黑匣子高温测试仪的开发

采用物质的相变吸热原理，可以将高温环境传人保温箱的热量重新排回至高温环境，有效地提高了保温箱的抗高温能力，并对保温箱的隔热性能做了简单的理论推算和测温反向试验。温度测试仪选用超低功耗CPU，具有体积小、耗电少的优点，使黑匣子高温测试仪在运行过程中具有很好的安全可靠性。     

Breakdown characteristics of oil and paper insulation for a very fast transient voltage

This paper describes the dielectric breakdown characteristics of oil and oil‐impregnated paper for very fast transient (VFT) voltages. Blumlein circuits generate VFT voltages of 60 and 300 ns in a pulse width that simulates disconnecting switching surges in gas‐insulated switch gears. We measured the breakdown voltages of needle‐to‐plane, plane‐to‐plane oil gaps and several pieces of paper between plane electrodes for VFT and lightning impulse voltages. The measured data were formulated in V‐t characteristics and Weibull probability distributions. The inclination n of V‐t characteristics of insulating paper is 150, which is less than n = 13.7 of the plane‐to‐plane oil gap in the VFT time range. The shape parameters of Weibull distribution obtained in this study show that the scattering of breakdown voltages of paper is much less than that of oil. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Preparation and properties of novel polyurethane insulating coatings based on glycerin‐terminated urethane prepolymers and blocked isocyanate

Novel polyurethane insulating coatings were prepared from the reaction of glycerin‐terminated polyurethane prepolymers (GPUPs) and a blocked isocyanate curing agent (BIC). The GPUPs were prepared from the reaction of one equivalent of polycaprolactone polyol (CAPA 210) with an excess amount of 4,4′‐methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate) (MDI) and subsequent reaction of the NCO‐terminated polyurethane with glycerin. The BIC was prepared from the reaction of trimethylol propane (TMP), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and N‐methylaniline (NMA). The polyols and curing agent were characterized by conventional methods while the curing condition was optimized via gel content measurements. The curing kinetics of the polyurethane coating were investigated and the kinetic parameters derived. The crosslink densities of the samples were determined via the equilibrium swelling method, using the Flory–Rehner equation. The relationships between the crosslink density and the electrical, physical, mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties of the coatings were also studied. 聚氨酯泡沫夹克管生产材料的代用

介绍一种用于生产聚氨酯泡沫夹克管保温层的新材料聚酯聚醚，报道选用这种材料生产泡沫夹克管的工艺及工要工艺参数和产品达到的技术指标及现场应用情况。     

快速评定砂浆配方对钢筋腐蚀的影响

用电化学方法测定砂浆试件中钢筋的极化电阻，并测定了砂浆的孔隙率，结果发现:砂浆的孔隙率、孔径分布与钢筋极化电阻大小有良好的对应关系。电化学方法能可靠、快速测定砂浆配合比、添加剂对钢筋腐蚀速度的影响。     

水泥膨胀珍珠岩砂浆的保温试验研究与应用

荆江分洪北闸加固工程２号护坦（斜面）混凝土的保温层采用了水泥膨胀珍珠岩砂浆，并对这种材料的保温效果进行了试验研究。试验表明：水泥膨胀珍珠岩砂浆降低最高温差，减小内表温差，缩小表温变幅和防止混凝土表面裂缝效果显著。在北闸２号护坦混凝土表面铺设１万平方米保温层，获得良好效果。     

电力变压器局放超声传感器及其应用

作者研制成一种带光纤的电力变压器局放超声PZT传感器.文中分析了它的灵敏度与宽频带特性,介绍了原理、结构设计、实验数据及现场成功实例.理论与实验研究表明:具有这种高灵敏传感器的超声定位系统是确定电力变压器绝缘故障部位的一种方法.     

Properties of latex blends and its modified cement mortars

In this paper, the mechanical properties of three latex blends and the mechanical properties and chloride diffusivity of the latex-modified mortars are studied. The relationships between the properties of polymer films formed from latex blends and the properties of the latex blend-modified mortars are illustrated. The test results showed that the modified mortar with the blend of styrene-acrylic ester (SAE) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) showed synergistic effect; especially the flexural strength of the SAE/SBR blend-modified mortars was about 20-40% higher than that of monolatex-modified mortars. However, the vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride copolymer (PVDC)/SBR and PVDC/SAE blends-modified mortars showed antisynergistic effect. The compressive strength of the modified mortars increased with the increasing of the tensile strength of the latex films, while the flexural strength of the modified mortars did not depend on the tensile strength of the latex films. When PVDC with the mass fraction of 0.2 or SAE copolymer emulsion with mass fraction of 0.4 was blended into SBR latex, the latex blend-modified mortars showed lower chloride diffusivity. The chloride diffusivity of the modified mortars increased approximately linear with the tensile strength of the latex blend films, and decreased with increase of the elongation at rupture of the latex blend films. When the elongation at rupture of the latex blend films increased from 200-300% to more than 800%, the chloride diffusivity of the modified mortars decreased from 10-15×10⁻¹² to 3-4×10⁻¹² m²/s.     

泥炭土地基钻孔漏浆的处理

以云南鸡石一级公路青鱼湾大桥为例，介绍了在软弱地层中施工桥梁钻孔灌注桩遇孔壁开裂漏浆时的处理方法，经试验证明，取得了较好的技术经济效果。

从砂浆的配合比、和易性、原材料等对砌筑砂浆达不到设计要求的事故原因进行了分析。
