Output-pulse shaping capability of a linear transformer driver (LTD) module under different conditions is studied, by conducting the whole circuit model simulation by using the PSPICE code. Results indicate that a higher impedance profile of the internal transmission line would lead to a wider adjustment range for the output current rise time and a narrower adjustment range for the current peak. The number of cavities in series has a positive effect on the output-pulse shaping capability of LTD. Such an improvement in the output-pulse shaping capability can primarily be ascribed to the increment in the axial electric length of LTD. For a triggering time interval longer than the time taken by a pulse to propagate through the length of one cavity, the output parameters of LTD could be improved significantly. The present insulating capability of gas switches and other elements in the LTD cavities may only tolerate a slightly longer deviation in the triggering time interval. It is feasible for the LTD module to reduce the output current rise time, though it is not useful to improve the peak power effectively. 相似文献

We report on DC and noise characteristics at 4.2 K of High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs) which have been realized
at LPN/CNRS. This work is aimed to develop high performance, low-power, low-frequency noise and low-temperature field-effect
transistors for the future cryoelectronics. A high quality two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) based on AlGaAs/GaAs heterostructure
has been used to realize appropriately designed HEMTs with different gate configurations. With these transistors, we have
obtained, for example, a transconductance of about 100 mS and a voltage gain of 26 with a power dissipation of less than 100 μW
at 4.2 K; and a corresponded equivalent input voltage noise of 1.2 nV/Hz1/2 at 1 kHz and as low as 0.12 nV/Hz1/2 at 100 kHz. 相似文献

In this work 3 mol.% yttria-stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP) disks were pressed and subsequently coated, aiming at producing reliable protective coatings to avoid Low Temperature Degradation (LTD) of Y-TZP. Suspensions of 12Ce-TZP or 5Y-PSZ (5 mol.% yttria stabilized zirconia) powders with different solid contents were used as coatings. Accelerated aging was conducted for times of 2, 6 and 18 hours at 134 °C. Specimens were analyzed using XRD, SEM and Colorimetry. Suspensions with solid content of 23 wt% prepared with 12 mol% ceria stabilized zirconia showed coarsening porosity, while all other suspensions achieved acceptable results for this property. Suspensions with 28 wt% Ce-TZP and 23 wt% Y-PSZ were the selected conditions for the LTD studies. They were selected among the remaining conditions, based on their enhanced color properties and surface density, displaying layers with ∼7 μm and 5-10 μm, respectively. The effect of single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT) at zirconia grain boundaries on the stability of a tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline matrix has been explored in as–sintered composites and after low–temperature hydrothermal degradation (LTD) experiments. For this purpose, highly–dense 3?mol% Y2O3–doped tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline (3YTZP) ceramics and SWNT/3YTZP composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS). Quantitative X–ray diffraction analysis and microstructural observations point out that an increasing amount of well–dispersed SWNT bundles surrounding zirconia grains decreases the metastable tetragonal phase retention in the ceramic matrix after sintering. In contrast, the tetragonal ceramic grains in composites with SWNTs are less sensitive to the presence of water, i.e. to undergo a martensitic transformation under LTD conditions, than monolithic 3YTZP ceramics. The SWNT incorporation diminishes micro–cracking due to tetragonal to monoclinic ZrO2 phase transformation in the composites. 相似文献

应用低温助剂miralan LTD和毛用活性染料对羊毛进行低温染色.通过测定在不同温度下染料的上染率、表现得色深度值、皂洗牢度等指标,分析了助剂和毛用活性染料对羊毛染色性能的影响,并探讨了低温助剂miralan LTD的作用机理.实验结果表明,在选用的染料中加入低温助剂miralan LTD之后,染色温度可以降低到80al85℃,上染率有所提高,染色织物的表观色深值和匀染性优于常规染色,皂洗牢度指标达到常规98℃染色水平. 相似文献
