在对国内大量高速公路调查研究的基础上,论述了我国高速公路沥青路面早期损坏的两种类型:属于短时期内发生的水损坏、车辙、开裂损坏,以及沥青路面的耐久性差、使用寿命短的深层次早期损坏。针对水损坏、车辙、裂缝等局部性质的早期损坏,从路面结构、材料、施工、设计、管理等各方面分析了原因,提出了一系列有效防治高速公路早期损坏的技术措施。  相似文献

A particle is treated as a whole individual in all researches on particle swarm optimization (PSO) currently, these are not concerned with the information of every particle’s dimensional vector. A visual modeling method describing particle’s dimensional vector behavior is presented in this paper. Based on the analysis of visual modeling, the reason for premature convergence and diversity loss in PSO is explained, and a new modified algorithm is proposed to ensure the rational flight of every particle’s dimensional component. Meanwhile, two parameters of particle-distribution-degree and particle-dimension-distance are introduced into the proposed algorithm in order to avoid premature convergence. Simulation results of the new PSO algorithm show that it has a better ability of finding the global optimum, and still keeps a rapid convergence as with the standard PSO.  相似文献

Background

Premature infants represent a significant proportion of the neonatal intensive care population. Blood glucose homeostasis in this group is often disturbed by immaturity of endogenous regulatory systems and the stress of their condition. Hypo- and hyperglycemia are frequently reported in very low birth weight infants, and more mature infants often experience low levels of glycemia. A model capturing the unique fundamental dynamics of the neonatal glucose regulatory system could be used to develop better blood glucose control methods.

Methods

A metabolic system model is adapted from adult critical care to the unique physiological case of the neonate. Integral-based fitting methods were used to identify time-varying insulin sensitivity and non-insulin mediated glucose uptake profiles. The clinically important predictive ability of the model was assessed by assuming insulin sensitivity was constant over prediction intervals of 1, 2 and 4 h forward and comparing model-simulated versus actual clinical glucose values for all recorded interventions. The clinical data included 1091 glucose measurements over 3567 total patient hours, along with all associated insulin and nutritional infusion data, for N = 25 total cases. Ethics approval was obtained from the Upper South A Regional Ethics Committee for this study.

Results

The identified model had a median absolute percentage error of 2.4% [IQR: 0.9-4.8%] between model-fitted and clinical glucose values. Median absolute prediction errors at 1-, 2- and 4-h intervals were 5.2% [IQR: 2.5-10.3%], 9.4% [IQR: 4.5-18.4%] and 13.6% [IQR: 6.3-27.6%] respectively.

Conclusions

The model accurately captures and predicts the fundamental dynamic behaviors of the neonatal metabolism well enough for effective clinical decision support in glycemic control. The adaptation from adult to a neonatal case is based on the data from the literature. Low prediction errors and very low fitting errors indicate that the fundamental dynamics of glucose metabolism in both premature neonates and critical care adults can be described by similar mathematical models.  相似文献

To improve the performance of the standard particle swarm optimization (PSO) which suffers from premature convergence and slow convergence speed, many PSO variants introduce lots of stochastic or aimless strategies to overcome the convergence problem. However, the mutual learning between elites particles is omitted, although which might be benefit to the convergence speed and, prevent the premature convergence. In this paper, we introduce DSLPSO, which integrates three novel strategies, specifically, tabu detecting, shrinking and local learning strategies, into PSO to overcome the aforementioned shortcomings. In DSLPSO, search space of each dimension is divided into many equal subregions. Then the tabu detecting strategy, which has good ergodicity for search space, helps the global historical best particle to detect a more suitable subregion, and thus help it jump out of a local optimum. The shrinking strategy enables DSLPSO to take optimization in a smaller search space and obtain a higher convergence speed. In the local learning strategy, a differential between two elites particles is used to increase solution accuracy. The experimental results show that DSLPSO has a superior performance in comparison with several other participant PSOs on most of the tested functions, as well as offering faster convergence speed, higher solution accuracy and stronger reliability.  相似文献

