火车站附近小型旅馆群整治改造设计初探——以合肥火车站新鸿安商城为例

针对我国众多城市火车站附近小型旅馆群聚集经营的现象,分析并总结了其普遍存在外观杂乱、环境肮脏、客房不舒适等问题.又以合肥火车站对面新鸿安商城内部小旅馆为例,针对发现的普遍性问题提出整治与改造策略,即对小型旅馆群进行资源整合统一设计,同时强调旅馆客房的个性化、多样化设计.
