A fuzzy neural network (FNN) controller with adaptive learning rates is proposed to control a nonlinear mechanism system in this study. First, the network structure and the on-line learning algorithm of the FNN is described. To guarantee the convergence of the tracking error, analytical methods based on a discrete-type Lyapunov function are proposed to determine the adaptive learning rates of the FNN. Next, a slider-crank mechanism, which is driven by a permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor, is studied as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control technique; the FNN controller is implemented to control the slider position of the motor-slider-crank nonlinear mechanism. The robust control performance and learning ability of the proposed FNN controller with adaptive learning rates is demonstrated by simulation and experimental results. 相似文献

利用几何方法建立了基于曲柄滑块构型的模式选择阀门可调机构的滑块位移输入与阀门角度输出的关系,并对其进行了运动分析及精度分析。应用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了模式选择阀门可调机构的仿真模型,对其进行了刚体仿真,仿真结果与理论分析结果几乎一致,互相验证了数学模型与仿真模型的正确性。另外,当联动环为柔性时对其可调机构进行了柔性体仿真,分析了联动环在不同刚性下对各阀门输出同步性的影响,仿真结果表明,提高联动环的刚性能够提高各阀门输出的同步性。 相似文献

提出了一种应用于水下机器人方向舵、滑块为原动件的曲柄滑块传动机构,形状记忆合金差动驱动是该机构的突出特点.分析了形状记忆合金差动驱动的曲柄滑块机构运动机理,基于形状记忆合金驱动器的变形能力和力学性能,采用多目标优化设计理论和算法,对形状记忆合金差动驱动的滑块行程和作用在滑块上的初始驱动力进行了综合优化,得到了曲柄滑块机构的结构优化参数,同时为形状记忆合金差动驱动器的性能参数设计提供了理论依据和设计准则.虚拟样机仿真试验验证了机构良好的驱动和传动性能. 相似文献

A speed control analysis for an in-line gasoline fueled internal combustion (IC) engine is presented for the purpose of alleviation of high frequency oscillations in engine revolutions.A dynamic cylinder-by-cylinder model is proposed,base on slider-crank mechanism,which is extended to develop a digital governor providing a high fidelity estimation of rotary speed oscillation for hybrid vehicle engines.A modified PID controller that P and I gain is placed in feedback path is also described for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) engine speed regulation.By comparison between measured and estimated signals,it is demonstrated that a good agreement has been achieved and the governor behaves an excellent damping speed ripple. 相似文献

This paper discusses Neural Networks as predictor for analyzing of transmission angle of slider-crank mechanism. There are
different types of neural network algorithms obtained by using chain rules. The neural network is a feedforward neural network.

为了考虑压力机柔性体部件对机械运动的影响,通过借助于有限元软件和ADAMS软件的联合,创建柔性构件(采用ADAMS/Flex方法),建立了曲柄滑块压力机的多刚体及刚柔耦合的虚拟样机模型,对其进行运动学仿真,比较了二者的区别,得出刚柔耦合模型更能反映机构的真实运动. 相似文献

考虑加速度而引起的动载荷的影响,对曲柄连杆滑块机构进行了力学分析。结果表明,正置结构的滑块在下死点无侧向力的作用,而偏置结构的滑块在下死点一般存在一定的侧向力。针对偏置结构的压力机,考虑连杆加速度和自重的影响,导出了滑块侧向力与偏置量、连杆质量、曲柄转速以及质心位置等的关系式。进一步分析了杆系尺寸、额定工作载荷、连杆质量和重心位置以及曲柄转速等对滑块所受侧向力的影响,给出了减小或消除滑块所受侧向力的具体方法,可为这类压力机的设计提供理论依据。 相似文献
