水泥生产中预加水成球微机控制系统

叙述水泥生产中以ＳＴＤ８０９８微机系统为核心组成的生料预加水成球控制系统的构成、工作原理及软件结构。该系统目前已在云阳钢铁厂水泥分厂投入使用，效果良好，成球合格率在９０％以上。     

Visual evaluation at scale of threshold to suprathreshold color difference

Visual evaluation experiments of color discrimination threshold and suprathreshold color‐difference comparison were carried out using CRT colors based on the psychophysical methods of interleaved staircase and constant stimuli, respectively. A large set of experimental data was generated ranged from threshold to large suprathreshold color difference at the five CIE color centers. The visual data were analyzed in detail for every observer at each visual scale to show the effect of color‐difference magnitude on the observer precision. The chromaticity ellipses from this study were compared with four previous published data, of CRT colors by Cui and Luo, and of surface colors by RIT‐DuPont, Cheung and Rigg, and Guan and Luo, to report the reproducibility of this kind of experiment using CRT colors and the variations between CRT and surface data, respectively. The present threshold data were also compared against the different suprathreshold data to show the effect of color‐difference scales. The visual results were further used to test the three advance color‐difference formulae, CMC, CIE94, and CIEDE2000, together with the basic CIELAB equation. In their original forms or with optimized K_L values, the CIEDE2000 outperformed others, followed by CMC, and with the CIELAB and CIE94 the poorest for predicting the combined dataset of all color centers in the present study. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 在轧机速度控制和张力控制中采用8098单片机控制系统，使其速度控制精度和张力控制精度得到明显提高；系统还具有运行可靠、调试与维护方便、组成系统成本低等优点。     

Thinned-ECOC ensemble based on sequential code shrinking

Error-correcting output coding (ECOC) is a strategy to create classifier ensembles which reduces a multi-class problem into some binary sub-problems. A key issue in designing any ECOC classifier refers to defining optimal codematrix having maximum discrimination power and minimum number of columns. This paper proposes a heuristic method for application-dependent design of optimal ECOC matrix based on a thinning algorithm. The main idea of the proposed Thinned-ECOC method is to successively remove some redundant and unnecessary columns of any initial codematrix based on a metric defined for each column. As a result, computational cost of the ensemble is reduced while preserving its accuracy. Proposed method has been validated using the UCI machine learning database and further applied to a couple of real-world pattern recognition problems (the face recognition and gene expression based cancer classification). Experimental results emphasize the robustness of Thinned-ECOC in comparison with existing state-of-the-art code generation methods.     

8098单片机在流量仪表中的应用

介绍一种利用8098单片机的硬件和软件资源，设计能对多个管道不同介质（蒸汽、天然气、一般气体、液体和油品）流量进行巡回检测的智能流量仪表的方法。实用的通讯功能实现了智能流量仪表的集中管理，仪表通用性强，具有多种自动补偿功能，从而大大提高了仪表计量精度。     

伺服系统的优化设计

本文介绍了一种时间最优伺服系统的设计方法。通过对大功率电子半导体元件及线路的研究，解决了快速微机伺服系统的工程实现问题。     

一种基于单片机的全自动超级过滤系统的设计

阐述了全自动超滤控制系统的组成和功能，在超滤系统设计中采用了ＭＣＳ５１单片机，使整个超滤系统实现了自动顺序控制。     

大型循环流化床锅炉MCS系统的调试

江苏省大屯440t／h循环流化床锅炉机组是目前国内CFB最大容量主流机组之一，CFB锅炉系统与常规锅炉有较大的区别。介绍该CFB锅炉机组的锅炉系统及其相应的自动控制系统，并着重介绍了在调试过程中MCS系统软件设计与系统投运中问题的分析与解决。     

基于LabVIEW的远程数据采集终端通信接口的设计与实现

对LabVIEW的串行通信接口驱动进行了研究,对用VISA编程进行了初步的尝试,设计并实现了基于LabVIEW的上位机控制程序,以及基于MCS-51单片机控制的数据采集终端的数据存储与控制,完成了基于8051单片机的远程数据采集终端的上位机串口通信接口部分程序,并且通过了测试.     

CVD参数数据采集系统

在CVD金刚石膜生长过程中,衬底温度、热丝电流、反应室真空度和气源流量等是其重要的工艺参数.针对CVD金刚石膜沉积生长中四个重要的工艺参数,本文设计了数据采集系统.选用片内集成模拟量采集模块的8098单片机为下位机,上位机采用工控机,通过RS232串口进行通信.该主从式数据采集系统,硬件配置简单,抗干扰能力强,软件编程方便,人机界面友好.该系统已通过调试,运行良好.
