提出了一种引入He-Ne激光回馈的双光束干涉系统,并在理论和实验两方面进行了研究。实验中对系统中的干涉信号及激光器尾光功率变化同时进行探测。发现当干涉仪的主回馈镜移动时,激光器尾光信号是正弦形波形,而干涉仪输出的是以双峰为一个周期的信号,双峰中一峰总是高于另一峰,并且当主回馈镜移动方向改变时,同一周期中两峰出现的顺序也随之改变。对实验现象进行了理论分析,并模拟出干涉信号及激光自身功率的变化曲线。理论分析及模拟结果与实验结果完全吻合。讨论了利用发现的现象进行测量的可行性,所提出的测量方法易于实现。  相似文献

In this theoretical study we analyze contrast transfer of weak-phase objects in a transmission electron microscope, which is equipped with an aberration corrector (C(s)-corrector) in the imaging lens system and a physical phase plate in the back focal plane of the objective lens. For a phase shift of pi/2 between scattered and unscattered electrons induced by a physical phase plate, the sine-type phase contrast transfer function is converted into a cosine-type function. Optimal imaging conditions could theoretically be achieved if the phase shifts caused by the objective lens defocus and lens aberrations would be equal to zero. In reality this situation is difficult to realize because of residual aberrations and varying, non-zero local defocus values, which in general result from an uneven sample surface topography. We explore the conditions--i.e. range of C(s)-values and defocus--for most favourable contrast transfer as a function of the information limit, which is only limited by the effect of partial coherence of the electron wave in C(s)-corrected transmission electron microscopes. Under high-resolution operation conditions we find that a physical phase plate improves strongly low- and medium-resolution object contrast, while improving tolerance to defocus and C(s)-variations, compared to a microscope without a phase plate.  相似文献

Although it is widely accepted that control mechanisms are necessary for human behavior to be adapted, very little is known about how such mechanisms are recruited. A suggestion to fill the gap was put forward by M. M. Botvinick, T. S. Braver, C. S. Carter, D. M. Barch, and J. D. Cohen (2001), who proposed the conflict-loop theory. This theory has been successful in accounting for the reduction of compatibility effects after an incompatible trial: The level of conflict being, on average, higher during an incompatible trial, more control occurs after such a trial. The authors have tested this prediction by sorting the trials on the basis of amount of conflict (quantified by the electromyographic activity) they presented. A reduction of the compatibility effect was observed after incompatible trials, but it was independent of the level of conflict on previous trials, suggesting that the conflict does not trigger changes in executive control. 目的:探讨He—Ne激光照射对胃癌SGC7901细胞生长的影响。方法:将肿瘤细胞用含10%牛血清RPMI1640培养液培养,并用波长为632.8nm和功率密度为78mw/cm^2的He-Ne激光分别以23J/cm^2,46J/cm^2,72J/cm^2,140J/cm^2,280J/cm^2能量密度照射肿瘤细胞1次或3次,然后用激光共聚焦显微镜检测细胞形态等和四氮唑盐法(MTT)进行活细胞记数。结果:激光照射对肿瘤细胞的形态没有明显影响。这当照射1次时,各种能量密度的激光照射都促进肿瘤细胞的生长。当照射3次时。能量密度小于72J/cm^2时激光照射促进肿瘤细胞的生长,而当能量密度大干72J/cm^2时,反而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。不管照射1次还是3次23J/cm^2能量密度的激光照射对肿瘤细胞生长的促进作用最明显。结论:He—Ne激光照射对肿瘤细胞生长起促进作用还是抑制作用与激光的累积照射剂量有关。  相似文献

中功率密度He—Ne激光照射DNA固体纤维后,在很短的照射时间,激光对DNA磷酸骨架结构和氢键的损伤就达到了最大值,这时不仅有磷酸二酯键的断裂,氢键也发生了断裂;随着照射时间的延长,激光对DNA的损伤程度先是减小,然后再加剧。激光对碱基的影响,先是使碱基谱线强烈减色,随着照射时间的延长,减色效应逐渐减小,然后变为较强的增色效应,再变为减色效应,这也许是激光在损伤碱基后又破坏碱基-碱基间的垂直堆积状况,造成碱基谱线的拉曼增色效应。  相似文献

弹药除锈后质量关系到弹药储运和使用安全,传统的除锈质量检测方法使用千分尺和通样圈检查,由于弹药外形不规则,检测速度低、精度低、劳动强度大、可靠性差。近年来,CCD成像在测量技术领域得到广泛运用,本文提出一种利用线阵CCD拼接技术对除锈后弹药进行非接触质量检测方法,介绍线阵CCD拼接检测弹药除锈质量的原理,并对所采用的线CCD拼接、He-Ne激光光源、双路分光系统等关键技术进行了论述。使用线阵CCD技术对弹药除锈质量进行检测,能够满足除锈弹药检测的要求,达到了高效率、高精度的效果。  相似文献

目的:观察半导体激光与氦一氖激光治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的临床疗效.方法;将患者73例随机分为2组,半导体激光治疗组39例,采用半导体激光治疗;氦-氖激光治疗组34例采用氦-氖激光治疗.结果:半导体激光治疗组有效率为97.5%:氦-氖激光治疗组有效率为79.4%.两组比较差异显著(p<0.05).结论:半导体激光照射治疗带状疱疹疗效较高.  相似文献

To understand secondary electron (SE) image formation with in-lens and out-lens detector in low-voltage scanning electron microscopy (LV-SEM), we have evaluated SE signals of an in-lens and an out-lens detector in LV-SEM. From the energy distribution spectra of SEs with various boosting voltages of the immersion lens system, we revealed that the electrostatic field of the immersion lens mainly collects electrons with energy lower than 40 eV, acting as a low-pass filter. This effect is also observed as a contrast change in LV-SEM images taken by in-lens and out-lens detectors.  相似文献

Purpose

To determine the antimicrobial activity of the melimine derived peptide Mel4 against Delftia, Stenotrophomonas, Elizabethkingia, Burkholderia and to investigate biocompatibility of Mel4 as an antimicrobial coating on contact lenses in animals and humans.

Methods

In vitro antimicrobial activity of Mel4 was determined against the four Gram negative bacteria by investigating growth curves for 24 h followed by viable counts to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). Contact lenses were coated by covalently binding Mel4, characterized by amino acid analysis, and were investigated for changes in lens parameters. Safety of Mel-4 coated lenses were determined in a rabbit model of daily contralateral wear. A prospective, randomised, double-masked, contralateral, 1week daily wear human clinical trial was used to evaluate subjective responses and ocular physiology.

Results

Mel4 was active against all the bacteria tested (MIC50 ranged from 31–1000 μg ml?1) and produced an antimicrobial surface on contact lenses. Mel4-coating resulted hydrophilic surface without any significant change in contact lens parameters, and showed no signs of cytotoxicity or ocular irritation during rabbit wear. During human clinical trial, there were no differences between Mel4 coated and uncoated contact lenses in lens performance indicators and ocular signs such as corneal fluorescein staining. Mel4 and control uncoated lenses had no differences in ocular symptoms during lens wear.

Conclusion

Mel4 has achieved antimicrobial activity against variety of Gram negative bacteria that are often resistant to the action of cationic peptides and have been implicated in contact lens related adverse events. Mel4-coated contact lenses were safe to wear.  相似文献
