基于DSP的智能电源控制单元设计与实现

本文利用TI公司TMS320F28335芯片高效的浮点运算能力,结合片上丰富的外设,设计并实现了一种具有高可靠性的智能电源控制单元。该控制单元周期性地对各片上外设进行自检维护,完成多路负载通道控制、电压、电流的实时监控,并对故障进行指示、处理和上报,同时提供人机交互界面更新状态信息。经过验证,该控制单元工作稳定,具备良好的工程应用价值。     

Optimized PI+ load–frequency controller using BWNN approach for an interconnected reheat power system with RFB and hydrogen electrolyser units

This paper investigates a renewable energy resource’s application to the Load–Frequency Control of interconnected power system. The Proportional-Integral (PI) controllers are replaced with Proportional-Integral Plus (PI+) controllers in a two area interconnected thermal power system without/with the fast acting energy storage devices and are designed based on Control Performance Standards (CPS) using conventional/Beta Wavelet Neural Network (BWNN) approaches. The energy storing devices Hydrogen generative Aqua Electroliser (HAE) with Fuel cell and Redox Flow Battery (RFB) are incorporated to the two area interconnected thermal power system to efficiently damp out the electromechanical oscillations in the power system because of their inherent efficient storage capacity in addition to the kinetic energy of the generator rotor, which can share the sudden changes in power requirements. The system was simulated and the frequency deviations in area 1 and area 2 and tie-line power deviations for 5% step- load disturbance in area 1 are obtained. The comparison of frequency deviations and tie-line power deviations of the two area interconnected thermal power system with HAE and RFB designed with BWNN controller reveals that the PI+ controller designed using BWNN approach is found to be superior than that of output response obtained using PI+ controller. Moreover the BWNN based PI+ controller exhibits a better transient and steady state response for the interconnected power system with Hydrogen generative Aqua Electroliser (AE) unit than that of the system with Redox Flow Battery (RFB) unit.     

Stress-deformable state of isotropic double curved shell with internal cracks and a circular hole

This work is devoted to the stress–strain state of isotropic double curved shell with defect system. The construction is weakened by two non-through thickness (internal) cracks of different length and by a circular hole located between cracks. In this study we use the line-spring model. Within the framework of this model cracks are modeled as mathematical cuts of shell’s middle surface. This leads to a two-dimensional problem. The problem is reduced to a system of eight boundary integral equations. To ensure the uniqueness of solution an additional equation is added. In the numerical solution of the problem special quadrature formulas for singular integrals of Cauchy type and the finite difference method are applied. The influence of defects on each other for double curved shell has been investigated. The given theoretical results can be used for the calculation of structural elements with holes, cracks on the strength and fracture toughness in various branches of engineering.

加氢反应器头盖密封质量控制探讨

加氢反应器是加氢装置的重要组成部分,反应器头盖因工况复杂,导致密封难度较大,密封不严,会导致整个装置不能正常运转。为此,就其头盖拆装及密封问题进行探讨,提出有效的质量控制措施。     

Evaluation of standard and real fire exposures on thermal response of rail car floor assembly

This work developed a computational methodology to evaluate and compare standard fire exposures such as those outlined in ASTM E119 with real fire exposures and determine the difference in the temperature rise of a rail car floor assembly. The real fire exposures simulated in this work were identified in a review of incidents and consisted of a constantly-fed diesel fuel spill, a localized trash fire, and a gasoline spill simulated from a collision of the railcar with an automobile. These realistic fire exposures were applied to a variety of exemplar rail cars representative of single-level and bi-level passenger cars. These floor assembly models exposed to realistic fires were simulated in Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS). The thermal exposure at the underside of railcar provided by FDS was coupled with a thermal model in ABAQUS, which provided the evolution of temperature in different components of the floor assembly. The standard scenarios were simulated for 2 hours instead of the typical 30 minutes to identify the appropriate exposure duration in ASTM E119, which can better represent a real fire scenario. The average and maximum temperatures predicted at the unexposed surface for both scenarios were compared with the threshold values given in NFPA 130.     

刘家山排土场滑坡治理措施

刘家山排土场为民采排弃形成，已经出现大规模滑坡。为了保证上下游生产生活设施的安全，依据现场实际情况，结合现场调查，提出了削坡处理的方案。经过治理后，刘家山排土场平稳地渡过了雨季，目前处于稳定状态，达到了治理目的。     

Stress-strain relations in elastoplastic solids with Dugdale-type cracks

Mechanical behavior of a two-dimensional elastoplastic solid with rectilinear cracks is investigated. Plastic strip model is used to reduce plasticity problem to the equivalent linear elasticity formulation. Two realizations of the mixed mode plastic strip model are considered: in-line plastic strips as proposed by Becker and Gross [Int. J. Fract. 37 (1988) 163], and inclined plastic strips of Panasyuk and Savruk [Appl. Mech. Rev. 47 (1994) 151]. The effective mechanical response predictions are based on the procedure presented in Kachanov et al., [Appl. Mech. Rev. 47 (1994) 151]. Stress-strain relations are obtained for parallel and randomly oriented non-interacting cracks. Results are compared with known elastic solutions.     

500kW／380V国产大功率变频器在钻机上的应用

针对国外变频器价格昂贵、调试周期和维修周期长等特点，我公司自主研发了可替代进口机的高性能钻机国产专用变频器。该变频器能够从零开始调速。当钻井卡钻时，能及时断开电动机，在低速提升时，能最大限度地发挥电动机的动力特性，提供220％的转矩输出。变频器具有易安装、调试、维护，性能稳定。应用中据实测数据显示，采用变频改造后，打1口井可节省柴油15t。