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an essential fatty acid (FA) important for health and neurodevelopment. Premature infants are at risk of DHA deficiency and circulating levels directly correlate with health outcomes. Most supplementation strategies have focused on increasing DHA content in mother's milk or infant formula. However, extremely premature infants may not reach full feedings for weeks and commercially available parenteral lipid emulsions do not contain preformed DHA, so blood levels decline rapidly after birth. Our objective was to develop a DHA supplementation strategy to overcome these barriers. This double‐blind, randomized, controlled trial determined feasibility, tolerability and efficacy of daily enteral DHA supplementation (50 mg/day) in addition to standard nutrition for preterm infants (24–34 weeks gestational age) beginning in the first week of life. Blood FA levels were analyzed at baseline, full feedings and near discharge in DHA (n = 31) or placebo supplemented (n = 29) preterm infants. Term peers (n = 30) were analyzed for comparison. Preterm infants had lower baseline DHA levels (p < 0.0001). Those receiving DHA had a progressive increase in circulating DHA over time (from 3.33 to 4.09 wt% or 2.88 to 3.55 mol%, p < 0.0001) while placebo‐supplemented infants (receiving standard neonatal nutrition) had no increase over time (from 3.35 to 3.32 wt% or 2.91 to 2.87 mol%). Although levels increased with additional DHA supplementation, preterm infants still had lower blood DHA levels than term peers (4.97 wt% or 4.31 mol%) at discharge (p = 0.0002). No differences in adverse events were observed between the groups. Overall, daily enteral DHA supplementation is feasible and alleviates deficiency in premature infants.  相似文献

The aim of the present investigation is to determine initial G2-chromosome aberrations and to validate whether the G2-chromosome aberrations can predict the cellular clonogenic survival in human tumor cell lines. Cell lines of human ovary carcinoma cells (HO8910) and human hepatoma cells (HepG2) were irradiated with a range of doses and assessed both for initial G2-chromosome aberrations and for cell survival after γ-irradiation. The initial G2-chromosome aberrations were measured by counting the number of G2-chromatid breaks after irradiation, detected by the premature chromosome condensation technique, and the G2-assay method. Cell survival was documented by a colony formation assay. A linear-quadratic survival curve was observed in both cell lines. The dose-response results show that the numbers of G2-chromatid breaks increase with the increase in dose in the two cell lines. At higher doses (higher than 4 Gy) of irradiation, the number of G2-chromatid breaks for the G2-assay method cannot be determined because too few cells reach mitosis, and hence their detection is difficult. A good correlation is found between the clonogenic survival and the radiation-induced initial G2-chromatid breaks per cell (r=0.9616). The present results suggest that the premature chromosome condensation technique may be useful for determining chromatid breaks in G2 cells, and the number of initial G2-chromatid breaks holds promise for predicting the radiosensitivity of tumor cells.  相似文献

This paper deals with a study on the dry machinability of the nickel-based hardfacing layers used in the manufacturing of hot tooling. Several machining tests were carried out on 56NiCrMoV7 steel block with thickness of 60 mm (substrate). Five layers of Hastelloy C type with thickness varying between 2 and 3 mm were deposited on the substrate using flux cored-wire welding (pulsed semi-automatic MIG). In the accelerated machining tests (AMT), only the nature of the hardfacing layers were changed. The cutting speed Vc of 80 m/min, the axial depth of cut ap of 0.12 mm, the radial depth of cut ac of 12 mm and the feed rate fz of 0.05 mm/tooth were considered in the AMT tests. It was found that the main limitation of this hardfacing in machining is associated with its highly heterogeneous metallurgical structure. This heterogeneity consists of a dendritic network (ductile nickel phase) separated by a fragile interdendritic dispersion (carbide phase and fine or coarse precipitate phases). This is expressed during cutting tests by the high hardness of the workpiece surface that involves premature wear of cutting tools. This deterioration is caused by the adhesion of the produced chips (dry sticking friction) leading to notches and very severe chipping of the cutting edge, following a crumbling of the tool material.  相似文献

This paper proposes a three stage technique for detection of premature ventricular contraction (PVC) from normal beats and other heart diseases. This method includes a denoising module, a feature extraction module and a classification module. In the first module we investigate the application of stationary wavelet transform (SWT) for noise reduction of the electrocardiogram (ECG) signals. The feature extraction module extracts 10 ECG morphological features and one timing interval feature. Then a number of multilayer perceptron (MLP) neural networks with different number of layers and nine training algorithms are designed. The performances of the networks for speed of convergence and accuracy classifications are evaluated for seven files from the MIT–BIH arrhythmia database. Among the different training algorithms, the resilient back-propagation (RP) algorithm illustrated the best convergence rate and the Levenberg–Marquardt (LM) algorithm achieved the best overall detection accuracy.  相似文献
