论我国证券经纪制度创新的模式选择

面对当前全球证券市场发展前景,我们应当以国内外成熟经纪人制度为典范,寻求适合我国证券市场特点的经纪制度模式。我国金融市场处于落后水平,要发展经纪人必须提高经纪人的专业素质、降低职业道德风险,以此为切入点,通过对我国××证券公司经纪人队伍建设的研究,提出我国证券经纪人制度创新的模式设想,以期早日打开证券经纪人产业的大门。     

高职房地产专业经纪人才培养模式的实践与探索

高职房地产专业人才培养面向市场进行＂校企合作、工学结合＂,是适应行业企业发展需要,培养高端技能型人才的必然选择.对万向职业技术学院与房地产经纪行业校企合作人才培养模式进行了分析探讨,提出了改进房地产专业校企合作人才培养的有关建议.     

Bridging organizations and strategic bridging functions in environmental governance and management

Strategic bridging functions performed by three voluntary, multi-stakeholder bridging organizations engaged in environmental governance and management in the Calgary Region of Alberta, Canada, are examined. Structured interviews revealed how the bridging organizations influenced an increase in municipal participation in regional-scale environmental governance and management activities. Bridging organizations connect stakeholders who would otherwise not be connected. They identify shared values and issues of concern, build trusting relationships, co-create knowledge, resolve conflict, and contribute to social learning processes. Social network structure is made visible through social network graphs. The legitimacy of natural resource management plans co-created through strategic bridging processes is also addressed.     

A trilateral brokerage system for power transactions

In this paper, we design and analyse a brokerage system for buyers, sellers and intermediate utilities of electric power. Specifically, we mathematically characterize the determination of bids by buyers and sellers, the matching process of bids, and the selection of the transmission routes by the brokerage system. Moreover, we analyse the cost/benefit to intermediate utilities from the transmission of transacted power. The two key features differentiating this model from the extant literature on electric power transmission pricing and brokerage systems are: (1) multiple purchase and sale bids from potential buyers and sellers; and (2) the systematic determination of transmission routes by minimizing the total cost to intermediate utilities. The improvement in economic efficiency (measured in terms of cost savings) is demonstrated via a series of numerical examples. ©1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

基于零参考深度曲线估计的图像增强网络改进

随着多云存储市场的快速发展, 越来越多的用户选择将数据存储在云上, 随之而来的是云环境中的重复数据也呈爆炸式增长. 由于云服务代理是相互独立的, 因此传统的数据去重只能消除代理本身管理的几个云服务器上的冗余数据. 为了进一步提高云环境中数据去重的力度, 本文提出了一种多代理联合去重方案. 通过区块链技术促成云服务代理间的合作, 并构建代理联盟, 将数据去重的范围从单个代理管理的云扩大到多代理管理的多云. 同时, 能够为用户、云服务代理和云服务提供商带来利益上的共赢. 实验表明, 多代理联合去重方案可以显著提高数据去重效果、节约网络带宽.     

管道泄漏监测的传感器网络中数据存取算法实现

针对管道泄漏和管网突发性的爆管,将自适应数据存取设计应用于管道流量泄漏监测中,数据存取是指生产者将感知数据按照策略存放在特定的位置上,消费者将查询请求按照对应策略路由到数据存放位置获得感兴趣的数据.首先依据生产者和消费者关系建模"一对一"、"多对一"、"多对多"模型来对存取代价进行分析.其次确定数据存放位置的自适应全局最优贪婪算法ODS和局部最优近似算法NDS以及最优数据传输模式.最后ODS和NDS通过自适应调整来减少数据存取能量消耗.实验表明NDS不仅节省能耗,而且在70%的情况下达到与ODS相同的效果.     

关于房地产经纪与营销的研究

介绍了房地产商品销售的主要方式，阐述了房地产经纪的销售代理协议方式及经纪人的义务，以保证合理选择销售最优方案，使房地产开发活动顺利进行，提高房地产营销的效果。     

The ripple effect of personality on social structure: Self-monitoring origins of network brokerage.

Despite growing interest in social network brokerage, its psychological antecedents have been neglected. One possibility is that brokerage relates to self-monitoring personality orientation. High self-monitors, relative to low self-monitors, in adapting their self-presentations to the demands of different groups, may occupy positions as brokers between disconnected social worlds. For 162 Korean expatriate entrepreneurs in a Canadian urban area, the results showed that those high in self-monitoring tended to occupy direct brokerage roles within the Korean community--in terms of their direct acquaintances being unconnected with each other. Those high in self-monitoring also tended to occupy indirect brokerage roles--in terms of the acquaintances of their acquaintances being unconnected with each other. Finally, for recent arrivals, those high in self-monitoring tended to establish ties to a wider range of important non-Korean position holders outside the community. These results (which controlled for strongly significant effects of network size on individuals' brokerage within the community) suggest a ripple effect of self-monitoring on social structure and contribute to a clearer understanding of how personality relates to brokerage at different levels.
