'I Think Home is More than a Building': Young Home(less) People on the Cusp of Home,Self and Something Else

This paper explores research undertaken with young home(less) people in Sydney in which I specifically pursue ideas of home and belonging in the inner city. In a context in which young home(less) people are seen to 'lack' both identity and place, the responses of young people indicate the fragility and importance of relations of space and self.     

火电电源布局方案的模糊优化

为解决传统电源优化方法不能给出定性因素在决策影响中的量值和程度,首先应用模糊数学和层次分析法,对定性因素的定量化以及定量因素与定性因素的合理综合进行了研究,并给出了模糊优化模型;然后以一个实际工程为例,对火电电源布局方案模糊优化进行了全面分析计算。研究结果证明:笔者提出的优化方法对处理火电电源布局方案优化是可行的,是对传统电源优化方法的一个补充。     

提升“归属感”的住区外部空间设计探析

文章试图从城市规划与建筑设计理论入手,结合社会学、环境心理学等多种人文科学理论,通过对传统住区和现代住区的调研分析,提出"提升归属感"的外部空间设计手法,为今后建设可持续人居环境提供科学指导。     

“情境”辨析—— 一个书店及其归属感引发的思考

通过描述西西弗书店具有归属感的室内氛围,本文引出情境话题,界定“情境”的概念并划分了室内情境的组成要素,进一步结合该书店特征,辨析了室内情境是如何营造归属感的,提出情境化场所的激发作用,指出“情境”在认知泛空间类问题中的价值。     

What’s in a (Migrant) House? Changing Domestic Spaces,the Negotiation of Belonging and Home-making in Ecuadorian Migration

Migrants’ constructions of their domestic spaces, and their struggle to feel at home in both receiving and sending societies, are an emerging focus of research in migration studies. Housing issues are also a privileged observatory on their transnational social engagement, as well as on the changing boundaries of their membership and belonging. This article addresses the everyday bases of their home-making and house-building practices, drawing on a multi-sited ethnography of Ecuadorian migration to Italy. What can be inferred from the ways in which migrants inhabit their houses “here”, while typically investing in better housing arrangements “there”, as to their alignment towards either society? What do their housing-related practises suggest about the potential to feel locally and transnationally at home, given the structural constraints they are subject to? By tracing the meanings, enactments and locations of migrants’ home, I aim to advance the debate on home and migration in two respects: the persistent materiality which underlies the home experience, and the significance of migrants’ houses, particularly in sending societies, as a window on the mixed social consequences of migration.

文章指出建筑表皮不仅只是一层装饰,它还包含了完整的建筑设计理念。表皮的各元素应该在视觉上存在建构逻辑,而在统一建构逻辑下的建筑表皮可以传达不同的视觉感受。恰当的建构逻辑,丰富的光影肌理,良好的实用性以及合宜的归属感使建筑表皮更有力量。     

基于场所感与归属感营造的校园边角空间设计研究

本文在分析校园边角空间现状的基础上,阐述在其中营造场所感与归属感的重要性,再以此为目标,探讨校园边角空间的设计原则及其策略。通过塑造触动情感的空间意境、以人为本的空间环境,以及文化特性的注入和交往活动的诱导,实现由低效利用的边角空间向特色空间的转化,尺度宜人、舒适完善的空间构成元素促进积极空间的形成,重视并提倡使用者的参与性,使校园场所精神得以良性延续,力求使焕发新生的边角空间能作为校园所匮乏的场所感与归属感的有效补充。     

Group development in virtual teams: An experimental reexamination

Virtual teams are thought to be experienced differently and to have poor outcomes because there is little or no face-to-face interaction and a tendency for virtual team members to use different communication techniques for forming relationships. However, the expanding use of virtual teams in organizations suggests that virtual teams in real world contexts are able to overcome these barriers and be experienced in much the same way as face-to-face teams. This paper reports the result of an experiment in which virtual teams participated in an exercise where they completed an information-sharing task ten times as a team. The results suggest that, contrary to one-shot, ad hoc virtual teams, longer-lived virtual teams follow a sequential group development process. Virtual team development appears to differ from face-to-face teams because the use of computer-mediated communication heightens pressure to conform when a virtual team is first formed, meaning trust is most strongly linked with feeling that the team was accomplishing the task appropriately. As the virtual teams developed, trust in peers was more strongly linked with goal commitment. Once the teams were working together effectively, accomplishing the task appropriately was the strongest link with trust in peers. I suggest that virtual team managers should cultivate virtual workspaces that are similar to those proven to work in face-to-face contexts: (1) teams should have clear, specific goals, (2) members should be encouraged or even required to communicate with each other, and (3) team members should feel that they might work with the other team members again.
