分析耐候钢连铸出现的问题,认为凝固时应力过大和磷铜元素偏析造成晶界脆化是出现铸坯纵裂的主要原因;结晶器中喂稀土丝恶化保护渣性能,影响结晶器与坯壳间的润滑与传热,并使热流不均匀是连铸漏钢的主因。采用钙处理代喂稀土丝工艺,以及减缓连铸一、二次冷却强度,改进保护渣后,连铸缺陷获得极大改善。  相似文献

The paper presents the case of plastic instability of I-shaped beams where the rotation capacity is a very important characteristic in order to assure the required ductility in plastic or seismic design. The failure of such beams can be due to the local plastic plate buckling of compression flange and local plate buckling of the web in flexural compression, produced in-plane or out-of-plane. In the same time the failure can occurs by coupling of these two local buckling modes. In order to study the plastic buckling of beams and to determine the available rotation capacity which is required by the plastic or seismic design, the collapse plastic mechanism theory was developed and a specialized computer program DUCTROT-M was elaborated. The parametrical analysis reveals the paramount importance of the web to thickness ratio and furthermore the sensitivity in out-of-plane buckling of the European hot-rolled sections.  相似文献

In this study, the effects of the combination and interaction of thermal and mechanical loading on mechanical behaviors of proton exchange membranes (PEMs) under immersed condition were investigated. Experiments under two kinds of loading path were performed: the quasi‐simultaneous loading path where mechanical loads and temperature occurred simultaneously and the rectangular loading path where thermal and mechanical loads were inserted in turn. The quasi‐simultaneous loading path is composed of in‐phase, 90° and 180° out‐of‐phase loading paths. Comparison between in‐phase and 180° out‐of‐phase loading paths showed that strain accumulation under in‐phase loading path mainly resulted from creep strain while that under 180° out‐of‐phase loading path were mostly induced by cyclic stress. Accumulation of strain was comprised of tensile strain and creep strain, and these two strain components showed different evolution trends with thermo‐mechanical cycles. In addition, the modulus of the membrane was history‐dependent as indicated from results of rectangular loading path. Through comparing creep strain with strain energy density which is an indicator of damage in the membrane, we came to the conclusion that creep strain contributed to the damage of the membrane in the first three cycles.  相似文献

Semi-supported steel shear walls (SSSW), whose steel plate is connected to secondary columns rather than main columns of the frame, have been considered as an alternative steel shear walls to the traditional type. Many investigations have been made for proportionate designing of components of SSSW system. One of the important issues in this regard is the out of plane buckling of the secondary columns. In this paper, the plastic theory of structures is utilized to find out the axial force distribution, along the compressive column. Then, using energy method, for an assumed shear wall with specific geometry and material and a given shear force, the maximum overturning moment that makes the compressive secondary column buckles, can be determined. Repeating this method, for various shear forces, makes it possible to draw some interaction curves between overturning moments and shear forces. These curves can be used to analyze and design of semi-supported steel shear walls.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to identify the factors which affect the take-up of Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance (MPPI), to estimate the sensitivity of take-up to changes in determinants. The paper finds that: (1) MPPI premiums have a negative but marginal effect on take-up; (2) the probability of being unemployed has a positive effect: a 10 per cent rise in the probability resulting in a 3 per cent increase in take-up; (3) the local male unemployment rate has a positive effect on take-up (around 1 per cent increase in take-up for every 10 per cent rise in the male unemployment rate); (4) there is likely to be a pro-cyclical element in the take-up rate, but the variation is substantially damped compared with the volatility of the unemployment cycle; and (5) ISMI cover was found to have a negligible negative effect on take-up (a 10 per cent fall in ISMI would cause a 0.3 per cent rise in take-up), an effect that could not be statistically distinguished from zero.  相似文献
