随着网络技术的发展,将各种设备接人互联网,利用互联网实现数据传输与远程监控成为当今电子设备发展的必然趋势.文中介绍了DS80OC400芯片以及基于此芯片的TINI系统.提出了采用TINI系统来实现非网络设备接入互联网的方法,包括硬件结构、软件设计以及开发流程等,并以RS-232接口为例,给出了此方法的具体实现.与传统的通过PC机转接的方法相比,此方法具有开发成本低、效率高、运行稳定、低功耗、体积小等特点.  相似文献

Abstract

The addition of Re, Fe and Cr into Ti–50 mol.-%Ni has been carried out to improve the oxidation and mechanical properties. The mono phase consisting of TiNi with the B2 type structure was identified in micro-alloyed materials proposed on the basis of the d-electrons concept. Experimentally, TiNi alloys were melted and solidified by the cold crucible levitation melting (CCLM) method. The TiNi–(Cr, Fe, Re) alloys with high purity and without contamination from a crucible were prepared, and the homogeneous microstructure was achieved by the diffusion mixing effect of CCLM even in the as-cast alloys which contained Re and Cr with higher melting temperatures and different specific gravities. The transformation from austenite to martensite phases occurred in all alloys below or above room temperature. Some alloys had the ability of shape memory even at room temperature. Ternary alloys showed a higher flow stress level compared with the binary TiNi alloy. On the other hand, the oxidation at 1273 K was promoted by the formation of titanium oxides (TiO2) on the alloy surfaces. The oxidation resistance was improved by the formation of the continuous Cr2O3 film in TiNi–Cr alloys. The alloying effects by ternary elements (Re, Fe, Cr) in the intermetallic TiNi as well as metallic materials were explained well using two parameters used in the d-electrons concept.  相似文献

以DS80C400为核心,利用微网接口(TINI)设计了嵌入式数字图像采集系统;将数码相机M4088模块直接与DSTINIM400模块相连,以UDP作为嵌入式以太网的传输层协议直接联入以太网。文中对硬软件结构和快速采集图像数据关键问题进行了分析和研究。该系统应用于压印字符图像采集中,取得了良好效果。  相似文献

Abstract

Hydrogen embrittlement of a copper precipitation strengthened and niobium microalloyed HSLA 80 steel on cathodic charging in synthetic sea water has been studied using a slow strain rate technique. The effects of strain rate and potential applied for hydrogen charging have been studied. Hydrogen measurement at different potentials has also been carried out. A loss in ductility in terms of a drop in percentage elongation and percentage reduction in area has been observed, the effect being prominent at potentials beyond —800 mV(SCE). Fractography by SEM shows a dominance of microvoid coalescence with increasing quasicleavage features at higher negative potentials. A hardening effect of hydrogen charging up to —600 mV(SCE) followed by a softening effect has been observed. The results are discussed in the light of the existing models of hydrogen–dislocation interaction and hydrogen induced microvoid coalescence.  相似文献

设计了一种工作频率在15.42 MHz应用于GPS射频接收芯片中的自动增益控制(AGC)电路,该电路与传统AGC结构相比,不需要峰值检测电路,也不需要环路滤波器,大大简化了设计复杂度,同时也使电路性能受工艺及温度变化的影响大大减小了,因此适用于低功耗、高集成的GPS射频通信系统中.电路设计采用TSMC 0.25 μm CMOS工艺,电源电压2.5 V,经过流片验证,其动态范围可达60 dB,工作频率范围为[3.8 MHz,40 MHz],总功耗5 mW  相似文献

Abstract

To develop low melting point filler metals for brazing TiNi shape memory alloy (SMA) and stainless steel (SS), a series of Ag–22Cu–Zn–Sn (wt-%) filler metals have been studied. Using differential thermal analysis (DTA) analysis, the melting temperatures of Ag–22Cu–Zn–Sn filler metals were determined. The results show that the increase of zinc and tin contents drastically decreases the solidus and liquidus temperatures of the Ag–22Cu–Zn–Sn filler metals and the melting temperatures of the Ag–22Cu–18Zn–Sn filler metals with 5–8 wt-%tin are < 650°C. Metallographic observations indicate that the increase of zinc and tin in the Ag–22Cu–Zn–Sn filler metals helps the formation of eutectic structure and inhibits the formation of α-Ag and α-Cu solid solutions, but the increase of tin also causes the formation of Ag3Sn and Cu41Sn11 brittle compounds. The results of mechanical property tests of the laser brazed joints of TiNi SMA and SS show that the proper increase of zinc and tin in Ag–22Cu–Zn–Sn filler metals is favourable for improving the strength of the laser brazed joints of TiNi SMA and SS.  相似文献
