论儒家"差等观"及其对中国法治的影响

作为中国各种哲学渊源中影响最大的儒家思想,其“差等观”深刻地体现于家庭（族）生活、社会生活、政治和法律生活等方面的理论当中,对中国古代的法思想影响至深.在当代中国的法治建设进程中,应当对传统的“差等观”加以扬弃改造,批判继承,在全社会树立现代的、注入自由平等观的“差等观”.     

The 9th China International Diecasting Congress& The 1st International Symposium on Nonferrous Alloys and Special Casting Technologies held in Shanghai

The 9th China International Diecasting Congress and the 1st International Symposium on Nonferrous Alloys and Special Casting Technologies （ISNASCT） were successfully held in Shanghai on July 19-22, 2014. Both events were jointly sponsored by Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Die Casting Commission of World Foundry Organization and Non-Ferrous Materials Commission of World Foundry Organization, and organized by the Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society （FICMES） and China Productivity Promotion Center of Foundry Industry.

Beijing Benz engine parts begin to sell overseas On June 26th, 2014, the ceremony to mark the begining of the export of Beijing Benz engine parts was held at the Engine Plant of Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. From that day forward, three core engine components including cylinder block, cylinder head and crankshaft, are consequently sent to Germany to be used for complete assembly in the engine plant of Daimler AG, Germany. Since that day, Beijing Benz was officially incorporated into the global procurement and supply chain system of the Daimler Group.

评东周政体与传统玉德理论的建立

深入地了解东周政体的变化在促进玉器发展上的作用，对于丰富中华玉文化思想理论的积淀具有重要的现实意义。通过对西周历史的回顾，阐述了东周政体的特点——“礼崩乐坏”和“百家争鸣”，以辩证因果关系的推理和考古文献的引证，论述了“礼崩乐坏”与玉器繁荣的关系以及“百家争鸣”与新的玉德观的建立，并对东周玉器类别的变化特点作了简要的介绍和考证。认为我国东周政体的急剧变化对中国古代玉器的发展与繁荣有着深远的影响。     

Gendered substances and objects in ritual: an australian aboriginal study

ABSTRACT

The creative action of the foundational beings known as Dreamings lies at the heart of Aboriginal Australian ceremony. In ritual, gender is drawn into a nexus of generative action and interaction. I will make the case that gender characterizes country, ceremonies, many sacred sites and many objects and substances. People, country, sites and ceremonies are integral to the bringing forth of the life of the world, and draw on a root paradigm of birth. I will examine that paradigm from the perspective of gender in domains of blood, ritual, country, men and women, and objects. The analysis will show that while gender is most assuredly a difference that makes a difference, in Gregory Bateson's famous words, it is the play of difference itself that is most productively worked with in ritual.
