战略网络形成动因之制造模式篇

本研究目的在于探究战略网络生成中制造模式的推动作用。文章首先分析了制造模式在技术经济范式变迁中扮演的角色,总结出制造模式与技术经济范式之间的关系,接着运用数学抽象和哲学思辨的方法,提炼出人类历史上三次制造模式对技术经济范式的价值实现函数。基于该函数研究发现:精益生产中目的在于充分调动人的主观能动性,以实现人的解放的复合机制——现场管理、劳工关系管理和知识管理等体系是制造模式未来的发展方向;战略网络的演进服务于制造模式的价值实现功能,它的生成是为了弥补制造模式柔性不足的缺陷。     

Time-local formulation and identification of implicit Volterra models by use of diffusive representation

We present a time-continuous identification method for nonlinear dynamic Volterra models of the form HX=f(u,X)+v with H, a causal convolution operator. It is mainly based on a suitable parameterization of H deduced from the so-called diffusive representation, which is devoted to state representations of integral operators. Following this approach, the complex dynamic nature of H can be summarized by a few numerical parameters on which the identification of the dynamic part of the model will focus. The method is validated on a physical numerical example.

本文根据我国经济体制改革总体规划要求,适应有计划商品经济的发展,遵循企业经营的系统原理,从动力机制、压力机制、约束机制及协调机制等方面构造了企业经营机制的目标模式,并根据我国现阶段经济体制改革的方向和重点,提出了若干具有一定理论与现实意义的实现措施。     

Minimal realization for lifted periodic filters

Practical applications in signals and systems often deal with lifted models of periodic digital filters, to which well-known methods and computing software for linear time-invariant (LTI) systems can be applied in the analysis and synthesis of periodic filters. When the design of a periodic filter is based on the lifted model, the resultant filter is usually in the lifted LTI form and needs to be further converted into the periodic form for implementational and computational purposes. In this paper, we present a computational procedure for obtaining a minimal realization of periodic digital filters from the fifted model.This work was supported by the Australian Research Council.     

基于TMS320C6416芯片的H.264编码器设计和实现

描述了基于TMS320C6416 DSP平台的H.264编码器的设计和实时实现.在提出该编码器实时实现中的关键问题之后,介绍了该编码器的硬件平台和所采用的多种代码移植和优化方法.试验结果表明:该编码器在保持很高的图像质量和压缩效率的同时极大地提高了运行速度,可以应用于实时应用场合.     

Modular realization of multi-dimensional filters

A method is proposed for the exact decomposition of a general multi-dimensional (m-d) rational transfer function in terms of order one, each one of which is a function of only one of the m variables. This method is used for the realization of general, linear m-d filters, with great modularity, and high parallelism. By using known nonsingular matrices, the coefficients of the decomposed filter can be expressed in terms of the coefficients of the given transfer function and the elements of these matrices. An algorithm for the determination of these coefficients is given and a class of matrices is proposed which leads to simple realizations.     

TD-SCDMA终端测量过程研究

先对TD-SCDMA终端七种类型的测量进行了介绍,然后基于高层协议对连接模式下的测量过程进行了描述,最后通过一个测试例具体分析了测量的详细实现过程,并给出了详细的流程图。
