指出当今建筑业良好的市场给建筑师们提供了展示自己作品的广大空间 ,但其精品却为之甚少。为此 ,对建筑业存在的一些问题及制约建筑师出精品的主、客观因素进行了分析 ,指出建筑师应提高自身素质 ,树立精品意识 ,增强市场竞争能力     

企业构建汇率风险防范体系之我见——以国际工程承包企业为例

我国国际工程承包企业面临日益增大的汇率风险。国际工程承包企业要构建有效的汇率风险防范体系,应有效组合制度与技术两方面因素,以外汇集中管理系统和汇率风险监测系统为制度平台。只有在构建制度平台的基础上,采取适当的技术措施,企业才能有效应对国际工程承包市场的日常汇率风险。     

Information Systems Offshore Outsourcing: An Exploratory Study of Motivations and Risks in Large Spanish Firms

Prior research has documented that IT investment increases market returns. Economic theories predict such returns to be recognized in accounting profitability; this relationship remains ambiguous in prior literature. We reexamine the relationship between IT investment and firm profitability. Our approach is unique in that we examine complementarities between distinct IT components. We document that a firm’s investments in IT components exhibit different impacts on its profitability conditional on the level of investments in complementary components.     

Development of an Internal Web Site for a Law Firm

Abstract

The Information Services Department at the Washington, DC law firm, Dickstein Shapiro Morin & Oshinsky, decided in 1995 to provide firmwide access to the Internet. Two separate World Wide Web home pages would be created to meet the divergent needs of the Marketing Department and the information resource requirements of the attorneys, who would be using the Internet for research. In the course of developing Internet pages for the firm, the Library began working in conjunction with attorneys in various practice sections to locate and create Internet resources. The cooperation between attorneys and the Libraiy has led to Internet pages of hypertext linked resources for each specific practice section within the firm. Furthermore, some of the pages of resources have evolved into home pages for the various sections.

针对建筑学专业“场地设计”课程的教学实践,以国家一级注册建筑师考试大纲为切入点,分析了“场地设计”课程的教学内容、教学方法等方面问题,提出了相应的改革思路,以培养学生场地设计的综合能力,为注册建筑师考试奠定坚实的基础。     

中国上市公司总经理报酬影响因素的实证研究

总经理报酬是总经理激励机制的主要因素，如何决定总经理报酬是迫切需要研究的问题．通过对国外相关研究的综述和结合我国上市公司特点的分析，形成了关于企业绩效、企业规模和董事会控制强度与总经理报酬之间关系的假说，并以1999和2000年上市公司为样本，首次利用协方差结构模型对总经理报酬和其影响因素之间关系的假说进行了检验和分析．实证研究表明，两年里，企业业绩、企业规模和董事会控制强度3类因素对总经理报酬的总解释率分别为8．9％和30．7％．

合同工资制与专用性人力资本保护

介绍典型企业雇佣制度——合同工资制的特点，在此基础上，分析了员工进行专用性人力资本投资时可能遭受的机会主义风险，并考察了合同工资制是否为其提供了充分的保障．指出在专用性人力资本中非常重要的典型的合同工资制雇佣形式是不适合的，从而有必要通过其他制度安排进行治理．     

What results when firms implement practices: The differential relationship between specific practices, firm financial performance, customer service, and quality.

Previous research on organizational practices is replete with contradictory evidence regarding their effects. Here, the authors argue that these contradictory findings may have occurred because researchers have often examined complex practice combinations and have failed to investigate a broad variety of firm-level outcomes. Thus, past research may obscure important differential effects of specific practices on specific firm-level outcomes. Extending this research, the authors develop hypotheses about the effects of practices that (a) enable information sharing, (b) set boundaries, and (c) enable teams on 3 different firm-level outcomes: financial performance, customer service, and quality. Relationships are tested in a sample of observations from over 200 Fortune 1000 firms. Results indicate that information-sharing practices were positively related to financial performance 1 year following implementation of the practices, boundary-setting practices were positively related to firm-level customer service, and team-enabling practices were related to firm-level quality. No single set of practices predicted all 3 firm-level outcomes, indicating practice-specific effects. These findings help resolve the theoretical tension in the literature regarding the effects of organizational practices and offer guidance as to how to best target practices to increase specific work-related outcomes. 针对鄂坪水电站的长期优化调度问题,建立了考虑保证出力发电量最大和不考虑保证出力发电量最大两种求解模型,用动态规划法进行了计算,并对两种模型下的发电量、水位过程和出力过程进行了比较分析。
