high-fidelity model. However, there are still many difficulties in its implementation process. And the key issue is how to realize the updated DT model with performance attenuation and validate it. In order to solve this problem, a model consistency retention method for CNCMT DT model is studied and proposed in this paper. Firstly, the framework of consistency retention method for DT model is designed including both digital space and physical space. The principles of data management and performance attenuation update in digital space are elaborated. Then, the implementation method for consistency retention of CNCMT DT model is studied in terms of performance attenuation update workflow for wear and other damage separately. Finally, a case study for the establishment and application of high-fidelity test bench DT model that focusing on rolling guide-rail is carried out to show the implementation flow of the proposed method and verify its operability and effectiveness. 相似文献

A model representing the wet-end section of a paper mill has been developed to characterize its dynamic behavior during the
grade change. The model is based on the mass balance relationships written for the simplified wetend white water network.
From the linearization of the dynamic model, higher-order Laplace transfer functions were obtained followed by the reduction
procedure to give simple lower-order models in the form of 1st-order or 2nd-order plus dead times. The dynamic response of the wet-end is influenced both by the white water volume and by the level
of wire retention. Effects of key manipulated variables such as the thick stock flow rate, the ash flow rate and the retention
aid flow rate on the major controlled variables were analyzed by numerical simulations. The simple dynamic model developed
in the present study can be effectively used in the operation and control.

The effects of scraped-surface tube cooler temperatures on the isothermal solid fat content (SFC) of palm oil margarine during
processing and on margarine consistency (yield value, g/cm2), SFC, and polymorphic changes in storage were studied. SFC was measured in the mixing tank after leaving the tube cooler
and the pin worker. The SFC at the tube cooler exit was proportional to the amount of cooling; a higher SFC was produced by
more extreme cooling treatment. The SFC of all margarines were reduced in the pin worker, and the reduction was related to
the initial SFC profile of palm oil. Margarine samples were stored at 28°C for 28 d and tested daily. Margarine processed
at 25°C in the tube cooler had the highest consistency and the least change in SFC, but by the second week crystals had transformed
into the β form. Uniform product consistency and SFC were observed in margarines processed at 20 and 15°C. These margarines
retained the β′ crystal form for 3 and 4 wk, respectively. The best palm oil margarine was obtained with a tube cooler temperature

Architectural design decisions (ADDs) have been used in recent years for capturing design rationale and documenting architectural knowledge (AK). However, various architectural design views still provide the most common means for describing and communicating architectural design. The evolution of software systems requires that both ADDs and architectural design views are documented and maintained, which is a tedious and time-consuming task in the long run. Also, in lack of a systematic and automated support for bridging between ADDs and architectural design views, decisions and designs tend to become inconsistent over time. In our proposal, we introduce a reusable AK transformation language for supporting the automated transformation of reusable AK knowledge to component-and-connector models, the architectural design view used most commonly today. In addition, reusable consistency checking rules verify the consistency between decisions and designs. We evaluate our approach in an industrial case study and show that it offers high reusability, provides automation, and can, in principle, deal with large numbers of recurring decisions. 相似文献

It is well understood and appreciated that Gödel’s Incompleteness Theorems apply to sufficiently strong, formal deductive systems. In particular, the theorems apply to systems which are adequate for conventional number theory. Less well known is that there exist algorithms which can be applied to such a system to generate a gödel-sentence for that system. Although the generation of a sentence is not equivalent to proving its truth, the present paper argues that the existence of these algorithms, when conjoined with Gödel’s results and accepted theorems of recursion theory, does provide the basis for an apparent paradox. The difficulty arises when such an algorithm is embedded within a computer program of sufficient arithmetic power. The required computer program (an AI system) is described herein, and the paradox is derived. A solution to the paradox is proposed, which, it is argued, illuminates the truth status of axioms in formal models of programs and Turing machines. 相似文献

The factors leading to the continuing problems with information system (IS) project failure are of importance to both the research and practitioner communities. The psychological factors that lead project managers to escalate troubled projects are investigated. Theoretical grounding is presented for a research model consisting of Need for Achievement as an antecedent trait for implementation mindset, internal locus of control, preference for consistency, and time urgency, which in turn predict the Intention to Continue a troubled IS project. Using responses from 232 IS project stakeholders, the model is tested using structural equation modeling. The results support Need for Achievement as an antecedent to the other independent variables. Implementation mindset and internal locus of control were found to be significant predictors of the project managers’ intention to continue the IS projects. Based on the findings, suggestions for project re-evaluation milestones (PRMs) are presented. 相似文献
